I Told You So

"Here honey, drink this," said George as he hands over a hot chocolate to Stella.

"Where's Marius papa?" asked Stella as she looks around the empty living room except them both.

"Marius is with your dad baby, is everything okay?" asked George in a small and coaxing voice.

"Yes, everything okay," said Stella while looking down at her cup as she blows to cool the drink down.

"Lia, you know that you suck at telling lie," said George while smiling softly at Stella who was pouting.

"I-, I-, Fine~," said Stella as she gives in.

"Is it about that guy Luciano?" asked Jacob as he walks over towards them both while still holding onto Marius.

"Yes?" said Stella in a small voice that accompanies with doubleness.

"Lia, babe, you need to break those walls around your hear and look at people that are surrounding you two," said George in a coaxing tone.

"mammm mamaaaa mam mama" babble Marius as he saw Stella before he got back playing with his toys.

"It's hard dad, papa. I don't know how to respond to this alien feeling" said Stella as she looks at both George and Jacob.

"It's not an alien feeling baby girl, that's what young people like you call, falling in love" reply George as he smiles with a hint of a smirk in his voice.

"Just admit it pumpkin that you have feelings for him, don't deny him any more. He gave everything that everyone wants" add George as he winked at Stella who was rolling her eyes over that statement.

"Papa, he's a playboy that's sleep around and changes woman like he changes his shirt, he discards them after playing with them. I want a stable man not a walking disaster like him who is a mafia not to mention" said Stella as she looks at Marius.

"You are afraid aren't you?" asked Jacob as he looks at Stella who immediately looks at him.

"Huh?" said Stella as she looks at Jacob.

"I saw your eyes, Lia, you look at Marius as you say those words. You worry about Marius's safety aren't you" said Jacob hitting the bullseye.

"Hmm" respond Stella as she nods her head slightly.

"I scared people will bull him or what if Luciano treats him bad without my knowledge," said Stella more to herself rather than her second parents.

"Lia, you did tell us about how he often glue towards Marius and all. How can he do that if he has an ill intention towards Marius?" asked George.

"Plus he is a Maranzano baby girl. And The Maranzano is known for their loyalty towards their family. I can guarantee you that they or even Luciano will not harm him as he himself already accept Marius as his own son" said Jacob supporting his husband.

"I-, I don't know papa, dad. I just need the reconfirmation and secure from him just himself but every time I see him I feel like kicking him but at the same time wanting to hug him tightly. I feel like I know him but I don't remember. I don't know how to say this, it's like nostalgic yet annoying at the same time" said Stella as she looks at both George and Jacob hopelessly.

"You know hat baby girl. Now you need to go out and have fun while we'll take good care of Marius" said George as he looks at Stella who was a pouting mess.

"No, I don't feel like going out alone. I'll just and get my work done at my bedroom while dad play with Marius and papa take care of him" said Stella as she stands up and hurriedly walk over to the staircase and head over to her bedroom.

As soon as Stella reach her bedroom she quickly fishes out her laptop and opens up her email. As she opens her email she saw an audio attachment from Skylar in which she quickly opens and listens to.

The audio contains their conversation that Luciano confesses briefly about his feeling for Stella which makes her break down her icy wall of the heart. She then quickly close the audio recording and text, Skylar.

An hour later Skylar arrived at The Conner household together with The Maranzano brothers. Stella then could see from her bedroom window that Lucian and Luciano busy talking to George and Jacob while Marius happily play with Luciano's hair as he carries him while walking towards the seating bench in the backyard.

Stella was feeling nostalgic and guilty but at the same time she felt like she did hat was supposed too in which she wasn't that feeling guilty for protecting their safety. Stella was fully focusing looking at them but her focus was interrupted as Skylar knock on the door before she open and enter the room.

"You call for me?" asked Skylar as she smiles at her best friend.

"Yes, yes. I know what you're thinking so spill it out. Say, I told you so" said Stella as she rolls her eyes while looking at Skylar who was grinning at her.

"I told you so," said Skylar as she hugs her best friend who gladly hugs her back.

"Whatever but I won't give in that easy," said Stella as she holds her best friend an arm's length while smirking at her.

"You do know that everyone literally supports the both of you including baby Marius who cling to him like his own father," said Skylar as she pulls Stella over to the window and point at them who was talking happily.

"Well.. all except you my stubborn sister" add Skylar as she side hug Stella who purses her lips together.

"Whatever and I still stand with what I just told you so get him out from papa and dad's house, quickly," said Stella as she pushes Skylar towards the door.

Both Stella and Skylar then walk over to the kitchen area before they separate ways in which Stella start to make Marius's food while Skylar walks out to the back yard and carry Marius inside the house.

"Sky, help me to wash Marius's hand before his snack," said Stella as she still cutting the fruits in a small bite for Marius.

Stella could hear running water and a washing hands sound while she busy cutting the fruit. After place the fruit into Marius baby plate she turns around and saw Luciano's back as he put Marius in his high chair.

Stella's heart was slightly tugged as she look at Luciano but before anyone could notice her attitude she quickly change into her usual cold look and walk over to them.

"Thank you and you can go now," said Stella as she ignores Luciano.

"Let me help" reply Luciano as he hands out his hand indicate that he wants the plate that Stella was holding.

"No need, you can leave with your brother," said Stella again as she places the place gently in front of Marius.

"Marius baby, eat your snack after that we'll go out okay baby" add Stella in a cute voice towards Marius who was smiling brightly looking at both Stella and Marius.

Stella then turns around and head over to the sink to tidy up the mess that she made before checking up on her son who was happily eating with the help of Luciano.

'Why don't you go back first?! I seriously don't know how to deal with you right now after knowing everything!' said Stella to herself as she screams silently while washing the knife and cutting board.

Meanwhile unknowing to the three of them, everyone was looking at them as an exhibition tiger family from the backyard while eating snacks and commenting on the situation.

"Isn't it obvious that they love each other?" said George as he sips his cold coffee.

"Honey, stop looking and commenting on their action and let them be," said Jacob in a hushed voice while looking at Luciano, Marius and Stella.

"Oh hush old man, this is super cute to watch and do rather than watering the plants" counter-attack George sarcastically.

"They both are so oblivious about their surrounding," said Lucian as he bites his sandwich.

"I know right and its so obvious that she likes your brother," said Skylar as she sips her coke.

"Really?!" said Lucian a little too loud which earns him a series of 'shush' and slap on his body.

"Quiet dumb-dumb," said George as he hit Lucian's arms again.

"Sorry.. jeez," said Lucian in a hushed tone.

Back inside the kitchen area, Stella quickly picks Marius up first but before she could take the dirty plate to the sink Luciano already picked it up and head over to the sink while Stella quickly heads over to the bedroom leaving him alone in the kitchen.
