"So Colonel do you know how much these all cost on the open market?" ask Leon as Colonel Moros as he and Christine, Wolfe, Michelle, Daniel, and Turner are sitting between the tanks and IFV. .
"Well as I know, brand new T-72 tank price is 1,5 million US Dollar" say Wolfe.
"How do you know?" ask Leon.
"Ah. I did have a Sheikh friend in the UEA who tried to procure used tanks for their own use. Too bad it was not allowed to be sold" Wolfe laughed a little.
"Damn Crazy Rich" Leon grumbled but others just smiled it off.
Leon then calculated himself. Then say "I sell those three T-72 for 1,000,000 US Dollar a piece, and those 6 BMP for 450,000 US Dollar, so the total is 5,7 million dollar. what do you say?"
Moros watches the Armored Vehicle with a hopeful look, then he speaks "When Svetlana that bitch brands us as terrorists, arms trade becomes harder. IT becomes a lot harder to replace a few armored vehicles we own. No one would trade with us, what you give to us with this is hope"
He then continued, "These serial numbers are the mark of the 7th Armored Regiment. This is an elite force of the government. How the hell did you do it!"

"Well your secret is amazing"
"If not I won't be able to make money here!" Leon said.
"Well with your ability you could make money over here!"
Leon with a sincere voice then speaks "Do you know that your situation right now isn't that good. Less than a week the United Nations would dispatch ground troops here. As I said, they already have agent in the vicinity"
Moros acted unresponsive over the United Nations troops, but he then asked "So how do you profit from this situation?"
Leon then spoke "If I could help end the civil war with good international recognition, even creating a unification or independence. How much would you pay me?"
Moros became serious and spoke "If you could do it, you would be Eastern Slav national hero. No matter the price we would give you a decent payment"
He then continued "If it was other people, I would think you are just speaking bullshit. If not for your ability to decimate an Armored Regiment alone I would already execute you"
"So you have a big voice in your forces" ask LEon with inquisitive thinking. The government sending an Elite regiment for a simple Colonel is unlikely. He is probably a big deal in the rebel forces.
"I am just a Colonel, not much better than you" he try to deflect the issue.
Leon then asks "If I want to meet your highest leader. Would they be able to agree?"
"Impossible. Svetlana trying to assasinate our leader is not just one or two times. Not to mention you are someone who could force a guard Armored regiment to reorganize. Hell if it was US or Russian President no one would allow it"
"Well give me that organization that provides you with the Bio Weapon" he said.
Moros shakes his head "Can't do. This is our biggest secret"
Leon then speak seriously, "Once you use it on the frontline, that so-called secret goes out of the window. This is the same with how you gamble with me dealing with the Armored Regiment"
Moros voice now become deep as he speak, "When Sovyet Union disintegrate, we struggle to gain independence. Russia is the first to declare and gain the most advantage of the Sovyet. One by one old tribes claimed lands all over its remnants. We who are stuck between Ukraine and Balkan thinks that we finally able to control our own fate"

Moros then points his gun to Leon, Wolfe and others are started, Christine are ready to attack Moros, but Leon raised his hand to halt her. He spoke " But in your plan, you ask us to give over our final resistance strength? How could I talk about this with the leaders?. What do you expect of my reply?"
Leon doesn't move, he doesn't flinch at all, hell he doesn't seem to care at the pointed gun.
Watching Leon's response, Moros smiled suddenly. Then in one stroke he reversed his gun, gave Leon the but of the gun and said "11.00 pm, in Tubeika city Harbor we will receive one batch of newly made weapons. This gun has a special symbol marking you as my special envoy"
Leon asked "Do you know the status of the person you trade with?"
"Ah there is one fellow, named Ada Wong. Blacklisted in all major underground organizations" answer Moros.
Leon's eyes twitched. Ada Wong? An unexpected name crop up. Daniel also seems excited when he hear that name.
"Well, it seems you have to discuss with your team. I leave first. By the way, if there is any disruption of that weapon, our frontline would collapse quickly. So I hope this gambling won't ruin our resistance movement!" said Moros. He then quickly jumped to a BMP-1 driven by one of his subordinates and drove away quickly.
"Leon, this definitely is not the real Ada Wong. According to
Leon quickly said to Daniel, "I know. Daniel, you come with me for the next mission. If something is wrong, I would ask the nearby rebel cell to bring you to a safe place". Daniel nods.
"Mr. Wolfe, it is best for you and your team to act together with Colonel Moros. He probably embarrassed to ask you to come with him"
"I think I should be able to play some roles," said Wolfe. Leon waits for him to continue.
"After all I have experienced many things, people on various levels I have met, including those who are central leadership. Exchange and negotiations is my biggest special skill. I hope I could be your bridge to negotiate with the rebels over the phone. You tell me your intention, I would strive to help. With Michelle and Turner helping me, the result wont be disappointing" he said as he patted Turner. While Michelle nods eagerly.
Leon sees Wolfe as a decent man, honest, and trustworthy, he even tries to help his friends' family members to survive. If this man could go on living, he is a worthy man to be friends with.
Leon then speaks to them "This is a good idea, we should try to get the Rebel Army trust. If you could catch a chance to have a dialogue with their high rank. Before the 5,7 million dollar reward, Moros won't repudiated that debt, use this money as you see fit"
"Who knows whatever I would deal with this Ada Wong" Leon then put his eyes to all of them. "But in the meantime the Rebel Army should not be defeated"

City of Tubeika is a small town situated on the riverside, with only 2,000 individual housing. There is no strategic value holding this town, there is also no industrial infrastructure. So even if it was claimed to be controlled by the government, it was just in name only. Both sides don't seem to have paid any attention to this place.
Leon leaves Daniel a little further watching him from afar with some defending robots as he stands in the harbour with Christine. He also mingled with the Rebel soldiers who used to deal with the trade. With Moros special pistol, marking him as Colonel Moros confidant the other soldiers give a salute and respect him.
As time of trade approaches, he hears the sound of the boat engine closing in. As he goes out, several boatmen stop them from getting close.
"Well, well, why wasn't I informed that Colonel Moros changed the retrieval personnel?" ask the female voice from his side. When Leon had a look at the source of the voice, a red scarf was seen and a P99 Walther gun now pointed at his head.
"What's your name boy!" she asked.
"Leon Connor, Colonel Moros Andreyev Special Envoy" he answered. When he give a proper look, a beautiful women, with short hair wearing a v neck one piece dress, strangely she wears a red scarf on her neck.
"Don't point that gun at me! Even if you don't know me I know your reputation Ada Wong" he said as using the back of his hand he removed the gun from his face while using a chakra string he activated the gun safety.
'Ada Wong' smiles and asks "Since when did Moros use an American boy as his envoy?"
"It's our own business. If it's not because some recent issue, I won't even be here"
"So Moros sent you because of the punitive expedition?" ask her while still cradling her gun in her arm.
Leon gave a sincere tone, "The International Airport, you know which place. I assume you are asked to paralyze its function, you give us your commitment to not make it out of control absolutely. Yet now that place has become a zombie world. Right now we faced a new accusation in International opinion, so right now we are unsatisfied with your action"
'Ada Wong' show her smile to Leon "But I did truly complete the request right? As for these unpopular 'Side product', the government would use incendiary weapon to help you clean up quickly. Isn't this good?"
"Moreover, we gained information that the government forces gained a 'similar' more advanced 'product'. With how you deal with the Airport incident, are you sending our country to hell? Ada Wong?" ask Leon.
