The Overpowered Demons

By the time that Ruby and I arrived in the castle, we ran straight to our rooms and rested for the entire day. We did nothing but recover our energy depleted from the previous stroll down the streets and bought random supplies that we thought we would need in the upcoming adventure.

It took us two days to regain our strength to an optimal level.

However, that was not enough to keep us in shape.

"Listen, you dimwits. If you do not behave in front of me, I will tear your bones and give them as a toy for my pet," the demonic familiar said while wiping his face using his scarlet tongue. It was the king of hideous thing I have seen in my life since the day I saw a corpse for the first time.

"Except for you, princess. You are exceptional," The demon added as he sternly gazed in my direction.
