FRANCESCA'S POINT OF VIEW:
"That dream..." I started to say. But I had a hard time looking away from his piercing but loving sincere gaze.
No! Snap out of it!
I shook my head. "That dream where you can barely breathe as water closes over you head."
"That's the dream that you weren't breathing about? Why do I have a feeling that it isn't something more?" He blinked, narrowing his eyes at me.
Somehow I had to tell the truth. "Green." I blurted out quickly.
"Green?" He blinked and frowned. "What was green?"
"The water. Green gooey slime that covered over my head so that I couldn't breathe." We made eye contact again and understanding flickered in his eyes.
I think he understood, but suddenly he growled. "We'll take about this later." He said harshly. Releasing my chin, he picked up the tray, put the food back on the silver tray, threw open the door and stormed out. I winced.
Maybe I shouldn't have said anything.
I thought to myself as I slumped back down on the pillow. I sighed. But, I don't think that Weapon X was mad at me...I think he was upset because of what I had revealed to him and to him only. He could never ever know my secret.
If I told him than I'd have to kill him. And...surprisingly I wouldn't like to do that...at all. At least, not anymore.
