Chapter XXXI : Short trip down Memory lane

The following weekend, Tess woke up in the morning still thinking of their dance class. This whole week felt a bit strange, it was like Con was avoiding her. Sure, he was busy starting his own business, while looking for a place to rent, but she felt there was something more.

Because work took over her own schedule, she didn’t get the chance to have an open conversation with him, but she was about to do so. She didn’t like this feeling she had, the edginess about his behaviour.

But then, she never thought how she was behaving. Maybe she send him the wrong vibes, when all she would want was to spend as much time possible next to him. Ok, wow! Where is this thought coming from? She did like his company, but now she felt like she wanted his company more than anything. She felt ignored for a week and she was already giving out. This was no not her at all, seeking someone’s attention.

Maybe she should check with her own behaviour first, before she went to speak with Con.
