Chapter 26: The Plan (Shannons POV)

I stood there for a little while longer, as I stared at my poor horse, and its mangled up body that was on the ground, blood pouring all over the place. I wanted to just go up to him, and hold him for a long time. It was as if I was just trying to pretend that none of this was even real.

It was though, as I blinked a few times, as I heard the loud noise of another horse neighing. I turned my head away from my horse, and over to where it was that I had heard another horse neigh. It sounded almost as if it might be a neigh of grief, which I was not sure if that could even be a real thing for animals such as these.

I knew that the horses had been raised in the same stable, and they some times went on missions together. I was not sure if friend ship was a real thing for them. Well... I knew it had to be, as I felt like I had a friend in that horse that I was staring at, lumped down on the ground ahead of me.

I let out a sigh, as I closed my eyes at the same time too. I heard the groans of the dead all over the place, as if they were coming at me from all directions. I was about ready for them to just take me. It was the end of the line for my heritage, as it was a sad end, but it had ended for many others.

I was lucky to even make it this far, but at the same time, I kind of wished that I had not, as I had seen some of the worst shit imaginable in my life time. They were things that I would have thought that could not be real, or would never happen to me when I was much younger.

But of course... Who would have seen all of this coming? Every one thought that the world was going to end in a nuclear war, but they were all wrong. It ended in a much worse way, and one that not a single person in this world would have ever seen coming.

A bunch of crazy cannibals tearing the world, and the people in it apart. It almost made me want to laugh, just at the thought of it. It was not really a funny situation, but it was the only thing that my brain for some reason wanted to do at the current moment in time.

I felt a bit bad for humanity, but at the same time, we really had in coming. We did not want to believe in a God, and we all pushed him away. Out of schools, and laughing and frowning at people that might even dare believe in him. My parents were one of those types of people, as even if they cared for humans, not a day went by where they frowned upon a God.

To be fair, they had a fair point, as there was some bad religions that took over to world, and killed lots of good and innocent people. I wish that God could have seen that before he destroyed it all. He took every thing from all of us, for some sort of test?

I shook my head, as I shook off all of those thoughts at the same time as well. I knew that I could not let my self get trapped in my head at the moment, especially with all that was going on around me at the current moment. I stood there for a bit longer, as I tried to remember what it was that even was going on around me.

I then heard the loud clamps of the hooves of a horse, as I opened my eyes when I realized that it was coming right over to me. I blinked a few times, as I was a bit confused with all was going on at the current moment in time, until I saw Tanner flying towards me, riding on his massive horse.

I began to freak out, as it looked like the horse was about to slam right in to me, as I tried to dodge it at the last second, but some thing grabbed on to me to stop me right as I did so. I looked around, as I was a bit confused as to what, or who it was that it might have been.

At first I thought that it might have been one of the dead that had done it, as I had heard them drawing closer and closer to me, as each second passed. I also knew that they had a very strong grip as well. It was not the case how ever, as my body was shaking around at the moment, as I had not a clue as to what was happening right now.

I looked over to the person that done it, as I noticed that it was not one of the dead, but rather it was Tanner. I began to grow a little bit more relaxed, as I knew that I was safe with him by my side. Even if he was quite a bit older than me, he was such a strong, and handsome looking man.

I could not help but be attracted to him, as I felt like it might lead to my down fall at the same time as well, as I then began to remember the bit of argument that we had got in to earlier. I shivered at those thoughts, as I knew that I typically did not like to think that bad of people.

A lot of times it was to my demise, as it felt more often than not, that was when some one betrayed my trust, and I was right to not believe in them. I let out a bit of a sigh, as I saw Tanner roll his eyes, as he shifted his focus back on to the road that was ahead of us, at the current moment.

There was a big hole in front of us, which you might think would be easy for us to get through, besides the fact that there was a bunch of the dead that were ahead of us. If our horses were to get bit, at the same time too, I knew that they would not just die right away, but they would start to get sick, and progressively weaker and weaker.

It was always a bit strange to me, that the animals, when they were to get bit, would in fact die, but they would not wake up, like a human would, and start to run at you like the dead did. I felt a bit sick at the thought of that as well, as I knew first hand, that was how it all worked.

My job, before being a leader, was to do a bunch of tests, and lab experiments, on people that had gotten bit, and animals as well, that had not gotten bit yet. I made them get bit though, and I felt evil for doing what it was that I had done.

It was a lot of the reason that I did not trust, nor did I like Angela all that much at all. Her mother had made me take that job, and she had hid a lot of it. I felt like Angela would be like her, and I did not trust her all that much. Hardly any one knew about that, as neither Tanner or Christian had a clue of what had gone down.

They both had good looks on Angela's mother. I closed my eyes, as I dared not to think of that, as I knew that I just needed to focus on the fact that we needed to get through all of this, and get back home. I was not sure how much use I would be in all of that how ever.

I shook my head, as I opened my eyes, to see what was going on in front of me, and to see where it was that we were at right now. We were closer than ever before, to the dead, as I saw that they were all around us. I looked at them, as I saw that their eyes were on me, as their hands were reached out to grab me, even though they were several feet away.

I felt sick, and scared, as I just focused my eyes on what it was that was ahead of me, as I saw that we had a bit of a clear path out of the community. It seemed to be closing in quite a bit fast though, as I began to freak out, as it did not seem like we were going to be able to get through.

I heard Tanner begin to whip his horse, to get it to go faster, which it indeed did, as I did not realize how fast his horse went, as we easily got through the gap before it closed. I blinked a few times, as I let out quite the sigh of relief at the same time too, as that was way too close for comfort.

I almost let out a bit of a smile, until I looked behind me, and saw what was in the distance. It was the first thing that my eyes locked on to. It was not the massive heard of the dead that was heading straight towards us, it was my horse, that was almost a little blip in the back ground at this point.

I lowered my head, as I remembered all that had just happened, as I was deeply hurt by it. If only I had not chained him up, like Christian had told me to do, than he would have been able to get out of there, and perhaps even be able to roam free, and live a life that was not just him being in a stable all of the time.

I closed my eyes, and I turned my head back over to Tanner, and the long road that was ahead of us. As I heard us racing up to catch up to Christian. It seemed more like Christian was slowing down to let us catch up to him though, as I knew that even if Tanner had the bigger horse, it still was not easy to carry 2 people.

I let the wind blow across me, as I was almost about to cry. There was no time for that how ever, as Christian went straight to business, as I heard him speaking up, even with the loud wind that was flying past me. I opened my eyes, and looked over to him at the same time as well, to hear what it was that he had to say.

"Don't do shit like that Shannon... I don't care if you want to die, even if the community needs you... You almost got the rest of us killed..." He said to me, as if he was reading in to my thoughts. I looked at him for a couple of moments, as I knew that he had a bit of a fair point, by the fact of what he had just said to me.

I knew that if I had not got in the way, that they would have been able to shoot the dead a lot faster, rather than be worried by the fact they might shoot me. I knew that it would have not saved the life of my horse, as there was far too many dead coming after him, by the time that we had managed to get out of the building.

It would have put us in a lot more of a safe position at the very least. I sighed, as I knew that I was a lot to blame for the stick situation that we had got in to in the first place. I blinked a few times, as I looked at the ground, and at the tall grass that we were flying through at the current moment, with quite the hurt and sad look on my face.

I was not sure what to say... I had lost my every thing... That was all that I had left, as a memory from the past... Now it was gone... Now it was time to move to a new future, but the only problem for me was, I was not sure what was in store for that future, and whether or not it was a good or a bad thing.

A part of me wanted to tell my self that it was good, but at the same time, I knew that it was not good to lose some thing that you loved. I shook my head, as I looked over at Christian at the same time as well, as I saw that he did not have his eyes on me, like I did with him, as I squinted my eyes.

There was a fair reason for him not to, I suppose, as he needed to have his eyes on where it was that we were going at the exact moment. I knew that it was my fault, as I dipped my head a bit low, and then I began to speak back to the both of them, in a bit of a quiet voice, but loud enough for both of them to hear, even with the loud wind.

"He was all that I had left... Now he is gone... Now it feels like I am gone too..." I said back to him. I stared down at the ground for a little bit longer, as a part of me wanted to let go off Tanner, and just fall of the horse. I wanted to just feed my self to the dead, like my father and my mother had done.

They had not done it on purpose though, and I knew it... They had done it to save the lives of many others, or a single person in my moms case. Why was God so cruel to them for that? I knew that there were plenty of believers that were good people, that had got killed as well, so that counted out one theory.

I shivered, as it was silence besides the fact that there was the loud wind. No one said a word back to what it was that I had just said. It was as if they knew that what I had said was indeed correct, and there was nothing that they could think of, to say to me, to make me feel any sort of better.

I closed my eyes, as I just held on to Tanner, almost as if I was holding on to my father, that day that I had told him about my mother. I did my best to shake off all of those thoughts, as we continued to ride, just in dead silence this time.

I blinked a couple of times, as I shook off that long memory. I was not sure how long that I had stood in this spot at the table, on this chair. It was at least long enough to annoy the hell out of the people that I was in the room with at the exact moment.

It was not my intent, but I almost cracked a bit of a smile. I knew that these were bad people, as I now began to remember where I had seen the scar on their eyes from. They were all over the dead, the dead that were in the community.

I now felt like I was wrong, for not telling the community, about the fact that they head left that piece of paper, as a bit of a threat to us. It had been a few years ago now, but in the end, they had in fact found us, or me at least...

I shook my head, as I knew that it was not just me. I remembered that the last place that I was at, was getting in bed, as I felt awfully tired that night. Now I was suddenly here... I had not just slept walked a hundred miles, to get to their home... Some one had taken me to this place.

I began to grow a bit worried, as I wondered if I was the only person that was here at the moment. I remembered what it was that the other community had looked like, when I had gone there that day, as it was still fresh in my mind at the moment, just based off of the scars that I saw on their eyes.

I moved my hand over, as I slammed it on the table, at the same time as well, as if I was the one that was going to be asking questions, rather than the 2 big men that were with me in the room at the moment. The main dude, as it was clear to me, did not seem to move a muscle when I had done it.

It kind of scared me a bit as well, as I felt like I might have made a bit of a big mistake. I noticed however, from the corner of my eye, that it had in fact scared the other guy quite a bit. After a few seconds, he then in fact regained him self, as he then nodded to him self at the same time as well.

I wanted to almost laugh, or crack a smile at what I had just done, but the fact that the bigger dude, that was on the table at the moment, had not done a single thing, freaked me out a bit. I shook my head, after a second or so had passed, as I remembered why I had slammed my hand on the table in the first place.

It rushed back to me, the day that I had gone to see what it was that had happened to the other community. I squinted my eyes at the man that was with me at the table, as I nodded to him at the same time too. He did not nod back to me how ever, as he had quite a bit of a strange, and a creepy grin on his face right now.

It looked as if he wanted to snap my neck at any second, once he was to get the chance. I shivered a bit, as I did my best to shake off all of those thoughts at the same time as well. I then finally began to speak up to the man that was with me right now.

"You better of not hurt my community, or there will be hell to pay for that..." I said to him. It was as if there was some sort of new life that had just managed to take over me at the moment. I was acting like I was the big guy, and he was the small girl at the table, that I needed to be questioning.

The man still did not flinch, as to what it was that I had just said. It kind of freaked me out a bit, though I did my best to stay strong through all of it. I remember a story my father had told me, of one of the first couple of months that he had been the leader of our community.

He had been taken in captive, when he had been out of the home. A bunch of people were there, at a table such as this one, and they were asking him a lot of questions. In the end though, he had managed to gain their side, as he acted like he was the big guy... After all was said in done, he invited those people to live in our community.

They did so as well, as I knew that a fair amount of them ended up being great people... Tanner was one of those that was in that group, as he had a younger daughter that he had said needed a safe place to live. I blinked a few times, as I remembered that he had told me that I needed to be just like that, if it was to ever happen to me.

At the time, I took it as a bit of a joke, but now I kind of wished that I had not done so. I blinked a few times as well, as I also knew that this time was quite a bit different as well. They had taken me in, and I had not gone out of the walls, such as my father did on the not so rare occasion.

I also knew that this was a bit different in another way as well, as I knew that these were the same people that had taken destroyed the other community for some odd reason or another. I stood there for a bit of some more time, as I then once again squinted my eyes at the man that was at the table right now.

He stood there for a bit of some time, as he began to laugh as well. I heard the other man begin to laugh as well, as he turned his head over to him, and he shook his head, as if he was some sort of idiot, which to be fair, I kind of had already figured at this point, that it was in fact true.

He stared back at me, as I did my best to just act strong, as his laughs seemed to disappear, as I wondered if I had perhaps gotten to his head. The man shook his head at the same time as well, as he let out quite the loud sigh too, and then he began to speak to me. I continued to stare at him, as I listened to what it was that he had to say to me.

"Nothing... Yet... At least... Now, how about you watch your tone with me, because, this is one of the first times that I am trying some thing new, and I do not have the patience, so you better not fuck this up." He said to me. I looked at him for quite a bit of some time, as it kind of freaked me out, what it was he had said to me.

I was glad that the community was safe, for now at the very least. I was a bit confused on what it was that he was talking about. I blinked a few times, as I did my best to not let my anger get the best of me, as I let out a bit of a sigh at the same time too, as I closed my eyes for just a couple of seconds.

I thought on what it was that he had said to me, but I did not have the very first clue on what it was that he had meant by it at all. It kind of freaked me out, but at the same time, I was glad that the people were safe. At some point they had to realize that some thing was wrong, just based off of the fact that I was not at the community house.

I opened my eyes, and blinked a few times, as I thought about stretching this out for a little while, to see if Christian and the others would notice, and come looking for me. I shook my head though, as I knew that there was no way in hell, that they would be able to find me.

I then nodded back to the man, in a bit of an apology. He did not seem to have any sort of reaction on what it was that I had just did. It seemed like this was a bit of a heartless, and soul less man, which was the type of man that scared me the most as well.

I gulped a bit, as I had now learned at this point, that he was not going to nod back to me, so there was no use in even trying any more. I then stared at him for a bit longer as well, until I finally began to speak back to him, on what it was that he had just said to me.

"I am sorry... There is some good people there, and I have seen your eyes before... I know what you do to people... I do not want any part in that." I said back to him. He looked at me for a little while, as he seemed to have 0 emotion on what it was that I had just said. I shook my head, as I continued to speak to him, as I felt like I had not finished saying my peace. "What do you mean by this is the first time?"

The man seemed to react to what it was that I had said at the last part, which I was not sure if that were a good, or a bad thing, or some where in between the both. He cracked a bit of a smile on his face, as it was a strange, kind of half way grin, as it was only on one half of his lips.

He blinked a couple of times, as now it was his turn, as I stared back at him, not sure if I wanted to smile or not. He in fact did nod to me, which was at least some sort of progress, as I then began to think back on what it was that my father had told me to do, if I ever got in to the situation that he had.

I shook my head, as I knew that his was a bit different, as it was his own fault that he had got caught, as he was walking around their camp, spying on them. I blinked a few times, as I heard the man begin to speak to me, as I looked at him, dead in the eyes, to hear what it was that he had to say to me.

"So... You know about us huh? Well... It does not surprise me... I guess all of those people must have lied about not knowing of any other places..." He said back to me. I blinked a few times, as I knew right away, as to what it was that he was talking about. I almost wanted to crack a bit of a smile, as I was happy for them not snitching on us. I shook my head though, as I heard the man begin to keep talking. "Well... I am willing to make a deal with you... We are running out of food and supplies, and it looks like you have got plenty of those."

I blinked a few times, as I thought on what it was that he had said at the last part as well. I lowered my head to the ground, as I knew what it meant for us too. It meant that they had been watching us for quite some time, in a place that the people that were guarding the walls not to notice as well.

I was a bit confused, until it hit me at the same time, as to what it was that he had meant by it, as I started to get quite a bit upset at my self. It meant the there were people that had gotten in to this place, that I had let them in, as I had thought that they were good people...

It meant that it was some one with out the scar on their eyes, or worse, it might mean that there was some one in perhaps the council, or some where else, that was betraying us. I felt a bit sick, as I almost wanted to cry at the same time as well.

I did my best to stay strong though, as I kept my eyes locked on with his. I could tell that the guy was in to me, in a bit of a weird way, even though he had me stuck to a chair. It was as if he was about to do some thing to me, which I was not sure if I wanted to think on what it could be.

I also realized at the same time as well, that I could perhaps use this to my own advantage, as I winked at him with a bit of a smile, which I could tell, that for once, it kind of took him off guard quite a bit. I felt a bit sick, for what the thoughts that I was thinking of, but at the same time too, I also knew that it might just be my only way out.

After the man stopped him self, he then blinked a few times, as he tilted his head a bit, as he was a bit confused on what it was that I had done. I shook my head, as I let out a bit of soft laugh, and I began to speak back to him, after what he had just said to me.

"We can make a bit of a deal for sure... I see your a big guy... I bet you've got quite the big package coming with it as well." I said to him, as I was not used to trying to seduce a man, but I felt like I had done a pretty damn good job at it at the very least.

The man was definitely off guard by what it was that I had just said, as I saw him begin to laugh, a bit of a strange laugh, as it was clear that he felt a bit awkward with the situation that we were in at the moment. I saw from the corner of my eye, that his deputy, if you would like to call him that, had his hands up in the air.

I turned my eyes over to him, as I had almost forgot that he had even been in the room with us in the first place. I smiled at him a bit, though I was not all that interested in him at all. I felt like I almost had meant what it was that I had said to the main guy that was with me at the table right now.

I still kept my eyes locked on his deputy, as it was clear that he was about to speak to us. London, the main guy, turned his head, as it was clear that he realized what was going on to, as he had a bit of a smirk on his face. Anderson shook his head, as he finally began to speak up, after the couple of seconds of silence.

"Well... I am just going to let you 2 do you... I will go in the other room." He said to the both of us. London began to laugh a bit, as Anderson just shook his head, and then walked over to the door, to get out of the room that he was in with the both of us.

I was tempted to laugh as well, but I held it in, as I kept my eyes locked on with the man. London turned his head back over to me as he shook his head at the same time too. I looked at him, as I was a bit confused by it. I had always been told that all guys wanted was sex, but this guy was a bit strange to me.

I almost wanted to say that he looked like he was jacked up on steroids, but the dude looks like he had pure, clean muscle all over him, which oddly kind of made me feel a bit in to him, which was a bit strange for me to say, as he had me locked up to a chair by a table.

I shook my head, as I shook off all of those thoughts at the same time too, as I blinked a few times. London nodded to me once again, as he began to speak to me as well. I let out a bit of a soft sigh, as it seemed like my plan had failed, as I listened to what it was that he had to say to me as well.

"We can talk about that after... But no... I have a much different deal... It is one that I do not think you will like all that much, but you also do not have much of a choice... We can easily make your place a small little side home...." He said to me. I looked at him, as I was a bit confused as to what it was that he had just said to me.

I tilted my head, as I blinked a few times too. I thought on what it was that he in fact said. He said a small little side home, which made me shiver a bit as well. If he consider our place small, it freaked me out to think on what it was that he considered to be big.

I knew that he was not trying to finesse me either, as I had seen what it was that they had done to the other community, as there had been no survivors at that place. They were not exactly all that small either, in my eyes at least.

I gulped a bit, as I felt like I was about to be put in a whole new world... I was not sure if it was exactly a good world, or the world that I would want to be in either. I stared back at the man for a little while longer, as I tried to shake off all of those thoughts. I blinked a couple of times as well, as I then began to hear some one yelling right behind me.

I was a bit confused on what it was that was going on at the current moment, as I turned my head over to where I heard the noise coming from, as I squinted my eyes at the same time too, as the light in the room that I was in right now, suddenly seemed to get a bit bright. I shook my head, as I listened to what it was that the person had to say.

"Wake up! God damn Shannon!" I heard the man say to me. I blinked a few times, as I was a bit confused on where it was that I was at, at the current moment, as I had not a clue what was going on. I looked at the man for a few moments as well, as I then recognized the man to in fact be, Andrew.

It all then began to hit me, as the memory that I had just been stuck in, felt almost as if it were a part of a dream. I remembered where it was that I was at, before hand, as I saw that I was in the hall way of the community house.

I stood there for a bit more time, as I could tell that Andrew was getting a bit annoyed at this point, as I am sure that it seemed like I was still stuck in that bit of a dream. I then nodded to him at the same time though, to let him know that I was now paying attention to what it was that was going on at the moment.

I then shook my head, a bit more to my self, as I was not sure what it was that had gotten in to me. I felt like a lot of this was my fault, but at the same time, I felt like I did not have much of a choice, as I knew that they were going to kill all of us any ways.

It was at least better to save at least half of their lives... He just had not told me that he was going to kill me whole council, and that was the part that made me feel very sick. I blinked a few times, as I let out a bit of a sigh, as I did my best to remember what was going on, as I began to speak to him, to calm my self down a bit.

"I am sorry... I just... What was it that I had told you to do again?" I asked him. He looked at me for a few moments, as he rolled his eyes at me at the same time as well, as if I was some kind of idiot for not remembering. I just was not sure what it was, as I had been in that strange state of mind, for what felt like forever.

I knew that I had asked him to do some thing, but I just was not sure what it was that I had in fact asked of him, which was the reason that I was asking him in the first place. It kind of got on my nerves, that he thought of me as an idiot though, as I had done a damn good job to prove that I was not.

I never really liked the man all that much, to be fair. I knew that he was a good warrior, and a protector to the people that went out of the walls, I just did not have quite the taste in him, as he often kind of got on my nerves when I was around him.

His son seemed to be okay for the most part, as he did not seem to question my decisions, as he did every thing that I asked of him, with out any sort of hesitation. I shook my head, as I knew that I should not be stuck in my thoughts at the same time as well, as for some reason, I felt that these next few moments were going to be quite a bit important.

Andrew shook his head at me, as he let out quite the loud sigh, to make sure that I had heard him too, and to make sure that I was still paying attention to him. He did a damn good job of it as well, as I squinted my eyes at him. He finally then nodded after all of that non sense, as he began to speak to me, and I listened to what it was that he had to say back to me as well.

"You told me to get every one that was here with us right now, in to the room. You said that you had some sort of plan to save this fucked up community..." He said to me. I looked at him for a little while longer, as I thought back on what it was that he had said to me just now, as I tried to remember all that it was that I had been in fact planning.

It all then began to rush back in to my head, as I nodded to Andrew, to let him know that I had heard what it was that he had said to me. I let out a bit of a soft smile as well, as I began to remember what was in fact the plan, to save our community, as I thought back to when it was, that I had gone out side.

The stage... That was it... It was a strong stage, and hopefully the stage was strong enough to hold off, quite a plenty of the dead... If this plan was to in fact work for us... If it did not work... Than we were going to lose a lot of good people from it...

But hell... If I did not at least try, than it meant that we were going to lose every one. Even if it did not work, than it at least would give time for people to get out of the community. I shook my head, as I shook off those thoughts at the same time as well.

It was all that I needed, as I cracked a bit of a smile on my face, though I knew that this was not exactly a situation that I should be smiling in right now. I looked Andrew for a little while longer, until I finally decided to speak up to him, after the bit of silence that went on in the room.

"Sorry... Alright... Lets go... I am ready." I said to him. He looked at me for a bit of some time, as he then rolled his eyes at me, at the same time too. I shook my head, as I tried my best to not get upset at the man, nor too annoyed by him, as I knew that this was not a time to be upset at people.

This was the time that we needed to make sure that people were safe, and it stayed that way as well... He was going to be one of the people that were going to have to help me as well, like it or not. I knew that this was going to work, and I was sure that it would give people a great deal of respect for me.

I felt a bit sick at those thoughts though, as I remembered that it was I, in fact, who was the one that had let this attack happen in the first place. I just did not expect it to be this bad, and I was also in a bit of a rough situation, and I did not have much of any other choice.

I knew that people would view it a bit differently, even if they were to find out about all of it. I shook my head, as I saw Andrew turn his head around, at the same time as well, as he put his hand out, over to the door of the meeting room, that I typically used, when I was to have a meeting with my council.

I felt sick at those thoughts as well, as I did my best to try not to think too deep on them, as I then nodded to Andrew, as the both of us began to head over to the room that I was sure there were to be a fair amount of people in, and a lot of questions as well.

I just had to make sure that I answered them correctly, and I did not say any thing that would be too suspicious, as to the fact that they might realize that I had in fact made a deal with them. I let out a bit of a sigh, as Andrew then opened the doors in to the room that was in front of me.

I heard a lot of people talking in the room, though it was a bit quiet, due to the fact that they must be worried about all of the dead out side being able to hear them. I rolled my eyes at the same time too, as I did not even bother telling them that the walls to the place were sound proof.

You could scream while you were in here, and not a peep would come from out side of the room. My father made it that way, when we had first made this place, so that people could not try to spy on you, when ever you held a meeting in this room.

I sighed, as I did my best to try not to think back on my father at the same time as well, as I nodded to the entire room that I was in, as soon as it went dead silent. Normally, a person would be a but freaked out, due to the fact that there were so many faces in here, that were staring at you, but I was used to it at this point.

I let out quite the loud sigh, as I looked at each person that was in the room with me right now. It was a bit sad to me, and it hurt me a bit, to see that none of them were my council members. I was a bit afraid at the thought of even making a new council, as I was worried that the same thing would happen to them too.

I shook my head though, as I heard a bit of coughing from one of the corners. I did not turn my head over to see who it was though, as I instead then began to speak to all of the people who were with me right now.

"There are a lot of people in their houses that will starve, or die from dehydration if they do not get help soon... So... I've got a plan... But we will need a lot of guns... No silencers..." I began to say, as I cracked a bit of a smile on my face at the same time too, even though I knew this was not really a situation that I should be smiling in at the current moment.

I saw a lot of confused looks all around the room, as it was clear that no one had a clue as to what it was that I had meant by that. After a little while longer, a man poked his head out, with a bit of a confused look, as he began to speak up to all of them.

"So Shannon... What is the plan?"
