The richest family in the country of Ibran is the Min Family, and the surname Min is part of the nine elite families, which is a powerhouse, despite being the weakest of the nine.

There are nine powerhouse in the country of Ibran, and each family has it's territory that they govern. For each province their is an elite family among the families in a region, in which they are considered to be a tiger in each mountain.

And among the nine martial families they have a bona fide powerhouse that are at the peak of *Martial Grand Master, It is either their elders, main head, ancestors and etc.

Point his finger at the center of the blueprint, which is laid on the table.

"The blueprint imprinted are the overall structure of the future modern Maven City. Therefore to make this happen we will be slowly establishing it starting from the inside. And the inside I'm talking would be the inner border where the Mansion is standing. The outer border and the rest would be latter in the preceeding future."

Kerun finally understood, and had an insight why 20 workers are enough. With 20 workers solely focus in the inner border, and disregard the rest, then it's possible within a span of a month.

Prioritize the construction of a Condeminium, currently what people need right now is a proper shelter and accomodation. To be precise a place where there's a roof above their head and a sense of security.

As for those whose business was demolish and lost livelihood, Soldier C and half of the unit of soldiers will be distributing a food relief pack to compensate the loss.

(The question of Kerun has something in relation to "Obstruction of flourish". There are conservatives who are against changes, and so Xiang Monji whimsically created "Obstruction of flourish." A law which penalized citizens who hinder the progress for modernization or an obstacle from letting novelty projects to be establish.)
