From the lives of six different people, each from a different eye color with varies challenges and ways of life, different ages and circumstances. The story of six people who's lives are directly impacted by the society they live in, a society that wants nothing but control no matter what it takes to get it. All of them learn the hard way to live in a society based on fear, rank and control.





"In a society quite similar to the one today, there were people grouped, graded, assessed and educated based on the color of their eyes. The Amber society consists of all those who lead the country and control it, they're the leaders. The Green society contains all the celebrities, singers, writers, athletes, director's, actors, and models. The Grey community has all the smart people who keep the communities alive because of their jobs, they're the doctors, lawyers, scientists and technologists. The Blue society contains the police, chefs, teachers, professors and guards. The Hazel community is the main working class like the waiters, cashiers, gardeners, plumbers. The Brown society has all the low paying jobs and all those without jobs such as the factory workers, slaves, soldiers, cleaners, beggars and unemployed ones."

ColourBlind

The mainland is all worked up by the announcement that was forbidden by the government to make. Someone did it on purpose. Everyone carries on believing that Blacks are out to kill them. Everyone wants to feel like they're the victim in the situation when no one has to be. 


All the students who passed are set to leave to the mainland. Families upon families are awaiting their arrival. They can be seen from the island, their small figures barely visible. From this point they all look the same, eye color doesn't matter from this far. Dysnomia is holding the letter her mother gave her tightly. Dysnomia can't wait any longer to read the letter so she goes to a bathroom on the ship and reads:
