Amulet was the runt of her litter. As she grew a strange mark appeared on her right eye that once she reached maturity it began to cause complications and finding her mate only accelerated her complications. Now her and her mate Desmond are on the hunt to answer the enigma that is her birthmark. Little do they know following this trail will turn the hunters in the the hunted.

Runt

Amy groaned as she reached for her head. She blinked awake and looked around the room. She smiled until she saw Maxis. Her eyes widened and she sat up. "Max?" 


Max nodded as he was still looking over his own body. "Hiya sis!" 


Amy shook her head as she looked over at Des and Xander who were the only two left. Instantly her brain flashed to what happened and she frowned as a low growl escaped her, catching them all by surprise. 


"Amy we need to move quickly. Can you walk?" Xander asked 


Amy shook her head as her face grew pale. "To be honest, I can't feel my legs." 


"I can carry her." Max offered as he was still digging around in Des' old stuff to find clothes. Des growled as his bones started to snap, after a few moments human Des was back. "No I will." 


"No the hell you wont." Amy growled at him. 


"Des if you touch me I will rip your member clean off." She growled.
