Chapter 9: Visiting Rose and Ryan

I get off the carriage with Sella and walk in the police station. They call this prison and there are no police in here, instead knights. But I still call this police station.

I'm holding a basket with lots of food while walking inside the station. Surprisingly everything is clean and organize unlike in my past life. Police stations and prison in mypastlife are so disgusting.

I walk in the front desk where there is a knight in there.

"Why are you here?" He ask me rudely.

"Don't talk to my lady like that." Sella said.

"Umm I'm just here to visit someone." I said politely.

"Name?" He said in a bored tone.

"Rose Yuo and Ryan Yuo."

"Cell number 57. 30 minutes only." He said.

"Ok."

I walk inside searching for cell 57.

50....55 56 57.

I saw Rose and Ryan sitting in a bed and talking to eachother. They seem fine and healthy.

"Aunt Rose?" I call Rose name and she look at me.

"Luca!" She exclaim causing Ryan to also stare at me.

"Im here to visit you." I said. "Here, this basket is full of healthy and delicious foods." I hand them the basket.

"Thank you." They thank me.

"How are you guys?" I ask them.

"We're fine in here."

"What about you?" Ryan ask me.

"Well, I almost got kidnap." I said casually.

"Does your parents know?" Rose gasp before asking.

I guiltily shook my head slowly.

"So you come here to tell that to us?" Ryan ask me.

"Umm maybe? I just feel weird around them, I am not that use to them." I explain.

"You better tell them about this kidnapping thing." Rose said.

"Yeah, yeah." I said.

We sit there and talk about things until the 30 minutes is up. I stand up and leave after saying goodbye.

At home, I am sitting in the dining room for dinner and I am deciding wether to tell them about the kidnapping incident or not.

'If I tell them right here and right now, some servants might hear us and maybe some of them are spies. It's too risky. If I tell them later the maid that wants to kidnap me might kidnap me. I dont even know where that maid is, she might be still in here hiding or she gets back to report to her boss. What should I do? What if I just let Sella stay by my side until I report those things to Mom and Dad? Yeah that one is for the better. Or what if I tell the kidnapping thing to Sella so she will report it to Mom and Dad? Can I even trust Sella? Maybe I can because Mom and Dad trust her, yeah, I'll just tell the kidnapping incident to Sella first and then I will go to Mom and Dad. Perfect plan.'

"cy.....Lucy,Lucy." Mom call me.

"I agree?" I randomly said as I snap away from my thoughts. Everyone look at me weirdly.

"You seem to be deep in thought. You want to tell us what is it?" Mom said gently.

"Ummm maybe later." I said and go back to my eating.

'Should I tell it now? Nah, later. I will. No,no I should tell about it now. Nope, just later. Okay Im gonna tell it now.'

I have made a decision. A final decision, I. Will. Tell. Them. No- I saw the maid that wants to kidnap me serve me the dessert and my plan just backfire. She stare at me sweetly and I cant help but want to erase that smile in her face. I want to slap her, dare to kidnap me?!

I cautiosly look at the dessert she serve me and wonder if there is a poison in here. I am not an expert at checking if there is a poison or not so I can only........ I look at her quietly and call her.

"Hey." I said.

"Yes?" She said calmly. She think that I am just a little kid who doesnt know anything about these things? She's wrong! I am 18 years old and I have watch to many movies about this. I also read Sherlock Holmes! I know a lot about these things.

"Can you taste this dessert?" I ask her sweetly.

"Wh-what?" She ask nervously. Hahaha, you think I wouldnt know? Ha, I am smarter than I look. Dont judge a book by its cover.

"I dont want to repeat myself." I said sweetly.

I can see that she is deciding to run or to taste the dessert. Her eyes are glancing at the dessert and the door. Everyone is quiet and is staring at me. I just want my revenge. She doesnt have the chance to run because this is my territory.

She slowly took a step towards me. Oh, so she wants to die? What a loyal dog.

She pick up a spoon and bring the dessert in her mouth with shaking hands. Then, she drop the spoon and run away. Tsk, she is not so loyal and she is also stupid.

"Sella follow her." I said and Sella run chasing the maid. I am starting to like Sella. She is such a good and obedient servant.

I wait for some minute then Sella come back holding the maid in place.

"You bitch, you'll pay!" The maid shouted at me.

"M'lady." Sella said as she push the maid in the ground.

"Hold her in place." I said and Sella hold the maid in both arms.

I scoop the dessert and slowly walk towards her. I am not yet speaking or asking anything, yet she give herself up and her boss "I am innocent. Someone paid me to kidnap you! Im sorry please forgive me. That dessert has poison on it!" She shouted.

"Who paid you?" I ask her. She didnt answer so I airplane the dessert slowly coming close to her mouth.

"It's a woman! I dont know who is it! Her face has a cover but she rides a luxurious carriage. There are some maids and knights who is paid with me!" She said.

"Lock the gate!" Dad ordered.

"Who?" Dad question the maid. I drop the spoon Im holding and sit back in my chair to continue to eat. I didn't eat the dessert though. I am just like that, eating happily like nothing happened.

"5 knights and 10 maids to be a spy. I am included in the 10 maids." The maid said. "Gail, Jeffrey......" The maid said the names and each one is captured. All of the names call are going in the jail or off with their heads.

"Why didnt you tell us?" Mom ask me.

"Well, I am planning to tell you when I saw her serving me the dessert. I just get my revenge." I explain and continue to eat.

"Sister, revenge is bad." Lily said.

"Nah, Im planning karma to do it but he is so slow, so I just do it myself. And besides, I dont always do revenge. I just do what I want." I explain to Lily.

She shut up and continue to eat. I know that Revenge is bad but its refreshing!
