Chapter 38 Hidden Motive

Leon knocks on the cockpit door. He tell Catherine to speak.

"Captain, this is the US Air Marshal. We have a bio hazard situation over here. A terrorist just uses a bioweapon on the passenger. Contact the nearest airport and try to land immediately. We are trying to contain the bioweapon with few passenger who are bodyguard of a VIP"

"Are you really a US Air Marshal" asked the Pilot from behind the door.

"Right now there are many passenger casualties over here. You must not open the cockpit door even if you land. If you must, go out of the window. Unless there are emergency do not open the cockpit door"

Right after that Leon brings the rest of them and the other passenger away.

"With this the Pilot would try to land as soon as possible. We must clear the plane from the rest of the zombies as fast as we could. The number here doesn't add up"

"Christine check for any hidden door and compartment"

Christine checked the attendant cabin, she found one attendant sleeping so they woke her up. She was shocked watching the bloodbath below. Next they check the lower deck again, but now it seems the number of zombies are increasing again. Leaving the other survivor on the upper deck with the newbies. Leon and Christine go down again and clean up the remaining zombies.

It was easier for Christine to demolish the zombies as she was a Terminator, basically a metal construct. Leon uses the gun fire to lure them. Ordering Christine to open toilets to check if there are zombies or survivors inside. One more was added to the survivor list.

Leon planned to clean up the zombies for points.

"Damn, now I wonder who is a newbie here!" say Big Liu to A Fan as they watch Leon and Christine decimate the zombies.

"She is much stronger than me, she doesn't know any sword style, but her speed and accuracy are scary. Each slice of her blade is precise on the tendon or bone joint. The boy knows martial arts, but his style is strange to me"

Whispering A Fan speak to himself as he watch Catherine with infatuation "She is the perfect slaughtering machine, a perfect object"

Leon finally gets down to the opened cargo hatch. When the pilot sound was heard.

"We are dropping to 10,000 feet. There are disturbance on the cargo hold" as suddenly a heavy explosive sound was heard from below and oxygen mask are dropped all over.

Down in the cargo area, they saw a two meter abomination was rampaging. His hand has become giant claws, its face already disfigured as more muscle and meat grows from his body. It keeps trashing the area.

Christine tries to raise her arm to aim at the abomination.

Of course Leon was in panic and quickly held her hand.

"Are you an idiot? We are still in the plane. Don't use heavy weapons until we land. Use knives, your gun or melee weapons only"

"Sorry!" she answered. She then went melee against the monster, two stabs failed to make a deep wound on the monster. The monster sweeps her away, throwing her to the wall of the plane. A deep gash shows her metallic skeleton inside, but it was quickly covered again by her polymimetic alloy.

Of course Leon still fires his gun on the abomination, he aims what seems to be the head of this monster. There is blood gushing out. Leon doesn't dare to get too close, as he fears to get infected by the virus.

Christine quickly get up and grab the mutant before it get close to Leon. With extreme strength from her steel arms she tore apart the monster arm. She then step on the body using her body and with extreme pressure like a hydraulic press, the body of the monster was squished.

The monster slowly goes limp, and finally it cease to move.

"It no longer have life sign, its terminated!" said Christine.

"Mmmm, so fierce. I am not sure who are the senior now" said Big Liu.

Leon walks out, but A Fan walks in.

"I want to check if there is any survivor or other zombies in here" he said.

Leon just shakes his head and walk to upper level as A Fan walks to the mutant corpse.

There on the remnant of the mutant corpse, A Fan use his sword to make an incision, there he found some blue substance left behind. And his smile goes wide as he takes what was left in the monster stomach and left that place.
