Stranger (Part 2)

A male voice next to Ping'an's left ear whispered, "Wake up." The tickle breathing caused Ping'an to move her head to the right.

The male voice whispered again, "Wake up." Once again in her left ear.

Ping'an was immersed in a dream, oblivious to the surrounding environment. In Ping'an's dream, she walked alone on the beautiful green land. The land is full of wildflowers. There is a big tree house. She walked up the stairs of the tree house and slowly opened the door. She saw two women and a man lying on the bed. The people lie behind a transparent curtain. She looked into the room, and there was a cloudy mist everywhere. Although she couldn't see their faces, she could tell the gender of the three. When she stared at the three people lying on the bed, a man's face suddenly appeared in front of her. She gazed into his cold blue eyes. She's terrified, stunts, and she can't move.

The man shouted loudly, "WAKE UP!" His deep voice pieced Ping'an's eardrums.

The man's cry woke Ping'an from her dream. Ping'an sat up, at this time only the howling of owls could be heard, and the bright moon shifting her course towards the west. She leaned her head against the tree again, opened her eyes, looked up the tree, and saw a pair of red eyes looking down at her. Her heart was beating fast. She firmly grasped Lu Duyi's left hand. Only then did Lu Duyi wake up.

Lu Duyi angrily swore, "What the fuck is the matter with you?"

Ping'an did not make a sound, and she pointed her left pointing finger up the tree. Lu Duyi followed where Ping'an was pointing her finger with his eyes. He saw the pair of red eyes with white fangs growling at down them.

Lu Duyi was shocked. He murmured, "Shit..." He got up quickly and ran dragging Ping'an with him.

The creature with the red eyes chased after them. It was dark and they couldn't see exactly what the creature looked like, but they knew that the creature's four-legged pace was fast. The creature howling behind them.

Lu Duyi shouted at Ping'an, "It's a wolf." He led the way.

Ping'an shouted from behind, "I have never seen such a big wolf like that before."

Lu Duyi, "Wolf spirit." Lu Duyi almost ran out of breath. "They drain human chi energy."

The two tried to escape with their lives. Now, two more wolf fairies joined forces with the other wolf fairy.

Lu Duyi shouted at Ping'an, "Triple troubles. Run faster."

Ping'an and Lu Duyi ran up the mountain and they could see that they are approaching an abandon temple not so far away.

Ping'an shouted at Lu Duyi, "We go to that temple."

Lu Duyi shouted back, "That's a dead end."

Ping'an said, "Every temple has the statue of Guanyin or Buda. No evil creature can enter!"

Lu Duyi and Ping'an ran to the abandoned temple. The wolf fairies chased even faster. The fairies know that once they enter the temple, they may not be able to catch their prey.

When Ping'an and Lu Duyi approached the temple, they noticed a blazing fire inside.

As soon as Lu Duyi found that Ping'an had slowed down, and the wolf fairies were about to catch up, he decided to save himself by untie the belts that bound their hands, and ran forward, leaving Ping'an behind for wolf's food.

Lu Duyi reached the room first. He began to close the door panels. When he was about to close the last door, Ping'an rushed inside. Lu Duyi quickly slammed the last door panel shut. The two turned around and saw a young man roasting two chickens, staring at them with a smirking smile on his face. The young man sat cross-legged on the cement floor, with his left elbow resting on his left thigh, and his left thumb scratching the left side of his chin.

The young man said with a smile, "How Interesting is this."

Lu Duyi stared at the young man almost out of breath. "Are you some kind of shapeshifter?" He asked.

The young man giggled and said arrogantly, "Do you think a shapeshifter would be able to stay this close to her?" He pointed to the Guanyin statue behind him.

The young man dresses very simple. He had a dark navy color short-sleeved shirt. He was wearing black gloves, covering from his wrists to his elbows. He was wearing a gray pant, both his legged pants were tied with black rope from the ankles up to his knees, and a very simple shoe. If anyone had to describe his clothes. You can easily compare him to a homeless person. On the floor to his left lay a sword.

The wolf fairies were shining in front of the room, but they dare not enter the room. They paced back and forth outside the door, making as much noise as possible. They walk around making sure their prey know they are waiting and will kill them if they dare step out.

Lu Duyi laughed, "They did not dare to come inside. Ha...ha...ha...ha...ha... I am safe."

The young man put his face on his left hand and stared at Ping'an. He looked up and down Ping'an, focusing all his attention to Ping'an, not Lu Duyi.

The smell of roasting chicken attracted Lu Duyi's eyes and nose. It has been two days since he ate. He approached the young man.

Lu Duyi asked sternly, "Hey, young lad, give us some food!"

The young man looked up at Lu Duyi, and said with a smile, "Are you asking? Or demanding?" Then he turned his gaze back to Ping'an and continued to stare at Ping'an.

Seeing that the young man was not afraid of him, Lu Duyi wants tears the young man's lips from his mouth, but he knew that if the young man fought, he might not win, because he was severely injured by Guo Baiyu, so he didn't dare to fight knowingly he might not be the winner.

In order to reassure the enemy before launching a full-scale attack, Lu Duyi said softly, "Ask...you see, my wife and I." He pulled Ping'an into his arms. "We're lost, chased by those wolves, and haven't eaten for two days." Pretending to be friendly. "If you would please share us some food." In Lu Duyi's thought, he already had some evil thoughts. After eating the roasted chicken, resting for a while, and regaining his strength, he will kill the young man, take the sword, and use Ping'an as bait, and he run to safety.

The young man took one of the chickens out of the bonfire and threw it to Lu Duyi. Lu Duyi took the chicken and started eating. He did not even look at Ping'an.

The young man smiled and asked, "Hey... is she really your wife?" Looking at Lu Duyi.

Lu Duyi answered with hesitation, "Yes... Why?"

The young man shrugged both his shoulders, "Mmm... just asking." He smiled and started eating the chicken, but his eyes were staring at Ping'an. After a while, the young man looked at Ping'an. "Hey..."

Ping'an looked at the young man who were sitting a few yards from her.

The young man asked with a smiled, "Is he your husband?"

Ping'an looked at Lu Duyi who was still eating chicken by himself. Ping'an replied, "No, I am his hostage."

Lu Duyi gave Ping'an an evil stare.

Ping'an said, "Grandmother always said that when we enter the temple, we should never lie."

Lu Duyi lowered down the half-eaten chicken and said, "She is the wife to be. Okay." Lu Duyi realized that he had eaten the chicken alone, making the young man suspicious, so he tore off a chicken wing and gave it to Ping'an.

The young man still smirked and staring at Ping'an and Lu Duyi.

After Lu Duyi realized that this place was safe after he finish eating. He fell asleep leaning against the pole. He needed to rest well to able put his plan into action. Two hours later, Lu Duyi woke up. He looked at Ping'an who fell asleep leaning on the other pole. He walked towards her slowly. When he reached her, he bent down and licked Ping'an's face with his tongue. His wet tongue awakened Ping'an.

Ping'an asked frightenedly, "What are you doing?" She wiped away his saliva from her face.

Lu Duyi, "What do you think?" He gave Ping'an an evil smiled. "One should never lie when they are inside the temple, correct?"

Lu Duyi pressed Ping'an down on the floor. He jumped on top of her. Lu Duyi begun kissing and licking Ping'an's face. Ping'an kicked as hard as she could and screamed for him to let go. At that moment, Lu Duyi felt a hand grabbing the back of his collar, pulling him away from Ping'an, and then throwing him across the floor towards the other side of the room. When Lu Duyi came to realization, he saw the young man standing between him and Ping'an who was frightenedly sitting on the floor.

Lu Duyi shouted, "Hey, you little fucker. Mind your own business."

The young man was still smiling at Lu Duyi.

Lu Duyi stood and shouted angrily, "You little idiot. I hate that fucking attitude of yours. I will tear that smile from your fucking face!"

The young man raised his eyebrows and scoffed, "Mmm...". He continued mocking Lu Duyi with his smirking smile.

Lu Duyi lunged attacks after attacks attacking the young man. None of Lu Duyi's attacks hit the young man. The young man then conjured a talisman out of thin air. He flipped into the air doing one single somersault over Lu Duyi, and in the process, he stuck the talisman on Lu Duyi's left shoulder.

Young man sneered and said, "Go down." Then he landed on his feet perfectly.

Lu Duyi felt that he was crushed by thousands of pounds of weight, which caused him to fell to his knees on the floor, unable to move. The more Lu Duyi stared at the young man the angrier he became.

Lu Duyi took a heavy breath and gnashed his teeth, "I'm...going...to...kill...you..." He stared at the young man angrily.

Young man smiled and said, "Its look like you are in no condition to do that at the moment." Then, he knelt on his right knee in front of Lu Duyi. He gently patted Lu Duyi's left cheek with his right hand. "Lu Duyi... aw... Lu Duyi... so many roads for you to choose, why choose the road that will lead you to hell?"

Ping'an eyes widen. She couldn't believe that the young man jumped over Lu Duyi with a single strike of his finger and knocked Lu Duyi to the ground.

Lu Duyi gritted his teeth, "How... the... fuck... do... you... know... me?"

Young man replied, "It happens that you mess with some very rich people. You know, your head is worth three thousand sliver ingots." He laughed.

Lu Duyi, "You... going... to... kill... me..." His voice was shaky mixed with fears.

Young man replied, "Nope. They want you alive." He looked at Lu Duyi and smiled. "After I handed you over to them, anything they did to you has nothing to do with me."

Lu Duyi murmured softly, "Fuck..."

The young man laughed loudly, "Yes. You are completely fucked." He bursts out in laughter some more.

The four closed door suddenly opened, and the wolf fairies slowly entered the room. The young man kicked Lu Duyi hard which caused Lu Duyi to slide from the middle of the room to the statue.

Young man looked at Ping'an, "Go stand next to him. Do not touch his left shoulder."

Ping'an got up and ran to where Lu Duyi knelt.

The wolf fairies walked inside shaking their heads and slowly transitioning themselves into three beautiful ladies. Standing in front of them were no long three hungry wolf fairies but three beautiful ladies who understood and spoke the human language. They giggled at each other.

Ping'an couldn't believe her eyes. She had heard of these stories, but it was incredible to see them with her own eyes.

One of the wolf fairies smiled and said, "Sisters... who knows that there is a very handsome young man living in this garbage smelly place. It seems that we found a piece of gold in the garbage dump." She looked at the young man and smiled. "Your chi energy is very strong."

The second wolf fairy said, "Let absorb it, sisters."

The young man waved his right hand at the three wolf fairies and said, "Hey, you three, I only have one of me, so who will absorb my chi energy?" He smiled at the three wolf fairies.

The three wolf fairies begun attacking the young man at the same time. The young man blocked their attacks. The three wolf fairies and the young man started to fight. After more than twenty punches, the young man conjured a talisman, quickly recited the spell, and the talisman turned into a big red blanket covering the three wolf fairies inside. The three wolf fairies used their spiritual energy and successfully destroyed the red blanket, but the young man already sent out another talisman to the three wolf fairies. The fire talisman sent the three wolf fairies through the front door and landed in the center of the temple courtyard. The young man walked to the three wounded wolf fairies holding his sword in his right hand.

The younger sister of the three wolves held onto her chest and asked angrily, "Who are you?" She looked up at the young man frantically.

Young man smiled and said, "Take a guess."

The elder sister of the two wolf fairies looked at the young man and his sword. She said doubtfully, "Traveling alone with that kind of attitude. Owner of that sword. There is only one person you could be." Her face showed she is afraid of this person. "You must be the hunter, Zhao... Ren ...Shu..."

The three terrifying sisters stared at Zhao Renshu at the same time cautiously.

Zhao Renshu smirked, "Not bad." He stopped about twenty feet away from the wounded sisters.

The second wolf fairies said disappointedly, "You are the famous Zhao Renshu?"

Zhao Renshu smiled and raised his eyebrows at the three wolf fairies.

The third wolf fairy frowned and said, "Among all the hunters in the world, we actually came across Zhao Renshu 'The Annihilator'." She took a deep breath, without hope of survival. "We are doom."

In the world of spirits and crime, there are two hunters that everyone fears the most. One of them was the late Master Zhao. The other is his only apprentice, Zhao Renshu, known as the Annihilator. Zhao Renshu is famous for his powerful spells, sword skills, and good looks.

The elder sister lunged a powerful attack at Zhao Renshu to buy time for her two sisters to escape. Zhao Renshu drew his sword from the scabbard, then blocked her attack, and quickly flew straight forward as fast as lighting for the elder wolf fairy's head. He cut off her head from her body in a matter of second. When this happened, the other two sisters returned to their original state and took off quickly. They left their headless sister bled all over in the temple courtyard.

Zhao Renshu was still smiling as he walked back to the room. After what had happened, Lu Duyi was very nervous. He heard of Zhao Renshu's fame but has never seen this person until today.

Li Duyi said to himself, "Those who had done evil, if they happen to meet Zhao Renshu, they never live to tell their stories." Li Duyi's heart beating wildly, knowing that meeting such a hunter today is also the most unfortunate day for him.
