The new volume (volume 2) is going to take a few chapters to grt into the real fight scenes, and may be a bit slow at first, but I promise it's going to be spectacular to read as things even out.

My Brother Is A Warlord

Quinn looked to her sharply as she said that before he looked to see the officer snarling at him.

The officer shouted to someone behind him and the third ranker who had been riding the carriage before came up to the front.

"Yes. That's him! He's the one that stole the lead!"

The third ranker seemed ready to charge at Quinn but the lieutenant held him back easily.

"Get back. Don't you remember how well he beat you before?"

Dummy stepped back while still glaring at Quinn. The lieutenant then turned to face Quinn.

"I'll be taking you into custody for theft of military equipment. You better come with me without causing any trouble"

Quinn snarled, "And what of the bandits in front of you? Don't you think they should be taken into custody as well?"

The lieutenant smiled sinisterly, "What bandits? All I see are law-abiding citizens trying to stop a criminal"
