'my lord you should try and relax, try yoga once again!' the helper commented after aero completed his 60 pacing laps around his room. aero stopped for a moment and tried to let the tension out of his body, but he could stop thinking about the girl whose name he still didn't know. his planet was in danger. while he wasn't too attached to the people of this world he quite liked this world.

"your job is to help me right?" the helper gave an affirmative," so give me suggestions how could keep people from attacking my planet to get to me!"

'the best method would you leaving this planet but that would be good for your mental, physical, or emotional health. even if you manage a way to travel the stars. the next best thing would be to bring back your planet's barrier, but require either permission or a star's worth of power.' aero stopped the helper there if he was gonna help his planet it was gonna be the best, but he wasn't leaving.

"whos permission do I need?" he was calming down a bit so he started stretching because honestly, yoga sounds real good right now. the helper told him as he was reaching for his toes, "so whos this sectors watcher?"

'i'm sorry my lord but I can't tell you for their protection, but I can send a message to them!' aero was satisfied with just sending a message though he did ask how they would send the message.' I will simply lock onto the watcher's mind and telegraph the message. I will also bring their reply to you!'

"Okay then!" aero grunted as he arched his chest off the ground," send the barrier request!" he then asked if his back was supposed to hurt as much as it was. apparently, he was pushing too high simply fix and he was able to continue going on with his yoga as he waited for the watcher's reply.

he was trying to lift his foot above his head when the reply came, "what?!" the watcher said they couldn't raise the barrier. 'someone on this planet in the past took down the barrier and will do it against if she rises.' aero asked who took it down the helper pauses before answering the question." one of the zalt by the name of Gitia."

"the high mother!" aero was frozen, the legend of the first zaltess was clear on what kind of person she was. she was incredibly prideful, she made aero look humble making a request of her was just looking for trouble. not mention she was probably the most sexist being on his planet, he's heard the stories of her lovers and how they ended. pampered their full lives doing nothing more than birthing and raising children.

"you know I've probably already made an enemy of her with my beliefs and refusal to be a typical guy!" okay make this request of her was probably gonna be easier than he thought, something just occurred to him. "wait isn't she dead how am I gonna talk to her?"

'my lord I detected the spirits of your zalts and zaltess, I've also developed a line of communication!' well apparently that issue was already solved now he just had to be mentally prepared for a conversation with the legends he worshiped. "should I fell this dizzy?" he asked the helper who didn't answer cause he didn't have the information to answer that question.

after several flowers, he had started composing a letter because he decided he didn't want to talk to the high mother. they would be in a fight the moment she said something that attacked his pride as dozens of other people have, did he think he could win the fight no. he was prideful, not arrogant. readying the letter over for the last time he sent it out before going through some stretches trying to release some tension.

he got a reply a lot faster than he thought, it came after he finished his last meal for the day. "I am so glad I went with a letter!" his limbs shook with rage, not even the first sentence and he could see she wasn't taking him seriously. the entire him she was talking down to him, "I shouldn't fight her!" he reminded himself as he breathed heavily, it took way to long before he calmed down.

"what should I do now?" he could already tell no matter what he sent the Zaltess she wasn't gonna listen." maybe I should find someone she will listen to?" who would listen to him that the Zaltess might listen to? "mom!" the high mother was the Zaltess who watched over all mother and females. it would be against her nature to ignore the words of one of those groups, but it was also late and he needed to figure out how he was gonna explain why she needed to write a letter for him.

so the next morning before his mother left for work," mom can you write a letter to the high mother Gitia! be-" she cut him off

"okay I'll write it!" she told him to tell her more about it when she got back from work.

"Should I be concerned that she agrees without hesitation?" this wasn't even the first time she had done something like this. it was like the time he told her that he wanted to attend the fight school," yeah that ended well." thinking about his current situation he almost laughed but either way he had about seven flowers until his mother returned from work.

first, he did his training and workout before he went to the library to learn more about the larger world. he also ended up learning about stars and nebulas which made him wonder if he could make a melody that could create stars when he asked the helper they told him. 'my lord a melody of that level would likely kill you!' apparently the vibration needed to make even a small star would need would break all his bone. since that was off the table he instead he learned about space travel and was pretty lost on how to start with that.

'My suggestion is starting with what is needed to survive the void of space, plus maybe a way to use melody as sound doesn't travel in the void.' aero consisted these things very well, the second was a much bigger problem to him cause he wasn't gonna go somewhere he couldn't defend himself. but that was an interesting question, it was more than just making sounds that made medleys work.

after his lessons were over and he had a new story scroll he checked the rebels and they were doing pretty well. they were a bit calmer at not being caught or being told to stop for so long, but there was still anxiety in their hearts. aero didn't blame them for feeling the same emotion for the inevitable fallout, but he knew he could deal with it having done so before.

he was home alone for a bit trying to deal with his stress when his mother came home, he greeted her like usual. he waited until l she ate before he started talking about the letter and what it needed to say, but that also brought up the topic of how he knew this. "an alien told me?" he actually wasn't sure what that girl was but he did know she wasn't from this planet.

after listening to her son's words she started writing mentally wondering what was happening to the world. there was life beyond their planet some of it violent, she was writing a letter to the high mother so a barrier could be raised around the planet. Neora finished the letter and watched her child send it off," now we just wait for the re-" a new letter was sitting in his hands, his face pinched like he wanted to say something his mother would approve of.

Neora took the letter and opened it, 'oh he will flip if he reads this.' finished the letter she tore it apart and sung a melody to turn it to ash." so the barrier going up!" but aero saw right through her attempted to avoid the topic.

"what did she say?" they stared at each other for a moment before she stood up and walked up to her room." what did she say?" he called after her but neora didn't answer. but she did know if that she wasn't trained in combat she would be picking a fight with the high mother, she couldn't believe the things she said about her son." man that will be a fight to see!" she knew one day Aero would probably reach the high mother and they would talk. the first insult out of her mouth and aero would strike.

downstairs aero wondered what was on the letter but even the helper would speak of it, instead they old him.' the barrier will be risen in about 13 flowers, give or take a few petals.' sighing aero nodded before relaxing into his chair before opening his status, which hasn't changed much. "how could I raise my energy stats?" that was his weak point according to this screen.

'the best way for you to raise that is for you to learn to retain the energy you generate.' aero thought on this and then focus on his pride energy. it was leaking out, it was kind of embarrassing but he just had to fix that. now he should get started on making a melody to stop it from leaking, he knew the helper could get it done in a flower but he wanted to do it himself. he already knew the starting part, he thought of any melody he knew that blocked something for ideas.

when the planet's barrier had risen aero had looked at the sky to see if he could spot the difference. he could and he made sorta progress on the melody. he was missing a vital part to make it work but either way, it was good progress, he went to bed in a good mood. it didn't carry on to the next morning as he found the alien girl in his house talking with his mother Adir was here as well. two out of three of them feared him, but his mother quickly showed them both they had nothing to fear of him while she was here.

"I came to inform you that you'll have to come by later for your lessons as I have some business for the library to take care of this day!" the alien girl said before making her retreat not wanting to aggravate the lord more than he already was. Adir didn't retreat instead he made sure there was a bit of distance between him and Neora which smooth aero's protective streak.

they had a nice first meal together before they went on with their days, aero spent a bit more time working on his skills before he went to the library. he was surprised to find it host a bunch of children the alien girl reading them all a story. he hung back and listened to her talk gesturing and making voices to the enthralled children, when the story ended she seemed shocked at his appearance,"you're early?" she was confused

"I want this lesson over with, Tova!" he remembered her name finally," so what this today's topic?" she grabbed the crystal before answering him. the did appear in a void of stars next to a cloud of some kind.

"Today I'm going to tell you about space, this is a nebula, and its..." what followed made aero's head spin even though he didn't act like it. some many words he didn't understand, some many terms that went over his head. he found it aggravating that he couldn't keep up he was going to change that without a doubt. it didn't have to do anything as she ends the lesson by explaining a lot of terms and words.

'she playing me!" he realized after committing each term to memory and making plans to write them down somewhere. she knew what she was doing using his pride to make him take all the information to heart,' I'm a bit tired of people using my pride against me!' the best way to stop that was getting rid of his overwhelming pride but he wasn't inserted in that happening.

the first thing he did was get home was write down and go over all the space terms he wasn't going to get left behind in conversation again. the next thing he did was feed himself and then he dealt with his frustration by some yoga, he was getting the hang of it and enjoying that fact. along with the actions themselves, it was incredibly calming.' I'm glad you enjoying yourself my lord', the helper spoke as aero put both feet back on the ground.

"yeah it's nice, but we have to talk about something!"

'what my lord?'

"the barrier one day it will fall again right?"

' it will fall when your people develop space travel.

"Then how did it fall the first time?" who went to space.

'From what I gather, the zalts noticed the barrier, they took it down even though they lack the ability to travel the stars.' the helper mentioned this was a very impressive feat, but also a dangerous thing.

"Okay then, do you think they'll take it down again?" the helper assured him that they informed all the zalt and zaltess the purpose of the barrier so they wouldn't bring it down unless they wanted to fuck with the grinines. "there are several zaltess who want to fuck with us all!" he was now very worried. the helper immediately assured him that his barrier wouldn't go down that easily, only extremely powerful full being like the high mother had the power to do so.

"Okay, that's good!" calming down he went to the bath. when he came out of it he did some more yoga and combat stances before. before he climbed into bed with a scroll to read before he fell asleep, he made it through a good portion of the story before he felt sleep creeping upon him." what how did you contact the zaltess and zalts! they've been dead for millions of years!"
