I NEED U

MIDNIGHT - The day of the War

In the shadows of the forest, 6 human silhouettes could be seen. Those 6 people were indeed Yoongi, Namjoon, Seokjin, Taehyung, Jungkook, and last but not least, Hoseok.

The prince has convinced the four elves to help him on his journey to stop the war and hopefully save Jimin. Yoongi knew the consequences he could face if he were to be caught with elves. He would be labeled as a no good two-timer, lousy rat, sneaky spy, deceiver, Judas, a skunk. Pretty much an outcast in his own kingdom. However, he knew that there were more important things in the world, more important than being loved by nameless people that worshiped you without cause. Yoongi didn't want that before and didn't want that now.

Taehyung was the first one to break the silence on this trek in the woods. "Wolf boy. Can you even see where you're going?"

"Yes. You answered your own question the first word you said don't you think?" Yoongi sounded amused by the elves' foolishness. A smart mouth doesn't always imply intelligence. The elf roles his eyes and thinks it better to not give an answer.

Hoseok cleared his throat and nudged his friend in the ribs. "How exactly do you plan on doing this? I doubt any good will come from what we are doing-"

"Hobi. I know what I'm doing and if the plan fails it fails. I won't let you get in trouble so don't worry." The prince hesitantly puts his arm around Hoseok which earns a cheesy grin from the other.

"Whatever you say your highness."

Prison cell

Jimin was dead. Well, at least he looked dead. Inside, he also felt dead. Why did he do this? In the end it only caused him to feel worse about himself and the situation he was stuck in. No one would come for him and soon he would hear the screams of the citizens of the wolf kingdom as well as the elf kingdom. So, in conclusion, he was screwed. Minutes seemed like hours in that damn cell. Soon, Jimin drifted off into a different world, a better one.

Flashback

"Jimin, my beautiful son. Remember that your mother will always be here for you. I'll never leave you." Six year old Jimin smiles brightly at his mother. Not knowing the horrors that would await him in just a few hours.

"Eomma, why was Appa yelling at you yesterday? I couldn't sleep, you were so loud!" Jimin didn't know better. He didn't know that his father would beat his mother at night, or throws plates at her head, or threatens to kill her when she does nothing wrong.. Jimin was just a naive six year old boy that had his rose colored glasses on to block out the evils of the world. If only they weren't taken away from him at such a young age, maybe he wouldn't be so messed up inside.

One night, Jimin heard the screams of his mother once again. They were too loud for his sensitive ears. He tiptoed to his room door and peeked through the open crack. His eyes widened in horror as he saw his mother's limp body on the ground, his father on top of her with his hands around her neck. Jimin ran down the stairs as fast as his little legs could go.

"Eomma..? Eomma wake up please. You still need to read me my story-" Tears were streaming down the boy's face. He continued to poke and shake his mother to wake her from her sleep. Jimin already knew that something was wrong with his mother and he looked at his dad who was facing the window.

"Appa, are you going to help me?" His father turned to look at him, a single tear falling from his face. Instead of answering his poor son, he walks out the door instead. Jimin's tears dried and a deadpan expression washed over his face. Instead of crying and begging his father to come back, he curled up with his sleeping mother and felt warm under her arms.

Jimin awoke to the concerned faces of Namjoon and Seokjin.

"I'm pretty sure his mother is dead, Joonie. What should we do?"

"Let's just get the poor boy out of here Jin."

"But what about-" Namjoon looked down and shook his head. They couldn't alarm anyone of the death. People would see the situation and assume the worst.

From that point forward, Jimin replays the moment he lost the only warmth in his life, his heart breaking a little more each time.

Present day

The six boys were in a little situation at the moment. There were guards everywhere. Getting past them would not happen, as they are trained to smell an Elf's scent miles away.

"Wow. That's a lot of minions you have." Taehyung snorted.

Jungkook turned to his lover with a look of disgust. "Shut up, seriously. Your voice is actually annoying." Taehyung rolled his eyes for the thousandth time this trip.

"You could say we are prisoners?" Jin got closer to Namjoon, afraid of what the prince would say.

"With no chains or anything?" Yoongi inhales deeply. "I'm stuck. You elves are smart right? Give me a few ideas."

The boys try and set aside their obvious differences but to no avail. They can't be civil even if there was a war that could start at any moment. Jin and Namjoon argued with the prince while the maknaes argued with Hoseok. At this rate they would not be able to stop the war, and Yoongi knew this much.

"We won't be able to prevent a war. I am more focused on getting Jimin out of the cell right now-"

The others look at each other. Some had open eyes in shock, and some were grinning at each other knowingly.

"The war will happen. So we will fight."

A frightened Jin spoke up, "F-fight? I can't even do push ups!"

The prince chuckles at his hyung. The boys decide that Yoongi, Hoseok, and Namjoon will fight in the war while the rest will save Jimin. The same question still remained though. How will they all get into the kingdom without getting noticed?

Taehyung snaps his fingers. "We should enter through the prison basement right? There will only be a few guards if I am correct."

Yoongi looks at him with a raised eyebrow. "And how did you know that exactly?" That question causes more raised eyebrows and questions.

"That's not the point right now. Let's go shall we?"

With nods of agreement, finally, the boys make their way to the prison cellar. They stop at the door and the three fighting split to the armory, and the other three open the hatch to the cellar.

JIMIN

I am losing it. Why am I not dead yet? It seems as though the other man was right. The one time you want to die it just doesn't happen, but when it's the opposite, death meets you at the most random moments. How ironic. I start to play with the straw beneath me to find some kind of entertainment when I hear footsteps and quiet voices. Yes, thank the Gods. Forcing myself up I hobble to the bars and assume that I have lost all sanity when I see the faces of Tae, Kook, and Jin staring at me in what looks like disbelief.

I laugh outwardly in their faces, "I didn't know wolves could shapeshift." My words are slurred and snot runs down my nose.

"My goodness...what happened to you?" Jin, but not Jin, asks me in a concerned motherly tone which seems to warm my insides.

"That doesn't matter. Jungkook get the door open please." Since the man is whipped for his lover, all he does is obey. Jungkook puts his hand on the lock and closes his eyes, focusing on unlocking it. It pops open with ease and he smiles to himself proudly. Wait. Only elves can do that…

"Who are you and why do you have my friends' faces?' I see the imposter Taehyung roll his eyes as I feel him dragging me out the cell. I am pretty sure I black out because when I awake I am in a room surrounded by council ladies. They look pretty afraid of us. This is also when I realize that these three are in fact my real friends. I smile stupidly at no one in particular and black out. Again.

_____

"He looks normal again. Except, he looks a little starved don't you think?"

"Yes but we can't feed him as he is obviously knocked out."

"Guys what do we do now?"

The council ladies exit the room without questioning them. A loud bell is heard from above them.

"Looks like the war has finally started."
