"Where are you?"

"College street." My uncle replies drunkenly.

"Okay. Stay there. Lay in a yard or something but stay there. I'm on my way."

Once I get the car started I tune into the police scanner and hear they are heading to a possible homicide of a family of four. I didn't think anything of it since my uncle wasn't the mean type when drunk He just gets lost and sleeps. Even if he does break into someone's house but most of the time the homeowners don't even know he's there. I slow down once I near his location and see him laying in the middle of a yard and the front door is wide open. My stomach was turning knots as I got out and neared Uncle Chris. Something didn't feel right and when I saw the knife in his hand and that it was covered with blood I froze.
