New Friendship

"Don't be worried. We all know who's going to win." Her best friend's laugh was heard all the way to the place she was going to.

"I know, I'm not worried. I just feel nervous. It's related to my career after all." Ria shrugged and ventured towards the area where the students' models were, her eyes as calm as ever. Being nervous was a part of the life of every student. She was confident she would still win though. She worked hard continuously for days to win the competition.

She had to say that everyone who had worked hard, their hard work really paid off. All the samples for the competition before her were as shiny as a star.

Today she was wearing her pink half-sleeve dress which reached to her knees, the same dress which she used to wear when she wanted something good to happen. She was not superstitious but still thought that the pink dress always brought her good fortune and luck.
