I BEGAN to grow a little nervous, gnawing and worrying my bottom lip,my old habit of biting my lip was slowly coming back.

"Casey! this is where the magic happens pretty nice uhn?!" She beamed

"Very nice indeed and I'm actually happy I'm going to be working here, I literally didn't even have to apply for the job."

"Yup you're one lucky bitch"she giggled oh yeah I want you to Meet someone she's one of the best here"

"Um...sure" I chuckled nervously.

"Hey violet!"Mabel called and a slim tall girl shuffled over to us leaving behind a laughing group of teens.

Everyone seemed so young and vibrant. And aren't they supposed to be like....I don't know; working?! What the fudge is the time anyway?

"Hey May" the supposed violet said,

damn was she pretty, black wavy hair draped down her back the tips dyed violet of course and just like her name, violet eyes and if you looked close enough you'd see flecks of indigo she had quite a tiny nose.

"Violet, girl I missed you" Mabel squealed

"I know I know I'm awesome who wouldn't miss me"violet winked a small smile playing across her tiny lips.

"Now are you going to introduce me to your friend? She looks like she's about to have a nervous break down"

well she wasn't wrong! Curse my sweaty glands for making my hands clammy all time.

"Oh silly me"Mabel face Palmed.

"Casey this is violet and violet this is Casey". she finished

"Nice to meet you Casey,you look familiar though" violet seemed cocky and intimidating mostly intimidating and if I didn't know any better I'd say a little scary but the way she spoke was nothing like that, she was nice and she had this cool laid-back attitude.

"Nice to meet you too,well we might've met before" I shrugged

"Aren't we supposed to be working or something?"

"Today's kinda different" violet said, tucking a stray strand behind her ear.....damn silver earrings, different shapes and sizes lined her ears talk about rockstar chick.

"Cool earrings violet, like I'm so fucking getting those" gazing at the shiny metals on her ear. Pssh like I can afford them.

"Thanks bitch I'll get you some don't worry" she winked again, I guess she likes winking

"Awww bish thanks, so what is happening today?" I inquired curiously.

"Even I don't know yet" she stroked her chin thoughtfully Asif trying to find the answers in her brain.

"C'mon Casey I have to fill you in on the details of your job so let's go c'mon" Mabel motioned at me to go with her.

We talked for a while and she told me everything I needed to know then left for the reception.

Minutes later....

LISTEN UP EVERYONE Mabel voiced for everyone's attention.

I just spoke to the manager and he said he won't be resuming work with us,as you already know this place has been sold to a new owner but Mr garter has been overseeing all dealings but not anymore the owner's son is our new manager and he'll be here in a few minutes, most of you are new recruits please avoid trouble with this new manager now get to work Thank you.

"Wow girl you really took control out there" I said in utmost surprise.

"Hehehe thanks" her cheeks turned pink

Aaaaand she's back to normal Mabel.

"So this place was recently refurbished eh?"

"Yeah my dad's the new owner though that's why I'm in charge.... for now" she frowned.

"My big ugly Brother's coming to manage this place"she sighed

"Oh"

"Yeah if you noticed most of us here are like your age,well it's on purpose my dad doesn't want my brother to have to deal with older people, don't ask me I don't know why; I don't know why daddy decided to let go of Mr garter he was good at his job"

"Well maybe your brother won't be so bad?" I asked more of myself than her.

"His ego is bigger than his head he's mean so so mean and and"

"Mabel! I get it i get it sheesh girl" I chuckled.

She blinked once,twice and I couldn't help looking behind me as the doors opened, a faint smell of expensive cologne drifted to my nostrils.

And there he was, my new boss, most definitely not ugly.

Tall, about six foot two? I guess, blonde hair swept back like silk and his sea green eyes already looked irritated, flickering from everyone else and landing on me?

He had on a black dress shirt hash office-looking pants and black slick shoes.

Everyone and everything stopped and I couldn't stop gawking at this beautiful creature taking long strides towards...me wait what?! Run run now Casey you can still make it.

"Move" he spoke, the word leaving his mouth with ease like he had practiced it over and over again.

"Are you talking to me?"

Oh shit what the hell was I saying why couldn't I just move out of the way?!

"I will not repeat myself girl I said move" he stated firmly.

"Why don't you go the fuck around me,or can't you see there's enough space for even a truck to go by?" I glared at him. And inwardly smirked as I heard someone gasp from behind me.

He looked taken aback for a second before speaking again.

"I do not have time for this" his jaw ticked, grimacing at my appearance for one last time.

He grabbed Mabel and disappeared from where he came,I just stared in utter bewilderment at his retreating figure.

What just happened?

Okay quick recap...

I got here, made two friends I was told the manager, Mr garter was friendly and nice I knew it was too good to be true and that something was going to change,happen and then I met him;my new boss.

I was yanked by the arm and spun around to face violet

"Bitch are you freaking crazy?! That's the new boss here wasn't it obvious enough? I mean just look at the hunk!"

"Oh well" I shrugged nonchalantly but I was dying inside.

"Don't waste your time violet, she doesn't have any class or manners" a certain familiar shrieky voice spoke from my peripheral vision.

"By the way who let this dirty little rat in here?" Molly spat.

Oh shit I just knew everything was too good to be true Asif angering my new boss wasn't enough, Molly had to go waltzing into my life every single damn place I went now didn't she?

"Woah woah woah back off Molly I wasn't talking to you"violet spat back, leading me away from the insensitive,pink-loving creature named Molly. "You don't belong here bitch" her voice trailing off as I was being pulled away

'You don't have class or manners, dirty little rat you don't belong here' those hurtful words circled in my head endlessly but I- I was fine,those words meant nothing I'm okay I'm okay,

Breathe baby breathe.

"Uh Casey don't listen to Molly you-

But before violet could finish I heard Mabel's voice and snapped my head up to see her with worry and anger evident all over her.

"Casey what did I say about new recruits avoiding trouble uhn?! You literally jumped right into the trouble" Molly shrieked

"I'm so sorry I I wasn't thinking my mouth just opened but your brother is a jerk no doubt I guess I just got mad which is unlike me"

"You just got this job, I already like you why do you want mess this up?" They both sighed

"....well he wants to see you in his office 4:00pm sharp,when work closes

Please don't be tardy....he does NOT like that" Molly sighed again leaving me with violet.

He wants to see me?! No no. No, okay I'll just have to apologize and um make the ego driven jerk see that I'm sorry right? Nothing hard there or I'll write a letter of apology? Maybe that could work. Shit I don't know how to write one.

The rest of the day went by like a gentle breeze in contrast to the storm that was busy brewing inside me.

It basically consisted of me learning from violet, sketching some clothes, just praying I'd have enough time to write an apology letter, Hoping mabel would be less mad,oh and trying my best! To stay away from Molly

It was currently 3:30 and I finally escaped mabel and violet

I grabbed my pen and paper, hid in the restroom and started to scribble down all the nicest yet professional words I could think of.
