(Evans POV)
I leaned my forehead against his and closed my eyes. "None of this is your fault, if anything, we're both the victims here. We may...... l-love e-each other, but I don't think that either of us is ready for that big step yet."
I could feel him nodding his head and I smiled. I stuttered.
I bit my lip before slowly opening my eyes. When I opened them, I saw that Aaron was staring at me. His tears dried and you could see their outlines on his cheeks, cheeks that I cupped with one hand a second later.
My left hand trembled on his arm as I could feel myself losing control over my emotions.
We stared into each others eyes for a while, before our eyes started to travel. Aaron looked at my lips for a split second and that also made me look at his.
My hands started trembling even harder as the space between our faces started diminishing.
Right before out lips could touch, a cold breeze past us.
How weird... I thought. All the windows and doors were closed.
