The agent is searching for the boyfriend that came to the home of the family when the will was being read. The name of this boyfriend has mostly been kept a secret and the name mentioned in the will is fake.
The hunt to find the name of this criminal is on. In Iris’ case, no leads have been found on his cause of death and any responsible parties for any other crimes other than trying to be good people.
The agent is sitting at his computer as he tries to search the system for a young boy that seems to be in high school. A young boy that is in his senior year based on his appearance. The agent only has his face and his crimes to go on.
As he goes through the criminal database with his colleagues beside him, he notices their annoyance and frustration with the people that are living around them. He feels similarly. He always comes across cases of people like Iris and Cleopatra. It’s so common. Mostly it’s people believing that their friends and family should be in heaven instead of hell. The case of Iris is the rarest one he has found.
The highest agent calls him in to discuss the case at hand and to find out his progress. “So?”the tall man asks gruffly. “I know that the letters are correct,”the agent says, “but I am still trying to find the cause of death and that means digging deeper in their lives. I also have found other criminals along the way.” The highest agent nods and dismisses him.
The agent then goes back to finding the person that is responsible for the death of Amity. The eighteen-year-old that will be facing a life sentence. He is considered an adult and he committed the crime while he was and is an adult.
The agent sighs deeply as he combs through thousands of faces and files. “Jackpot,”the agent shouts and everyone looks at him with annoyance. They all groan as they attempt to go back to their work. The face of eighteen-year-old high school graduate Thomas Waller.
The agent prints the file under his name and tries to find his home address. When he, finally, arrives at the location, a woman opens the door. “Afternoon, ma’am,”the agent says politely. The woman nods, “Afternoon.” “Is Thomas Waller here?”the agent asks kindly. “That’s my son,”the woman says with pride on her face. “That’s great,”the agent says with a smile, “can I talk to him?” The woman nods and opens the door wider.
The agent walks in and the woman leads him to a living room. She shouts, “Thomas! Come downstairs! Someone is here to see you!” “Who?!”Thomas shouts back. “I don’t know,”the woman says with annoyance, “now get down here!”
Thomas strolls down the stairs moments later and spots the agent. “Hello,”the agent says with a smug smile, “Thomas Waller or do you answer to Skull only.” The woman looks at the agent curiously. The agent comes towards him and says, “You’re under arrest for the murder of Amity Waller.” “She’s was in the womb,”Thomas says annoyed, “she’s not considered alive.” “As long as we and others in the world consider things that grow like plants and bacteria on other plants as living things,”the agent pauses as he handcuffs the young man, “despite not having a heartbeat and a brain then Amity is considered a life worth having the chance to live. You took that away from her and you will pay with life in prison. Do you prefer prison or the eternal flames of hell?”
Thomas rolls his eyes as the agent walks him towards a car outside. His mother has tears in her eyes, “How could he? How could you, Thomas?” His mother is shaking and falling to her knees while the agent locks his car. He watches with sadness in his eyes at the mother’s pain and drives off with his criminal in hand.
The evidence is handed over to a judge and if the judge thinks there are some things missing then a trial will be held. If there is no reasonable doubt then the young man will be going straight to prison. The will is evidence and so is the name of Amity referred to as Amity Waller on a gravestone. This gravestone was put there by the abortion center and that’s how he successfully arrested all those involved in that instance as well.
His heart fills with happiness as he has come some way with the case of Cleopatra. Iris’ case is leaving him blank and wondering. He wonders who could’ve possibly witnessed his demise and everything there is to know about him. Who know him best?
Bailey and Malik come to mind. He tries to think of how to contact them. He suspects that Bailey goes to school and tries to find nearby schools and who goes to them. Malik must be getting help for himself. The agent decides to visit the nearby orphanage later on.
As of now, he is trying to settle the case with Thomas Waller and Amity. His heart goes out to the little girl that had no one to care for her and no one who even gave her the chance to live. She didn’t get the chance to prove herself worthy of life. The agent wonders if Thomas and Cleopatra received a heaven note for the little one. It is quite odd that they hadn’t mentioned it.
The agent decides to investigate and ask Thomas.
“Thomas,”the agent says seriously, “the judge has reviewed out evidence and you will be going to jail for life.” Thomas nods and tears fill his eyes, “Can’t I do something?” “You can’t undo murder,”the agent says without feeling, “now, tell me, did you receive a note about Amity?” Thomas nods, “We did. We didn’t tell anyone because it would prove our guilt.” “What did you do with it? What did it say?”the agent asks with anger. “We threw it away,”Thomas says with tears in his eyes as he sniffles, “it said heaven.”
