Dream vs Reality
Today is Saturday and we all decided to skip school for few days just to celebrate my birthday, they say it’s our own tradition to celebrate each of us birthday for a week to spend it with the people that are important to us.
"Diana? Are u awake?" I hear Madison's voice on my door but I didn't get up nor answer her, so I continue my sleep knowing there are no classes for us today “I think she’s still asleep”
"Babe I know u can hear me... we're just going out to buy us some needs for our trip. If you need something buzzed me up alright?" Sophie saying from the back of my door
After long hours of sleeping, I finally got enough sleep for the trip later. I scanned my phone to check the time...
3 pm. Saturday.
"I can't believe you still can sleep until afternoon when you're about to turn 20 kiddo." a familiar voice popped up into my room
"Jasmiiiinnneee!" I shouted running towards her for a hug
"I know I miss you too, young lady. Now pack your bags already and take a shower before your big brother come up here just to throw you in the tub" She said
Ever since I woke up from being comatose Jasmine is already there for me I mean literally there for me because she's one of the doctors I need while I’m in the hospital fighting to live. That's why it never turns hard for me to love her especially that now she's my sister-in-law
As she leaves me in my room I go straight to my wardrobe to pack my stuff and not long enough I get done with it. In some moments I really thought of myself how much I love traveling because I can see some great bags and stuff that I only see on traveling videos Or movies
"Hey? Diana? Are you there?" Justin calls out from my door picking his head in
"Yup, I'm here Just. What's up?" I asked not living my wardrobe closing my bag
"Nothing really, but Luke asked me to check you on if you're still sleeping," Justin explained
"Ahh… So that’s the reason why I hear some cute arguments downstairs" I said smiling a bit
"Are the lovebirds trying to put a fight again?" I simply asked smiling shaking my head
"Not really Jasmine thinks Luke doesn't trust her for waking you up?" he replied
"Haha, I don't doubt that. Anyway I’m done packing ill just take some shower then I’ll be downstairs soon" I explained
"Okie Dokie," he said as he leaves my door
Makin' my way downtown
Walkin' fast, faces pass and I'm homebound
Starin' blankly ahead, just making my way
Makin' a way through the crowd...
I popped out some music while I go shower. Suddenly a Thousand Miles plays into my phone
'Cause I'll need you
And I'll miss you
and now I wonder
After several minutes I got done showering and decided to put in my lovely white hoodie with black tribal design all over the bottom pairing it with my black shorts and I finish wearing white pair of shoes.
As I go downstairs I can hear everyone being happy talking to each other playing around and preparing for our trip. I see Luke being sweet with Jasmine, Jackson and Kylie is doing the same thing while
Michael and Justin are putting the bags into their cars and suddenly I spotted a lovely pickup truck car with a lovely matte black color with buildup wheels and tank on the side and that's the time I realized it was my dream car FORD RAPTOR F-150.
"OH! MY! GHOODDD! WHOSE CAR IS THAT?! WHO FREAKING OWNS IT??? WHY IS IT HERE?" Unconsciously breaking peace on the house
I didn't stop myself to go straight outside to look at the car closely with my own eyes to admire it. Not realizing leaving everyone on my back
"Finally you came downstairs...." Madison said
"I thought I heard you, babe..." Sophie tries to reach me out for a hug
"Hey, Diana can you help me out with this?" Justin asked...
"Diana will you please don't scream with that high voice of yours…! Even the house is big we can all hear you with your normal voice" Martin said
"Hahaha let her be kiddos... come outside for you guys to know what's happening" Luke breaks their thoughts as he follows me outside
"I think she really loves it, Luke" Madison commented as she got the idea of what's Luke going to do
"Is this yours Luke??" I asked pumped up
When Luke sees that everyone is already outside and Jasmine is already taking a video. He asked Ori to give something to me which he followed very well.
I was so busy looking at the car not noticing Ori is on his way towards me bringing up a mini basket with a box inside of it with a card saying "HAPPY BIRTHDAY DIANA. I LOVE YOU AND I HOPE THIS IS THE BEST FOR YOU, LOVE LUKE" as long as I read that I grabbed the box and open it seeing a logo of a ford on the top and a key on the inside.
Minutes after I started crying and jumping towards Luke hugging him for giving me my dream car.
"OMYGHAD! Is this even real?? Is it really mine?? How? When?" I asked happily
"Calm down now Tiger, Yes it is yours truly and it came here earlier. I asked them if you're still asleep for us to be able to land it safely and I did know it because I’m your brother" he explained
"I love you soooo muccchhh!! Thank youuu!!" I said "but let's all be honest you love me, yes but you have no idea about how great this car and you never give me attention while I talk about cars and stuff" I proclaim
My brother is the kind of man who doesn't really into cars but more in a motor type of man but when it comes to Jasmine she's more like me that's why I know that my brother is lying
"Well... Jasmine helped me out" He explained shyly
"I knew it!! THANK YOU SO MUCH for both of you" I said hugging them together and everyone look at me happily "I think, I would love more if we group hug nowwwww!!!" I cheered calling up everyone for a hug.
As we break the hug I stood in front of everyone and started talking "wait up before you guys all come in again... I just want to say something..." I started "I want to say thank you to everyone for being here with me and for staying with me even though. I almost leave you guys and even though. I can't remember my past... you guys are still here with me and I just want you guys to know that every one of you is my EVERYTHING." I ended whipping out some tears from my cheek
"Hey... I and Everyone will be always here for you Diana... I'm your brother and this is our family now. Alright…? I love you so much" Luke said as he gets closer to hug me
"Oh! Enough with your drama babe! It’s should be me the one who does it not for you! But you know I love you right!" Sophie cheered me on and kisses me on my cheeks
"Sorry to break you guys up but it's getting dark so you guys better are on your way already..." Jasmine said smiling at me "I love you sweetie" she secretly whispered to me giving a wink
"Jasmine is right guys. Y'all better get in your way already" Luke agreed with his wife
"Yo! Every bag is here already even yours Diana and the rest of the food and drink are all here, We all set up to leave so if you guys ready we can get this road going." Justin said standing beside his van
"But half of our van is already occupied how are we going to be able to fit in there?" I asked crossing my arms "and you know I need a big space for me to sleep tomorrow morning right?" I complained
"Uhm... Bae, what’s on your hand?" Kylie asked
"This? A Key…? And My phone" I said
"And…?" Kylie continued
"Wait... what? You gonna let me drive this gorgeous car on our way?" I asked
"Hahaha... Don't be silly I didn't buy it for you to make it as your doll. Of course, you're gonna drive your way on the old house" Luke explained
I got so happy hearing those words from them but they can't hide some doubts as I can see some of their gesture between them. Jasmine holds Luke’s arm gesturing a question if he was sure about letting me drive, Madison and Sophie looking at each other thinking the same thing and Justin looking straightly at me making sure I’m capable of doing it. But I decided to shake everything that I see and asked them cheerfully.
"So who would be my very first guest for joining me riding this beautiful car of mine??" I said
"That would be me and Michael," Madison said raising her hands grabbing Michael with him
"I'll just catch you up later babe..." Sophie said waving hands at me as she closes the door
Martin and Justin are sitting in front of the van, while Sophie and Kylie are on the second seating along with Jackson.
After few hours of drive, Madison and I keep singing our heads out on my new car while Michael plays with Ori living our worlds full of out tunes singing. Eventually, our phone starts buzzing up notifying for a new message on our group.
Sophie: Justin asked me to tell you guys that we're going to stop on the third diner on the map because he's starting to feel his hunger he said.
Madison: But he's always hungry...anyway lucky him I need to eat too anyway.
"Sophie sends us a message saying we're going to eat on the third diner on the map" Madison explained
"But it’s like 15 miles or more..." I said "He can handle his hunger by that then??" I asked
"How stupid is he for not knowing how far that is?" Michael spoke up
"Madi can you call them to make sure of their decision?" I asked
*Madison video called up Martin*
Martin: hey, Madi what's up?
Madi: Hey, I just want to ask if you guys know how far are until the third diner? I think it would be two or more hours before we reached that diner do you guys really wanna wait that long?
"Shit how did I miss that? I'm starving" Justin cursed in
Madi: we'll take that as "no I’m not sure made, why don't you decide now" *laugh* so now follow us, boys
*Madison ended the call*
"Is that a cue for me?" I said smirking
"Hit it, babe," Madi said
As soon as Madison said it I hit the gas to go forward beside Justin's van living them on the back. Making it look that I beat them on some drag race on a highway.
Not long enough we sighted a good-looking diner beside the road which we all decided to stop by for late-night dinner. We all get out of the car meeting up in front of the diner stretching every muscle on our body.
"Here, let me handle him first," Jackson said asking for Ori's collar on my hand "I’ll meet you guys inside, I'll let Ori do his business first" he continued
"Can I get you anything already baby?" Kylie asked Jackson living him with Ori
"Uhm... I'll just have a double cheeseburger and fries baby and a large diet coke please," Jackson said
We all enter the diner we pick the right spot for us it’s on the last batch seat on the side. I seated with Madison and Justin on my side along with Michael while Martin, Sophie, and Kylie are facing us.
"Oh my..." I hear Madison looking at a guy which I didn't notice until I raise my heads seeing what she see that leaves me speechless
Sophie and Kylie notice what happen to me and Madison so they decided to look at our view that makes Sophie said "Yummy..." until then we realized the waiter that we have been staring at is standing
in front of us already
"Hi, my name is Clark. And I’ll be your waiter for this evening; may I take your orders now?" Clark said with his brave shoulders, tall height with red hair matching his brown dashing eyes
"Hi, my name is Sophie, and can I have it? Your number at least…?" Sophie said being a bit of a flirty sweet girl
"Oh please... he's not so cute. “Kylie whispered on her side looking out for Jackson who is still playing with Ori "I'll have two Double cheeseburgers and two diet coke large please oh and one large fries
too" she finished
And as Kylie started giving their orders eventually everyone followed saying theirs too.
"I'll have some triple cheeseburger and a triple cheese pizza and a Diet coke" Madison raised her hand
"I’ll have a triple patty burger and a large coke and fries," Justin said "oh and a large Hawaiian pizza" he added
"I’ll have some salad and a cheeseburger match it with strawberry shake" Michael ordered
"And what would be your order gorgeous miss?" Clark said looking straightly at me smirking
"Oh sorry I forgot to give my order... I’ll have Cheeseburger and a vanilla milkshake please," Sophie said smiling brightly giving me a wink
I smiled back at her saying thank you for saving me with the flirting part. "I'll have double cheese pizza and triple patty burger with a large diet coke," I said not looking at Clark
"Alright, ladies and gents… I'll prepare your food right away." Clark leaves with a smile
I didn't lift my head before Clark leaves us but on the side of my eyes, I saw Justin's hands clutch something like he's mad or what.
"Are you okay?" I asked holding his hand that feels like a rock being held
"Ow yeah I’m okay no worries" He answered sitting right up removing his hands from me
A few minutes later Jackson enters the diner and joined us leaving Ori on the back of my truck with his food “I tied Ori on the back of your truck and leave him with his water and food while we eat here and you can actually see him from here”
Few minutes after Jackson get back with us, Clark followed with our food and drinks. He served us our food
On our school and houses, our table manner is very important not to get messy and such. But on our trip like this, those well-known manners are always gone. As long as the food landed on our table the silence of the words is gone and all you can hear is the chewing and swallowing of their food
Madison is making a weird design on her pizza, Sophie's trying to give her vanilla milkshake into more flavor by adding up cinnamon, Jackson and Martin are exchanging mustard and ketchup on their burgers, Michael is busy giving his salad into Its dressing, Kylie is busy giving her fries some cheese bath on her plate while Justin is busy making his pizza into more burger pizza with fries inside.
Looking at these people makes me feel so much happy so I simply laughed at them and enjoy my food.
After several minutes after as we finish up eating, We all decided to continue our drive to the Hotel where we going to spent our night off and early in the morning we continue our trip to the beach house we need to be in. I get in the car but this time I'm in the passenger seat because Madison is the one who's going to drive my new car.
"Oh please, Madi be careful on my new baby!" I said fixing up my seat belt and fetching Ori to seat with me
I'm actually glad that Madison is the one who will drive first of my car. She is an excellent driver because even though she is one of the riches in our group she always drives her car and she's a car lover too and the best part of her is that she doesn't just love cars she actually models them too.
"Well, babe you better be relaxed that I'm the one who drives this gorgeous not Kylie. She can nicely shot a bow but can't drive a nice car" Madison said laughing as we take off to continue our trip.
Well if you really asked everyone about that we all gonna say that is actually true. Kylie can't drive right she almost spends her time driving by breaking others car or hitting some random three or sign on the road and that's why ever since I got my car, I and Sophie pick her up every morning but when Jackson started dating Kylie the time that we pick her up got lessen because Jackson always pick her up or they're sleeping at my house.
We're a few hours away from the Hotel that we need to stay in for a night when I started to have a buzzing in my ear up to my head that is so painful, I tried shaking it up but after few minutes it goes back again with more pain to give in so I lay my head into the window and suddenly I lose consciousness because of the pain
* a Few Hours Later* (Arrival at the Hotel)
"Diana! Wake up!" Madison said shaking me up
*Bark* *Bark* (Ori keeps waking me up)
"Madison? What's happening?" Jackson said
approaching our car
"Hey what's up?" Justin said
"Diana sleeps when we take off but as soon as she falls asleep deeply she's making sounds like she's on a travel herself..." Madison explained "And since we arrived I keep her waking up but she's not responding and Ori keeps barking like he feels something's wrong"
"Omyghad Diana? Wake up, babe!" Sophie said getting close to me
All of them get around me worrying about me not waking up.
*Crying*
I started crying out of nowhere yet I'm still not waking up from sleeping.
"Don't you think she's dreaming about what really happen last year?" Jackson said while scrubbing Ori's fur to calm down
"We don't know that until she wakes up." Kylie answers him up "Diana it's time to wake up!" Kylie shouted
Suddenly I opened my eyes like someone hit me pretty hard from the inside and got stunned until minutes later I realized that every one of my friends is looking at me worrying like somehow I look liked dead in front of them
"Hey... what's happening?" I asked
"Diana! Finally, you wake up" Sophie hugged me
"What happen to you?" Madison said guiding me from getting out of the car
"What happened to me? I just sleep and suddenly I feel crying so I forced to wake up but I can't remember the reason why." I explained, "How long am I? Asleep?"
"You make us so worried Diana... You didn't respond on anything..." Michael said "And you've been asleep for like two hours or so, you fell asleep minutes after we leave from the diner and that's like an hour before we even arrive here"
"Sorry to break into this talk guys but we've been here for an hour and a half I think we should go inside now. Jackson and I already arranged our rooms we only rented two bedrooms so sorry to tell you Kylie no babe time will happen with Jackson tonight." Justin said breaking up our conversation "So girls you will stay in one room and that would be the same for us boys" he added
"Hour and a half... How long am I asleep out here?" I asked while taking my things
"Look at Ori (trying to get close to me) you make him worried enough to make him feel that way" Michael point into Jackson who's holding Ori's lace
"Before we get into our rooms I just wanna say sorry if I make you worry that much I really have no idea what just happen," I said
"Hey, it's fine Diana we understand that. We just got really worried about you" Justin said
"Don't forget to make him calm anyway his trembling because of you" Jackson said as he gives me Ori's lace me.
I hugged Ori and scrub his fur to make him calm. We all say goodnight to each other and get to our rooms. The boys stayed beside our room where Kylie, Madison, Sophie, and I will stay with Ori to guard us.
"You feel alright?" Kylie asked me while I’m still making Ori calm down
"It's actually weird Kylie... I don't feel alright but I have no idea why I mean I fall asleep but when I fall asleep more deeply I know I had dreams but now I have no idea what happens to my own dreams." I explained letting go of Ori
"Maybe because you just eat a lot earlier and your tummy doesn't accept it right?" Madison joke around while fixing herself up
We all laughed at it but I saw Sophie's face getting all negative so I decided to seat with her in the bed and hugged her.
"Is this what you'll look like when I'm gone?" I joked but still hugging her
"DON'T YOU EVEN DARE DIANA!!!? I SWEAR TO MY DEAD BODY THAT I'LL RIP YOUR BODY IF YOU DO LEAVE ME!" Sophie said half crying and half-mad about what I said
"Hahaha, Omyghad I'm so sorry. Okay Okay I'll try not to do it" I said luckily Sophie don't have much time to understand what I just told her
Late evening they all fall asleep and here I am being more all alive so I decided to go out and go to my car and grab my diary and straight to a mini pool on the ground floor inside of the hotel where I decided to go to and straightly do my writing
Dear Diary
This is the first time I lied to them... I didn’t tell them that I didn’t fall asleep but I actually lost consciousness it might seem to be the reason for the pain I have in my head before it happens, But the weirdest thing is that it doesn’t feel like I lost consciousness because I see some dreams or it feels actually like an old memory that has been hidden for a long time in my head which is odder because the scene was just what we do earlier on my house where everyone is getting ready for something and everyone is there along with my parents…
I would love to write more but I couldn't because of my tears. I have no idea what time is it but, so suddenly I heard a familiar voice
"Why every time at the night like this I always found you sitting beside of a pool? Diana?" Justin said getting close to where am I sitting
"I thought I'm the only one who's up until now..." I said clearing my tears from my face
"I'm about too but I hear a crying baby near on this location so I got up and check it out and here I am now, So… Care to share it care bare?" Justin asked
"It's nothing Justin I don't really wanna talk about it anyway" I excused
"Diana... I know it's not right to say this but you're Important to me like a sister and I can't help it every time I see you crying and you keep hiding it from us" He said
I can't keep making lies to them especially Justin, I can't control myself so I cried with no words came out to my mouth and all he can do is hug me
"Justin, please...Don't ask anymore..."I said out of crying
He hugged me tighter after I managed to say it. We stay like that not knowing the time passing by but when a bit of light hit the hotel I told him that we should get back to our rooms to get ready luckily all of my girls are still sleeping so I get my chance to fix myself again and try to fall asleep which I easily get.
Hours after I fall asleep on the bed feel some movements that I couldn't explain which give me a thought that the girls are just playing with Ori while I'm sleeping but then when I opened my eyes I can clearly see a window and feel like I'm into something that is moving and finally I realized that I was in my car and we're already on our way to the beach house.
"Good Morning Princess!" Sophie said fixing her make up in the passenger seat
"Who the hell driving my car…?" So I rushed getting up and I see Michael who's sitting in the driver seat driving my car.
"Did you guys Stole me and my car?!' I asked shouting loudly
"The voice Diana! Lower it up please?!" Michael complained "And no! We did not, the girls said you're not waking up and Justin explained why so I take you and put you here so you can continue your sleep while we're on our way" He explained
"Ow and here's your breakfast babe," Sophie said kissing me on my cheeks
I don't know what to say so I just asked them "Are we there yet?" hoping to have a positive answer "And where's Ori?"
"About an hour or so." Michael said "And Ori is with the Madison on the other car she's been taking care of him since this morning"
I'm not really in the mood to do anything now since I'm still sleepy so I just pop out my earphones and stream my playlist as we continue our trip

I continue singing it until I realize that Michael and Sophie joined me singing it.
This group is not only athletes but all of us love the same stuff like movies, songs, etc. and that makes us stronger and happier together and I don't know how many fights and laughter we already been through but all those times I know how happy I am being with them. They complete me more than I ever know.
