The Warning

Joe hears something shatter from downstairs. He quickly runs down to find his door gone and... "it's a rock?!" with a note underneath it that states: "Don't Go." Already dressed in his costume, "Are you serious?!" He runs out to see who's around but nothing is in sight.

Ten minutes later Danny parks in front of the house shouting, "WHOOOHOOO, Let's Get This Party Star….ted.. Woah what happened to your door dude?!

"I just finished cleaning this living room too, I can't believe this.. Some things are not adding up here danny ..maybe I shouldn't go."

"What?! Why???"

Danny's walks to examine the door and is shown the note from the rock.

"Don't Go?..... Don't go where?"

"What do you think?! How could someone possibly know that I'm going somewhere?"

"It's a Sunday night.. On Halloween! Anyone could have written this to scare you. It's not a big deal. Probably some stupid trick or treaters trying to give you the hibbie jibbies. You honestly think I would do something to harm you? I'm your best bud, come on now!"

"I never said you would try and harm me... Why would you say that?"

Danny stares blankly at Joe for a cold five seconds"....You've been blaming me this entire time."

Joe shoots back, "I didn't blame you this time. I just think I shouldn't -"

"Lets cover your door. Wouldn't want anyone breaking in again." Joe thought it was weird at first, but shakes it off.

They both find a large enough part to fully cover the entire door to nail it in. They enter the car and before Joe could close his door completely, Danny immediately pulls out the driveway but Joe interrupts,"Hey, ill take my car with me actually..." Danny looks intense. While trying not to sound too suspicious he adds, "I might bring a lady home with me tonight haha." Joe knows that he's in the clear when Danny says, "We can clean that glass off later. I'll make sure you're in bed this time okay? Want me to read you a bedtime story too?" He hysterically laughs. Joe starts to lighten up a bit and starts to follows him.

A few feet from what looks like a warehouse and you could already hear the music bumping and see a long line of people impatiently waiting to get inside. "Awwww hold on, you didn't tell me there was going to be this many people... I'm not waiting in that line Dan."

"Woah, yeah...now I know why he gave me VIP passes." Danny says.

After Joe makes a sign of relief, brushing his hair back with his fingers, Danny abruptly yells out, "Show me the hot chicks, am I right?!" The ladies give him the death stare and Danny immediately turns to the boys out of fear and yell out, "Am I right, fellas?!Haha" while they're walking to the club, about to show the bouncer they're passes. The crowd of men cheered to confirm his comment.

"Sometimes I wonder why I hang out with him…"
