Wolf Pack

Entering the dense forest filled with nameless plants, Kai walked cautiously. When kai look around, the forest is filled with very tall trees, the thick leaves cover the sunlight making the forest feel dark and scary.

Kai who was walking in the forest felt a chill on his back as if he was being stared by something that was ready to pounce when he let his guard down. Kai also took out armor and weapons then put them on.

"Hmm? Even though the appearance is hidden, it's not heavy" Kai began to move his body to adapt to the weight of the armor.

"The important thing is that the armor does not block the movement"

In WoW, there are 2 uses for armor, first increasing the endurance stats and second protect players from attacks that lead to their heart which can make player die in an instant.

Items in WoW are also divided according to their respective jobs but for beginner armor, they have no restrictions and any job can use them. like the armor kai using.

Wearing the armor and sword in his hand, Kai feels a little comfortable, he starts walking slowly looking for his prey.

Entering the forest a little deeper kai started to see some harmless beasts walking around, looking over at the beasts kai said to himself.

"At least there is food when sleeping in the forest" then Kai ignored them and walked again through the forest slowly.

After 20 minutes walking through the forest, kai heard a sound like a flesh being tearing by something. with a curiosity, kai walked slowly toward the sound. Kai hid behind the wood and looked at the sound where he saw a wolf tearing a deer flesh.

Seeing a wolf, Kai's eyes lit up and immediately he keeps his distance from the wolf because he know, that wolves have a sharp sense of smell. Kai also feels excited because according to information on the internet it is very rare to get monsters moving alone, usually monsters move in groups and the minimum is 5.

Kai began to pay close attention to the wolf, the wolf had a large body the size of an adult tiger with gray color and sharp fangs filled with blood made the wolf look even scarier than the normal wolf.

The wolf's sharp eyes looked around like he was aware of something coming, then the wolf sniffed and saw that there was nothing strange, the wolf continues eating.

Seeing the wolf focus on its food Kai began to hold his breath and slowly moved towards the wolf waiting for the right chance to attack.

When Kai feels he close enough, he releases his sword from the sheath and starts running towards the wolf, hearing the sound the wolf turn around and found a humam charging at him.

The wolf growled in anger because it was disturbed when eating and rushed towards Kai. Kai didn't panic and went towards the wolves in close combat.

Approaching his enemy, the wolf jumped pounching on kai.

Seeing the wolf jump at him, kai glanced down quickly. there he saw a flat plain without any branches or anything to bother him. so ..he decide to bent down his body, sliding and swing his sword up, which is succesfully scratching the wolf's chest that was bleeding a little bit of blood.

Kai turned around and saw the wolf, who also staring at Kai as if he didn't care about the wounds on his body. the name of the monster appears above his head along with the level and hp.

[Wolf Level-6]

Hp: 370/400

Kai looked at the wolf's HP, because he attacked the wolf from underneath Kai didn't see how much damage he did. seeing the wolf's HP, kai was quite surprised, considering that kai's pure damage without using skill was 66 and the damage he was given was only 30 showing the wolf's defense was quite strong even though the wolf was an agility type.

Kai stared at the wolf then advanced to attack, Kai ran forward with his sword pointing down. Seeing his enemy advancing, the wolf was advancing with a faster and more ferocious move than before, this time the wolf did not jump, he kept running until close enought and swung his claws at Kai.

Seeing the attack, Kai dodge to the left while swinging his sword towards the wolf's head and activated the skill [Slash], the number 70 also appeared above the wolf's head who was groaning in pain.

Blood started pouring down but kai didn't care, he attacked again, didn't give a chance to the wolf to get up. this time he attacked from behind with the [slash] skill. because the [Slash] skill was a basic skill they didn't have CD and could be used at any time.

Slashing the wolf, Kai continues the attack with [Stab] and stabs into the enemy's stomach then Kai strikes back at the enemy's neck but before the sword hits the wolf's neck, the wolf turns around and claws him right in his stomach, making Kai's attack miss.

The red number 40 appears above kai head.

"Kuk .. Damn the damage is so big" Kai said groaning as he retreated backwards and the wolf attacked again by pointing its mouth at Kai, Kai defended using the scabbard and slashed using skill [Slash] towards the wolf.

But the attack fails, the wolf succesfully pushed away kai swords using his claws.

Kai's fight with the wolves continued fiercely, a fight that should ne easy to clear it, become tough as time went on. the wolf became more vicious and attacked blindly which injured both parties, making Kai have to attack with caution. After 8 minutes, the fight was over. Kai got 3 hits in the battle due to the wolf attack, making it difficult to avoid.

System: You killed the wolves, get 80 exp.

"huff ..." seeing the system message Kai calmed his breath and approached the tree then sat down and rested, he needed 500 exp to level up so he had to kill at least 7 wolves to level up.

The wolf so hard to kill and yet they only give him 80 exp.

Sitting on the ground while leaning on the tree, kai took bandages in his inventory, his remaining HP is 150, kai lose half of his HP.

"Just one monster, how about 5? Moreover, I didn't even have time to do the experiment because the monster attacked like a mad beast, but this is good enough as a start. if I fight again, i think I can win easily" Kai muttered while drinking.

After resting Kai walked over to the wolf corpse and saw what items had fallen.

in WoW corpses will disappear after 1 hour and items will appear by themselves next to the corpse.

Kai saw the poor item which was only wolf skin and meat. the wolf didn't even have fangs or money. In WoW you can only get money and material items from ordinary monsters, for items such as weapons, armor and accessories you can only get them from boss monsters and the country's vault where you have to exchange them with war points. another place was blacksmith, black market, auction and quest.

When kai pick up the item, he put it in his inventory. "At least it can be sold to NPC for additional money," thought Kai.

"Auuuu ...."

When Kai was about to leave, Kai heard the wolf's howl, because the sound was close to him. Kai can hear clearly and looked at the sound, there he found a group of wolves who were quite close to him. they stared at him with a sharp and cold gaze.

Then they started growling before once again howled together.

Staring at the wolf then at the corpse Kai said.

"Looks like the smell of blood brought them here, only 3 huh? HP and stamina have recovered a little, should I try it?"

There are 3 wolves in the group that makes Kai want to try to fight them.

"Hmm ... should I run or fight them? let's fight, running away is not fun." made up his mind, Kai drew his sword and walked towards the wolf. The three wolves stared at Kai who was advancing towards them without any fear and only staring with a sharp gaze and cold eyes.

He almost die by fighting one wolf, now he want to chalenge another wolf, what's more there's 3 of them there. but kai like to fight many enemies, that's why he want to try to fight them.

Not far away, kai heard a sound again, then he looked left and right but did not see anything. then kai looked again at the front and was surprised by the wolf packs that came from the left and right. the wolf pack then grouped together, making a formation.

20 wolves grouped together, making it look scary and beautiful at the same time. they lined up while looked at Kai and growling.

Looking at the 20 wolves, Kai had a cold sweat on his face, Kai put on a serious face and started staring at the wolf with a cold gaze while heathed his sword back then shouted "FUCK".

Kai ran as fast as he could towards the forest exit. Even though he likes fighting against many enemies, it doesn't mean kai are stupid. at kai's current level it's impossible to beat all the wolves alone so kai would rather run than die in vain.

Even though there is no punishment.

After all, who would want to die for nothing? If it's 1 against 3 then kai don't mind, but if it's 1 against 20. It's better to run, especially if you use a reality-type system that makes pain it's true. and kai still don't want to feel dead, by being torn apart or eaten by 20 wolves.

Seeing Kai running away, the wolf pack chased after him, howling. Kai doesn't care about the wolf's howl he just focuses on running forward with all his might because he knows the wolf's specialty is agility. Kai also disappeared into the dark forest with the wolf who followed from behind.

A human and pack of wolves are moving fast in the forest, with the wind as their companion and accompanied by the sound of howling and pounding that are beautifully rhythmic like a music leading to death.
