(Next day)

Waking up in the oh so familiar hospital walls, nice to see you again, but back on topic I try to sit up but feel my entire body ache in pain, more specifically a spot from my back. Giving up on that I look around the room and see my Dad sleeping in a chair on my right while on my left Hinata is sleeping in a chair while mumbling in her sleep, out of instinct I try to reach out my hand to pat her but I hiss in pain instead. Hearing me Hinata wakes up cutely, before her eyes land on me and next thing I knew I was being held in a death hug while she started crying.

"Hinata.I. Can't. Breath."I said between trying to catch my breath, hearing me she quickly lets go, taking a good look at her face now I see it full worry and tears making me feel warm in my heart, knowing that this is someone who genuinely cares, someone who I can trust, who I can let in my heart. By now Dad woke up but noticing our moment he decided to step out the room silently.

"Ryu, do you know how worried I was? I don't know what I would do if something happened to you, wha--"Before she could continue I forced my body up and kissed her, feeling her soft, full lips on my own, despite the pain I felt from pushing my body up, it felt like it was worth it. Pulling away I look at her and see she became a blushing, stuttering mess which made me smile, again, realizing there is someone I can cherish in this world, that I can put all my trust into without worry.

"Hinata."I call out to her, interrupting her rambling before it became Izuku level.

"Y-Yes."She said shyly. I softly hug her.

"I'm sorry I hurt you, Hinata. I let my past demons control me, and that's nobody's fault but my own, you are a nice, caring, overwhelmingly cute girl, it would be my honor to be your boyfriend, will you let me have that honor, Hinata?"I softly whisper her in her ear.

"Ryu, are you sure you want to be with me, I me--"I cut her off again by kissing her, the difference is that the last one was a chaste one, this time it's more deeper, with this one I'm conveying all my feelings for her through this kiss. After a while I break the kiss, looking at Hinata I see her blushing like a tomato, but this time she has a small content smile on her face.

"Ok Ryu, I accept."She said making us official.

"I'll always protect you, but I have a certain warmongering cyclops to kill first."I said with venom in my voice, I try to get out my out my bed and stand up but Hinata stops me.

"No Ryu, you need to rest for now, please."She pleaded, and looking at her face full of worry for my condition, how could I refuse to listen to her. Reluctantly I laid back down but my body felt relieved from this action. The door then opens and I see Lee handstand walking with his normal leg weights but more weights being held up by his feet with Dad behind him muttering something about how youthful we are.

"Lee, what are you doing?"I asked with a comical sweat drop, face and everything.

"I'm training 5 times harder for I failed my promise to you my youthful friend! I need to fan my flames of youth harder than before to make sure I never fail you again!"Lee said with tears in his eyes while he started doing handstand push-ups since he's standing still.

"Lee, you know it's not your fault, right?"I said to him.

"No my friend, no matter what you say I shall continue fanning my flames of youth!"He proclaimed and I sighed in defeat since the only thing better than his Taijutsu prowess is his will. Then the door opens again showing a worried Naruto and Sasuke with Sakura behind them worried as well.

"Hey you guys!"

"DON'T HEY US!"The three yell at me at the same time making me wince from how loud they were.

"Sorry sorry, but I'm fine guys so calm down a little."To that they can only sigh in defeat since I have no visible injuries on my body it's just exhausted. The door opens again but this time it's Hiruzen who has a regretful expression on his face and as he's about to speak I cut him off.

"I know if I ask for Danzo's head right now you wouldn't do anything and would leave things as it is, but you can't stop me once I gather enough evidence against him."I said clearly making him sigh in defeat since he knows I'm telling the truth right now.

"Lord third, I believe it's better you leave now."Dad said to him with a respectful but underlying tone that showed his anger.

"*sigh*, very well, but Ryu, I hope it doesn't come to that."He said with a sad expression on his face before leaving the room while Naruto, Sasuke and Sakura has confused looks on their faces while I proceeded to explain.
