Araka and her Thunderclap a part elemental spirit beast. They have wiped the floor with all their opponents much like the void dragon-riding number 2 Dreyar, a fae from the blight lands. His evaluation amongst the top of the riders leaves many spectators sceptical and betting on the others. 

Emery receives a healthy number of bets from the spectators, her emotional interview and vow of vengeance have made her almost as popular as number 8. Reinhard is the most popular rider around. His journey through the thunder games is the stuff of legends, him being tall, dark and handsome also doesn't hurt. His steed is a mighty winged lightning lion.
