"You are also a swordsman? Ah .. we have the same job. this must be a fate, let's be friends" said the sword master without any embarrassment.

'Fate ? Waht kind of bulshit is that ? ' thought Kai then shook his head indifferently.

Kai also added a sword master to the list of friends.

"Since you are a beginner do you know what you have to do now?"

"Hmm ... I thought I should find money to buy a new weapon first, do you know where i can find job here ?" asked the sword master who was holding his chin thoughtfully.

Kai saw the sword master disappeared in the crowd then went back down the road in no rush to get a quest.

Down the road Kai saw a place that caught his eye. Kai also approached the place and saw the training hall in which there was a soldier who beat the players mercilessly.

The player lay down, then got up and fought the soldier back.

Kai looked at the fight or rather bullying with an interested face, he felt that the player had the goal of having a one-sided fight.

"Hello young soldier, do you also want to train here?" when Kai was focused on watching to find out what the player's doing there, the sound was heard from the side, Kai looked at the voice and saw a middle-aged man with a savage face whose beard connected to the mustache to form like an circle approaching him.

The man has a tall and burly body, and has short brown hair that makes him look like a bear.

"Can you practice here?" asked Kai curiously.

"Of course, we even provide skill scrolls for you to learn here but you have to pay for them" said the bear man.

"Alright." Kai said without hesitation.

"Hehe .. I was expecting you to join in, but to be able to practice here you have to pass the test first otherwise you cannot participate" said the bear man smiling.

"Okay" Kai replied briefly because he was curious about the test.

"Follow me" said the bear man entering the gate with Kai following behind him.

Inside training hal there is a large courtyard with a wall on the left and a building on the right. The building has a long structure and is shaped like an army barracks with 2 floors.

Kai stands on the courtyard which is quite far from the position of the players and soldiers who are fighting.

"Bogan there's a new soldier here. you are in charge of testing it" shouted the bear man.

"Captain, can i pass ? I don't like bullying rookies" the young man with a lazy face came out of the barracks and approached them.

"Just shut your mouth and do your job" shouted the captain.

"Fine," said Bogan helplessly then looked at Kai and smiled.

"Alright let's finish it quickly, I want to rest" said Bogan who then yawned making his eyes look sleepy.

Being looked down, Kai just nodded and got ready.

Bogan put up a stance and said.

"Because you are a newbie, I let you attack first"

Kai just nodded and attacked first, Kai threw a punch right at Bogan's face which was easily dodged, Kai lowered his body a little and aimed his left punch from the bottom up and launched an uppercut.

Bogan is taken aback by the sudden attack but regains his composure and begins to move his head and chest back so that the attack misses.

"Ohh .. not bad newbie" said Bogan praising Kai.

Kai doesn't care about bogan's praise he starts another attack, this time Kai uses his leg to attack bogan's leg to make him fall but bogan quickly raises his leg and counterattacks by kicking forward, seeing attack Kai's trying to dodge but his body movement is not in accordance with his brain orders and Kai was forced to withstand the bogan attack with both hands.

"Kuk .." a groaning voice came out of Kai's mouth who was thrown backwards.

Kai who fell to the floor immediately rolled back and corrected his position and looked at Bogan.

Because Kai was surprised for a moment, Bogan managed to launch his attack.

"Hooh ... you're not a bad beginner even though we have different strengths you can make me a little serious, what's more your wild nature that is not afraid of getting hurt makes you really fit to be a soldier" Bogan said as he walked towards Kai and stretched out his hand to help.

Hearing bogan, Kai just smiled wryly because if it wasn't the system message that surprised him then Kai would be able to last a few more minutes. Kai also saw bogan's hand and held it then got up with bogan's help.

"Even so I still lost in the end" Said Kai.

"That's right, it's too early for you to beat bogan now. but that doesn't mean there's no chance at all, Come back tomorrow. You can take this test as a form of practice too," the captain's voice came from behind.

Kai looked at the captain and the captain looked at him with a smile full of appreciation at the talent Kai showed.

"So I fail, alright. i'll see you tomorrow " Kai said as he left.

"Looks like that, I'm so jealous ...! Okay captain, I'm going to practice first, fighting with him makes me excited" said Bogan who started warming up in the yard.

The captain just smiled at the bogan and returned the gate waiting for the arrival of newbies with bright future.
