"You didn't bring Gooey with you, Grer?" I asked.
The green goblin shook his head and answered, "No. Gooey might die from the chaos here."
The verdant sprite had a point. We cannot bring that fresh slime here on the outskirts of battle. Even this fragile vampire who called himself Drax would deal damage to that pet. One hit from the bats might even shatter the slime into pieces if Gooey is not careful.
We carried forth towards their mystical place, basked with the moonlight shining through the hole. The radiance could not blind my eyes as we strode towards the middle. I knew vampires had a weakness against sunlight. If I remember correctly, vampires were afraid of getting sunburned.
Although slight ultraviolet rays are coming from the moonlight, that array of luminance could not kill the bloodsuckers instantly.
