The Mosted Hated

{Personal Information}

Name: Shen

Level: 23 [2,452,193/29,353,400]

'XP is coming in so slowly it's barely noticeable. Even dealing with Jaune the forces of Vacuo were so minimal I ignored the notifications. I've outgrown the RWBY world by just too much.' Sighing to himself Shen closed the System Menu and he heard a familiar female voice as he entered the room.

"Well, it looks like General Ironwood's message was enough for you to come out of hiding."

Leading him in were both Cinder and Faunus with a scorpion tail, wearing a white outfit. He had a crazed cautious look on his face but looked crazed almost like Taella.

"Well, I couldn't ignore all the help you've offered us of late. Thanks to your Grimm, securing Vale and the majority of Vacuo was a lot easier." Currently, Shen was tens of thousands of feet in the air. Monstra was what she called it, what everyone called it. A massive Grimm whale that could dwarf a Large Town in size.

Having a nearly transparent glass-like head and a massive mouth, big enough to swallow an army whole. Three wings adorned both of its sides with the rest of its body being the classic black and white substance of Grimm. Its dorsal fins alone were bigger than skyscrapers.

To everyone else in the world, it was where Salem, the Queen of Grimm remained. Too high for most ships to reach and surrounded by flying Wyvern Grimm and other creatures. A living flying fortress.

Of course, getting here was no issue for Shen, moving at Lightning speed let him travel nearly anywhere in the world. The only issue was it was easy to lose track of where he was going, so he had to slow himself down by a percentage.

"Well of course it's not every day, I meet someone crazy enough to take over the world in mere months. Over all the years I've lived you are definitely a unique case." Both Salem and Shen both took a seat across from one another in the large meeting room.

"Cinder, Tyrian, leave us." Both Cinder and Tyrian frowned hearing that obviously wanting to protest. But a single glance from Salem made them swallow their words. With a bow they let the room leave only Shen and Salem.

"So when are you going to Atlas?"

"Tomorrow, I'll arrive just like they asked me to." Salem's brow raised itself.

"I doubt that's all you're planning, you wouldn't have come to me if that was the case. If I had to guess, you plan on bringing your army with you as well." Glancing at her, Shen smirked but didn't answer.

"You really think that's wise, I doubt your forces are spread pretty thin as they are. It'll take time for them to gather for an invasion." That was where Shen shook his head.

"Of course, that's why I have no intention of invading Atlas. I'm more than happy enough with Vale, Vacuo, and Mistral. If I had to guess, they plan on broadcasting this moment to the world. They're the final beacon of 'hope' after all. They want the world to see the hero's final defeat The Tyrant Shen and his Generals. Bringing peace and prosperity to the world…"

It almost sounded classical when he said it out loud. It was a childish way of thinking of it, but he doubted there weren't a few in Atlas who really thought this way. To be more specific, the Main Characters. Interrupting Shen's thoughts Salem spoke.

"So what exactly do you expect me to do? Although Grimm isn't really affected by the cold, attacking Atlas and Mantle launching a large-scale attack within the span of a day is impossible. It would be a waste of effort on my part." At that moment Salem saw a flash of light as something appeared in front of Shen.

Immediately Salem's eyes widened as she stood up from her seat. This was the first time in who knows how long that she had ever felt afraid of something.

"What are those? How did you…"

"This is your chance at freedom Salem and your chance of finally getting revenge… Let's not waste it." Only a few minutes later Shen could be seen leaving Monstra in a bolt of lightning through the sky. Once he was gone Cinder and Tyrian came walking back into the room. They had questions with Tyrian speaking first.

"Master what did that-" Tyrian stopped mid-sentence when he saw the look on Salem's face. He had seen her smile before, however it was always calculating, a kind yet cruel smile. However, Salem was staring at her hand, with a look of overpowering joy. It caused the two of them to go silent.

What had just happened in this room?

Time seemed slow, not just for the Ironwood's Team in Atlas but for the world. Anyone who was still out there posing resistance. But time waits for no one, and soon the next day arrives. Within Atlas Academy, also used as the HQ for their military. Every available Huntsman and Huntresses were mobilizing making their way to the courtyard of the Academy.

Amidst the hall's two people were talking to one another.

"Are you sure she's ready for this?"

"I talked to her last night, she's ready. We just have to have faith."

Both Weiss and Ruby, just like everyone else had changed over the years. All of them had grown, their styles completely different than before. Weiss's long hair extended down to her calves now. Her outfit follows behind her sister's if not a little spruced up. She looked capable in any light you saw her in, and not a hint of that princess-like attitude could be seen.

The same could be said for Ruby, she had gotten taller and her hair had grown past her shoulders. Her clothes looked a lot more combat-ready, it almost resembled the Atlas Military Uniform with its colors switched out for hers. Yet it still kept the style of her original clothes in the series, but the thing that stood out most were her eyes.

They were shining silver, resolute, and not faulting whatsoever. All of them had hardened up over the years.

"You two worry too much, she's going to kick his ass." The two of them turned and saw Yang walking towards them. Out of all of them, she had changed the most. Her hair had been cut short, only having a small ponytail. She still carried that fiery flare, despite the fact she had a light scar or two on her face.

Surprisingly enough the only thing that hadn't really changed was her sense of style. Despite the years she still dressed more on the tomboyish side, while still being charming. Ruby and Weiss looked at her, and then the person who was walking behind her.

"Blake…" Ruby spoke softly to herself when she saw Blake. Her arms were locked together with special cuffs that sealed her Aura. At the same time, her entire upper body was bound in a mechanical straight jacket.

Both Weiss and Yang signed when they glanced at Blake. Her eyes were normal but the look she gave them carried venom and the grunts coming from her made it clear she was saying something.

"What's she saying?" Hearing Weiss's question Yang shook her head as she reached for the piece sealing her mouth. The moment it was gone they heard Blake speak. She had heard the news about Shen during her capture, it had shaken her to her core. But despite that and the bruises across her body, she was smiling.

"If you three think you can use me to bargain with him… Then you're mistaken. In the end after four years you three are still as-" Blake was cut off as Yang put the mouthpiece back on her mouth.

"On second thought best to keep that on. She nearly ripped out the throat of the interrogator with her teeth. We still don't know what happened to her, to make her so… Different." Ruby and Weiss didn't know what to say about that. As the three of them were standing there they suddenly got a message.

[Ruby, Weiss, Yang we just got alerts that a ship is on its way here to the academy. Get to the courtyard as soon as possible. Me, Winter, and Ozpin are already on our way there.] Hearing that the girls looked at each other before making their way towards the Academy Courtyard with Blake being forced to follow from behind.

The front courtyard of Atlas Academy overlooked the entire city which floated in the sky on a large chunk of earth. The city of Mantle was located under it, separating the Elite and well-lived from those who are not. Making their way outside Ozpin, Ironwood and Winter were all there. At the same time, Huntsman and Huntresses guarded the Academy Entrance.

Besides them a team of five Huntsman known as the Ace Ops, the most skilled Huntsman in Atlas, and the personal squad under Ironwood's control. Yang, Ruby, and Weiss all joined Ironwood and the others in the center of the courtyard waiting. There was an intense atmosphere, enough to hear your own heartbeat.

They were letting the enemy into their HQ on purpose, how could you not worry. Luckily Atlas and Mantle had both been majorly evacuated beforehand to underground bunkers. If something did go wrong the Populus would be safe. Still, that didn't stop them from being nervous, no one said a word until an Officer accessed their comms.

[General Ironwood, they're here!] Only a few minutes after the communications an Airship came flying up to the courtyard. Just from its appearance, you could tell it didn't belong to any Kingdom. Everyone tensed up and subconsciously reached for their weapons, only for Ozpin to speak.

"Qrow, Glynda, all of our comrades who have been captured are counting on us. Stick to the plan and don't act without prompt. If we're successful then the blood that will be spilled today will be minimal, and millions will be saved." It was a warning to them, to not do anything stupid. Attacking now would ruin everything.

"Right…" Yang and the others calmed themselves down as the ship landed sideways with its doors facing them. There was only a hundred-meter distance between them and the ship. No one made a sound as the ship's doors opened and a ramp descended to the ground. One after another six familiar figures stepped out of the ship.

Taella, Torchwick, Sienna, Neo, Pyrrha and Raven. After they touched the ground they stood split into both sides, clearing the way.

"I've finally stepped foot in Atlas, And I get such a grand congregation as a welcome?" Shen's clothes fluttered lightly in the cold winds. His clear amber eyes shined in the light from the grand Atlas Academy. The smile plastered on his face bore witness to his greatest accomplishments and sentencing to hundreds of thousands to death.

And most importantly…

The Villain hated most in the entire world.

"I feel honored."
