The forest was disturbed by a great commotion that made even the most timid animals peek out in wonder. It was filled with howls and barks of fury and the sound of running mixed with terrified yelps of help from a pitiful puppy. At the scene, twenty wolves were chasing after Tristan who ad embraced his monkey ancestors as he used the treetops to nimbly maneuver in the forest. The Alpha of the pack was looking at Tristan with red eyes, wishing to just tear him to pieces as Tristan was enjoying every moment of this.

The wolves were so consumed by anger and revenge they did not realized that they had just trespassed into the territory of a brown bear. Tristan led them right into the mouth of the den before he jumped down. It was only then the alpha realized something was wrong. Tristan smiled evilly at him before throwing the puppy into the cave with no regards of its wellbeing. The alpha barked viciously at him before he was silenced by an angry resounding roar from the cave and if one had listened carefully they would hear the dying yelp of a puppy. The mother bear barreled out, literary speed blitzing the alpha, sending it flying.

The other wolves could not take the disrespect of their alpha lightly as they descended onto the mother bear with unending fury. Some went for her hind legs, some bit into her ramp, some refused to let go of her front legs. But mother bear was angry and nothing was going to stop her from dishing out revenge. She bit into a wolf biting her left front limb, killing it immediately before using the limb to swat away the pesky wolf on its right fore leg. With a roar, she turn around and flung the wolves with just her bare strength. It was a total massacre to the wolves but they did do a number to the bear.

Tristan was watching this scene from the tree top with slight worry. If this is how these animals fought then even he would be hard pressed. He realized that he made the right choice by not fighting the wolves for if bear was any indication then he would have been brutalized. The mother bear was now facing the alpha wolf but she didn't have enough strength while the alpha wolf was slightly injured from the previous clash. The two circled each other, the mother bear appearing slightly hesitant. Tristan was waiting for this moment, just when the alpha had its back toward him. He jumped down the tree and sped towards it in one breath. In just a second, he was behind it and with a well timed kick, he directly broke its right rear leg.

He did not celebrate the small victory as he delivered a punch onto its ribs, making it howl in pain as it fell and before it could get up, a dagger to its neck finally killed it. The mother bear was not sure who it should be routing for so she just stood her ground, growling at him. Tristan saw just how injured she was and decided to do her a favor. He skinned the alpha as fast as he could then took off its head and left, leaving the mother bear quite surprised. She then looked at all the carcasses then limped into her den to check on her cubs.

Tristan quickly made his way to the village before it became too late. He was worried that Kyle will start becoming hysterical about his absent. When he got to the gate, he found the guards about to close it so he just jumped in between, leaving the guards frowning but not knowing what to do for that wasn't mentioned. He continued on to a trader who he was sure would give him a good deal.

"A new customer, how can I help you, sir?" the man asked him.

"I want to sell game," Tristan said, slightly out of breath. The trader's eyes sparkled, literary.

"Ah, my favorite topic. What do you have?" he asked, slightly too happy. Tristan placed his bag onto the table and opened it. The first thing to come out was the alpha's head, which made the trader very much excited.

"That's a silver furred alpha. From the size of the head it is forty eight years old, two years shy before it becomes a demonic beast able to cultivate. You must be very strong to take away its head like this!" the trader said. Tristan did not answer but removed the hide, making the trader beam even more.

"Look at how beautiful the hide is! Quite bloody though but no holes in it! The skinning hasn't taken away too much and no fatty or meaty spots either. You must be pro, sorry I don't recognize you,"

"I'm just here for the money, not to exchange pleasantries," Tristan answered. The trader was not flustered his attempt was thwarted but looked into the bag. He saw the organs and another hide, making him more anxious but Tristan only removed the other hide.

"Ahh, a thirteen year old black panther! They are not rare like the silver furred alpha, in fact I had a client that wanted one alive. But, it will be many shiny coins for you," the trader said. He then examined the last hide as he nodded in appreciation.

"Alright, the hide and the head you can have one gold and five hundred bronze. For the panther hide you can have two hundred silver coins," the trader said. Tristan sighed in disappointment as he started packing it up. Before he could even pick the first hide, the trader's hands were already clutching onto it. "Okay, okay. How about one gold and one silver coin for the silver haired alpha and three hundred silver for the panther. No more!"

"You have said that from the beginning, now we can deal," Tristan told him with a small smile. The trader sighed as he went to take the coins. Once he was paid, Tristan turned around and left.

"Come back for more good deals!" the trader shouted back but Tristan was not listening. He hurried home and found the lamp in his house on. When he got in, he found a worried chibi looking at the fire.

"You look worried, little boy, do you have no faith in your brother?" Tristan asked him, making Kyle look up in joy before jumping into his arms.

"You came back alive!" he shouted.

"O course I did. I am the most powerful elder brother you will eve have," Tristan answered. "I brought you plenty of meat." He then took out the organs and started cooking them, answering any questions the kid had. When they had supper, he tucked the boy in his bed and went to his room.

"What a day!" he said to himself before going to sleep.
