Chapter 49: Until Midnight (Christians POV)

I dipped my self down to the ground, as I looked below me for quite a bit of some time. It was a lot harder for me to track the foot steps of the girl, than it was to track the foot steps of the whole family. Perhaps that was due to the fact that they either were to as worried that some one was trying to track them, or it was harder to do as such, due to the fact that they had a bunch of kids that they needed to be worried about at this very moment.

I suppose that I was wrong with the first part, as they had gone back to look, just to make sure that no one was tracking them, as that was the reason that they had caught me and Ben in the first place, and that they had shot at us, which I still viewed as a little bit suspicious, and was still not ready to fully trust either of them just yet.

I knew that the were afraid that we were bad people, and that we were tracking them to kill them, and perhaps do some thing terrible to the kids, such as Daniel had told me that they did to the kids in that place. It made me feel a bit sick, as I did my best to try and shake off all of those thoughts from my head at the same time too.

I knew that there was a much more important task that was at hand at this very moment in time. It was to go and look for a young girl, that was the age of 10 just like they had told me about. I had offered to help track the girl, as they had done a very good job at it for a bit of some time, but I was for sure a lot better than either of them were.

I let out a bit of a soft sigh all of the sudden, at the exact same time too, as I got my eyes focused on what it was that I was doing, as I saw a bit of a soft trail of tracks leading in a certain direction out in to the woods. Based off of what it was that they had told me at the same time as well, I had to assume that the girl did not have as to a clue as to where it was that she was going.

That only made it even worse, as to the odds that we have of trying to find her in the first place, and the odds that a 10 year old girl would make it out side. I was tempted to say no, and not help them at first, as I knew that I had been trying to go and finish the final part of being with Ben, but at the same time too, I also knew that these were innocent people, and that we needed to take them back to the community.

If they agreed to that of course, which I had to assume that they would, if we did in fact find and save the life of their young girl. If they did not, it would be a bit of a disappointment for sure, but I felt like at the exact same time too, that I could not blame them for not trusting the fact that we they were going to be taken in to another community.

I had to at least give our selves a chance of being in new people in to the community how ever, as we had only been going on a down hill slope ever since then. I still was not ready to tell them the fact that we had been attacked by the same people that they had been a part of not too long ago either, as I was sure that they would feel bad for one thing, and also they did not want to take the risk of being found by those people.

I was going to have to give Shannon a good bit of explaining before I took the man in to the room, that was for sure. I let out a bit of a soft sigh all at the same time too, as I figured that it was beside the point at this very moment, as the more important part about all of this, was the fact that we needed to go and find the daughter of the pair.

I nodded a bit to my self, as I looked at the soft trail that led further in to the woods for just a little bit longer. I then lifted my head up at the exact same time too, as I felt a bit more safe now that I knew the general direction that the girl was heading off to now, as I was ready to keep up going for a little while longer, until we needed to keep looking at the tracks again.

I turned my head to the others that were behind me, as I could see that there was quite the scared look on the lady, as if she might think that I was going to all of the sudden run at her and attack her. I tilted my head a little bit, as I was a bit confused by it, due to the fact that as far as I knew, I had not done any thing that was suspicious to them.

I suppose that it made sense for the woman to be afraid of a man such as me, not because I was tall by any means, but I did in fact have a fair amount of muscle on me. I shook off all of those thoughts all at the exact same time as well how ever, as I got my focus back on to what it was that we were even doing in the first place.

I let out a bit of a soft sigh to my self at the same time as well, as I could tell that every one was paying their full attention on me. Even the kids for that matter, which for some reason, I was almost tempted to laugh at that, but I knew that it would only make thing even more suspicious about me as I held it in all at once all of the sudden.

I then squinted my eyes at Ben, as I felt that he was the safest person to do it to at this very moment, as I knew that he was used to me doing things such as that, even if it did in fact make him feel bad for some reason, as I saw him dip his head a bit low to the ground all of the sudden, such as he always did when I did that to him.

I kind of felt bad for him, for me doing so in the first place, but I felt like I had no other choice but to do so right now, as I really did not want to look at either of them at all, and I for sure did not want to look at the kids either, after what it was that the man had told me they had done to all of the kids.

I was for sure glad that Liam had not had to get in to all of that now, as I let out a bit of a soft sigh all at once, as I then finally felt a bit more safe now, as I then looked around keeping a normal look on my face, that was no suspicious at all, as I then began to speak to all of them finally.

"She went this way... Keep on following me..." I said to all of them, as I nodded to them at the exact same time too, so that they knew that I meant as to what it was that I had said in the first place. I looked at each of them for a bit more of some time, as none of them did any thing at all to let me know that they had in fact heard as to what it was that I had said to them.

I let out quite a loud sigh, as it seemed almost as if they did not want to go and look for their child. I was not quite all too sure as to what was up with them, but either way, I felt like the life of every one was important, especially at this point that was left in the world, as I was not going to risk the life of the young girl.

I was sure that the parents of her did not want to do so either, as I felt like they were just a little bit too lost in thought at this very moment in time, to even realize as to what it was that I had said to them in the first place. I shook my head, as I rolled my eyes at the same time too, as I knew that we had to get on the road.

It was clear that the girl was a fair bit ahead of me, which I was sure was a lot of the reason that her foot steps were so hard to track in the dirt in the first place. I knew that she had to have gone a long ways, if they said that she had left this morning. I was not too sure what time it was in the day yet either, as it felt like we had been going for quite a while, but it still was bright in the sky at this very moment in time.

I shivered just a little bit to my self, as I was worried for the girl, and I wished that we could be going a lot faster at this very second, but it was just hard to do as such a thing, due to the fact that they had a young daughter that was around the age of Liam, that could not go nearly as fast.

I let out a bit of a soft sigh to my self, as I shook off all of those thoughts all at once, as I got my eyes, and my focus on the task that was in front of us, which was of course, the fact that we needed to find the young girl, before it was too late. I knew for a fact that a 10 year old girl would not know how to make it out on her own.

If she did in fact get out of the woods at some point, she would get killed by the dead, and if she got stuck in the woods, going in circles and such, than she would die from not having enough food or water for sure. I shook off all of those thoughts, as I knew that I should not be too worried about that just yet, as I knew that I needed to use the time that we had today, to the best of our advantage, not that we had much of an advantage at least.

As I continued to walk forward, I then heard a voice from behind me, as I let out quite a bit of an annoyed sigh to my self this time, as I then turned my head over, to see that it was Daniel that was speaking up to me at this very moment in time as well. I squinted my eyes at the man, as it seemed like he did not know how important this was.

The man seemed to be a bit off by it, which I did not feel bad for at all, as I he then finally nodded to me. I stood there for just a few seconds, but in the end, I then nodded back to him, letting him know that it was safe for the man to speak. He stood there for a few seconds such as I did, but in the end, he did in fact begin to speak up to me, as I then listened as to what it was that he had to say to me in the very first place any ways.

"How far away is she? She run off in a hurry this morning, and I didn't want to leave Jaenette behind to go and chase after her... We thought she would come back like she always does, but she just keeps on going..." He said to me, as I looked at the man, as I felt a bit bad for him due to the fact that he was so worried about his daughter.

I really did not blame him for being worried at the exact same time as well, either, as if I had a daughter, much less one that was as young as his, than I too would be a bit worried for her, since she was trying to go out on her own. I let out a bit of a soft sigh to my self at the same time too, as I did my best to shake off all of those thoughts, as I knew now was not the time to be feeling bad.

I felt like I could not help it, as I still had the thoughts of the night that I had lost my own baby child. I did not want him to lose his daughter, as I would do my damn best to make sure that it was not the case at all, as I nodded to my self just a little bit, thankfully not letting him notice that I had done so, as I knew for a fact that it would be bad.

I blinked just a few times, as I shook off all of those thoughts that were going through my head all at once, as I kept my eyes on the man for some time, as I felt like I should tell him the truth. I did not want him to have his hopes up, only for all of this to end in a whole lot of pain, which would only make thing even worse for trying to get them in to the community.

I knew that we were going to have to try to find the girl, and save her life no matter what, as there was no changing my mind in any way at this point, as I did my best to try and shake off all of those thoughts all at the same time as well, as I got my focus back on the man that was looking right back at me at this very moment in time right now.

I did not flinch, nor did I dip my head to the ground, as I knew that I had to look strong to the man, that way I could at least try and give him some sort of hope that we might be able to find his young daughter. That was all that you could ask for in the end, as I knew that it was never good to lose hope on some thing.

It was one thing that I had learned from my father for sure, as it nearly made me drop a tear on the fact that I had treated my father like shit until the day that he had passed along. I sighed a bit of my self, as I did my best to try to shake off all of those thoughts, as that was over 15 years ago at this point in my life, and I had to get over it.

I kept my eyes locked on with the man, as I then let out quite a loud sigh at the same time too, to go ahead and let the man know, that what it was that I was about to say to him, was for sure not any good news. It seemed like the tracks had gotten more and more stiff as the day went on, as it seemed like the girl had just been running the whole day.

It was clear that the girl did not have a clue as to what it was that she was getting in to in the first place, as I was fairly certain that a 10 year old girl did not know all that much about how to make it out on your own in a world that was as cruel as the one that we all lived in right at this very moment in time.

I breathed in heavily all at once, as I kept my focus on the man, as I saw that he had his head dipped a bit low to the ground at the same time too, as it was clear that he knew that what it was, that I was about to say to him, was by no means any sort of good news. I let out a bit of a soft sigh this time, as I did in fact finally then begin to speak to him as well.

"It's getting harder and harder for to track her... She's gone a fair distance ahead of us at this point... If we do not speed up on this course, than we very well might lose her soon, unless she too has got her self feeling a bit worn out, and has decided that she was going to stop some where as well." I said to the man, and also to the woman, who I looked at from the corner of my eye at the same time too.

I stared at the both of them for quite a bit of some time, as I all of the sudden saw Daniel lift his head up, as I could tell that just by the look that I saw on his face at this very moment in time, that he did not have all too much faith that we were going to get out of this with any sort of good ending.

Based off of the way that it seemed like things were going so far, I really felt like I could not blame him for thinking that way, as I was fairly certain that at some point very soon, we were going to lose the tracks of the girl, and if it did in fact start to rain again, than we would for sure lose her, and we would be following a blind track.

I was tempted to dip my head to the ground, such as the both of them had done, but I knew at this very moment in time, that I needed to stay stronger than the rest of them, as I knew that every single person was looking up to me right now, as if they had some sort of hope that I was here to save the day for every one.

I was not going to lie, though I knew that a lot of people looked up to me as some kind of leader, being in situations such as these, gave me a whole lot of anxiety, as I kind of just wanted to walk away and let them figure it out for them selves if I was not going to lie, even though I knew damn well that I could not do that, as there was a young girls life on the line.

I let out quite the loud sigh, as I then all of the sudden nodded to my self at the exact same time as well, as I turned my head back in front of me, as I knew that I needed to have my mind on the fact that I needed to some how track the foot steps of this girl, though it was so hard for me to see at this point.

I knew the general direction that the girl had headed, but I was not all too sure as to where it was that she might have gone after that. I had never been in these woods ever before, and as I looked around, it sort of all looked the same to me, no matter where it was that I looked over to, it seemed like there was no way in to the woods, nor was there a way out of them for sure.

I gulped a bit, as I did my best to just try to shake off all of those thoughts all at once, as I then suddenly heard the voice of the little girl begin to speak up for once, from right behind me. I was a little bit shocked by it at first, but I blinked my eyes just a few times, as I then turned my head over to her, kind of annoyed by it if I was not going to lie, as I felt like she did not have all that much of any thing important to say.

I shook my head, as I then let out quite the loud sigh to my self all at once, as I then locked my eyes on to hers, though I knew that she was not looking over to me at all, as I noticed that she was looking over at her parents. I blinked a few times, still a little bit surprised by it at the same time as well, but I did in fact listen as to what it was that she had to say to either one of them.

"Dad! Mom! There is a cabin over there! She would have for sure gone there!" She said to her parents, as I was kind of a bit surprised by it at first, as I was a little bit lost on what it was that she had just said in the first place. I turned my head around at the same time too, not too sure as to what it was that she was even talking about.

I saw the foot steps going a certain way, and I did not see any cabin out in the woods down that way. I tilted my head for just a few seconds, as I then saw that Ben all of the sudden stepped in front of me, as it seemed like he had his eyes on some thing completely different than what it was that I was looking at right now.

I turned my head over to where it was that he was looking at, at this very moment in time, as I then all of the sudden saw as to what it was that the little girl had been talking about in the first place. Sure enough, with out a doubt in my mind, I could in fact see a not to well managed cabin not too far ahead of us on the right side.

I was not sure how I had missed it in the first place, as that was what I kind of had my mind stuck on at this very moment in time. I shook off all of those thoughts all at once as well how ever, as I got my focus on what it was that we were doing, and what it was that they had been talking about in the first place any ways.

It was clear that every one around me was in on the fact that the girl had gone over to the cabin that was out there. I was not going to lie, it was a bit of a fishy cabin, as I was worried that it would be like the last cabin that I had been to, where there had been a bunch of dead bodies in side of the cabin, and the living dead none the less.

I shivered at all of those thoughts, as I then looked over at every one, as when I did, instead of seeing the bit of a down look on their faces that I had seen from them all day, I instead saw that they were a bit excited, and a bit happy that they had seen that cabin out in the woods, as it was clear that it was where she believed she had gone to.

I was a little bit lost by it, as with my own eyes, I could see that the last of the foot steps that were in front of me, were not exactly heading in that direction, so I felt like if we did in fact go over to that cabin, than we would lose the girl completely at that point, and there would be no way that we could find her.

I was about to step in and speak up to them, to tell them as such, when I all of the sudden heard the wife, Anne, begin to step up and speak before I even had the chance to. I turned my head over to the lady, and I then squinted my eyes at her at the exact same time too, which just like the rest of them, she too did not seem to notice it, as she continued to speak. I let out a bit of a soft sigh all at once, as I felt like I had no other choice but to listen on what it was that she had to say in the first place, which I did in fact do of course.

"There is no other place that she would have gone besides there!" She said to every one that was around us. I once again was about to step in and say some thing about the fact that the tracks seemed to say other wise, but I noticed that the rest of the family was nodding in agreement, and cheering a bit in agreement, as if we had already found her, which was not the case at all.

I let out quite a bit of a rough sigh, as I was not all too sure as to what it was that could have gotten in to me. I knew that the family would know the girl a lot better than I did, so I should not try to step in, even if the foot steps seemed to lead some where else, the girl might have noticed the cabin, such as it took me some time to see in, and then began to head back over that way.

For all that we knew, she very well could be hiding in there right now, scared out of here right mind, as she realized that she had made quite a big mistake on the fact that she had left her family behind, and gone out in the middle of the woods, with no way of getting back to them.

I kind of felt bad for the girl, as from what I had to guess so far, the girl had a lot of mental issues, which was hard to find out about in today's world, due to the fact that we did not have any sort of doctors to say any thing about it. I let out a bit of a soft sigh, as I turned my head around all at once, and got my eyes locked in on the cabin.

It was clear that they had made up their mind that it was where they wanted to go, and there was no stopping them at this point. Plus, I could no longer see the foot steps after a few more feet ahead of me, so we would be lost after that point, and we could completely lose her after that came in to fruition.

I nodded a bit to my self, as I got my focus on the cabin now, and I then turned my head to all of the others, to let them know that I was going to start to head over to there, and that they probably should make the same decision as I was, rather than waste any more precious time that we might have left on this day.

I knew that no matter what, at the bare minimum, even if it seemed to be a long day that I had started a bit late, that it had to be the afternoon, if not even the evening, as the sun went down a lot sooner than it usually did around this time of year as well. I let out a bit of a soft sigh, as I then did in fact start to walk ahead of me, over to the cabin that I saw not too far away.

I kept my eyes open still, not just as to the fact that I was worried about the dead being near us, which was more than likely not the case at all, as I had not seen a single one of the dead today, which felt like it had been quite a long time since I had a day like that. I was more just worried that one of them might have stuck behind, a bit lost in thought, and we might lose another one.

Luckily I was good with reading foot steps, as I knew the difference between all of their foot steps already, as I had managed to track that, and make sure that I had done so before I went too far with the fact that I was following the foot steps of the girl. Luckily the parents seemed to be well aware as to what their kids were doing at this very moment in time.

There was in fact one foot steps that I was missing how ever, which was of course the fact that I could not hear Bens foot steps. I was a bit lost at first, as I was about to turn my head, afraid that some thing might have happened to him, but I shook off those thoughts, as I was not really all too worried about these people that were with us at this point, as they seemed to be good people after all.

I remembered on the fact that I had told Ben that he needed to be more silent on his footsteps how ever, as I then began to relax my self all at once, as I let out a bit of a sigh of relief, and I then kept my focus on the task that I had in front of me, which was of course in fact, the fact that I had to take them all the way to the cabin.

We were not too far away from it at this point as well, as I let out a bit of a soft sigh to my self, and I then stopped my self all of the sudden, which I knew confused all of them at the exact same time as well, as to the reason that I had all of the sudden stopped my self in the middle of the path that we had been taking straight to the cabin.

I then turned my head to them all of the sudden, as I nodded to all of them all at the same time, which only seemed to confuse them even more. I was a bit lost in my head my self if I was not going to lie, as to the reason that I had stopped my self right in front of the cabin. I blinked a few times, trying to remember what my set of thoughts had been on in the first place.

As I stood there and stared at all of them with quite the blank look on my face at the same time as well, I then all of the sudden came back to what it was that I was doing all at once, as it seemed to be a bit of a natural instinct for me to do, just about every single time that I went in to a place such as that, as it made sense as to why I did not see a look of confusion on the face of Ben all at the same time as well.

I let out quite a bit of a rough sigh all of the sudden, as I then kept my eyes on all of the people that were all looking at me, at this very moment in time. I stared at them for just a little bit longer, as I finally then did in fact all of the sudden begin to speak up to them after just a little while longer.

"You should go in before me... I don't want to scare the girl, which will more than likely be the case if she sees a total stranger go in to there with her." I said to them, still not all too sure on the fact that the girl was even going to be in the cabin in the first place. I was not going to lie, the cabin was kind of spooky, and might freak out a girl like her if she was to get near it.

I had not even thought on the fact that I should be tracking for foot steps at the exact same time too, as my eyes were more on the fact that I had just been staring at the cabin that was in front of us this entire time. I let out quite the heavy sigh as well, as I then looked behind me, to see if I could see any foot prints any where around the area.

Unfortunately how ever, it was damn near impossible for me do as such sadly, as there were far too many leaves blocking out any sort of trail that we might be able to see. I let out quite the heavy sigh, as I felt like at this point, it was all or nothing. I shook my head, as I then looked at the family, a bit lost as to why the had not done any thing.

I wondered if I had even spoken up in the first place as well, as I looked over to all of them, and I then squinted my eyes at the man, Daniel, to make sure that he had in fact heard as to what it was that I had even just said in the very first place as well. As I stared at him, I blinked a few times, as I noticed that he did not have his eyes on me at all, at this very moment in time.

It still had me at a bit of a loss for words, due to the fact that I was not all too sure as to what it was that was going on right now. I was so used to having every one have their full attention on me at all times when I was out side of the walls, whether that be when I was with Ben, or if it might be when I was with some one else.

Either way, it always was some one looking at me at all times, as it still had me a little bit surprised that no one had their eyes on me right now. I let out a bit of a soft sigh to my self all at once, as I shook off all of those thoughts, as I got my focus back on what it was that was even going on right now any ways, as it felt like the rest did not matter at all at this point in time.

I blinked a few times, as I then saw that Daniel was headed right over to the cabin, with his hand right on his gun, as if he was about to pull it out, and shoot at both me and Ben, which did in fact have me a little bit worried, as I had feared for that to happen just about the entire day up to this point in time.

I shook my head, as I did my best to shake off all of those thoughts how ever all at the same time as well, as I felt like none of that really mattered all at right now, due to the fact that I knew that he needed to have his gun ready, due to the fact that none of us knew as to what it was that we were about to find in side of that cabin.

I hoped that none of them viewed me as a coward for not wanting to go in, as I had not even thought about it like that at all, as I actually had been worried that the girl would be scared of me if she were to see that a total stranger was to walk in to the cabin, especially after what it was that Daniel had told me they did to the children in that community that he had been in, in the very first place.

It made me feel sick, to even have those thoughts go through my head, as I shook it all off, and I got my focus on the fact Daniel was headed right up on the front porch now, as it was clear that he was about ready to go in to the empty cabin at any moment in time at this point. I shivered a little bit, as I then all of the sudden followed right behind him, making sure that the others were about ready to go in to there at the exact same time too.

I let out a bit of a sigh of relief, as I heard the foot steps behind me, but I felt like I should not be all too worried about that right now, as I knew that we had to have our focus on what it was that we were about to do in front of us in the first place, as I shivered all at the same time too, as I could not help but to be afraid on what it was that we were going to see in side of the cabin.

I blinked a few times all of the sudden, as I heard a loud noise that just about scared the shit out of me, as I was nearly about ready to reach and grab my gun, and just shoot in the direction that I had heard the noise come in the first place, as it was not the first time that I had done as such a thing either.

I shook off all of those thoughts how ever, as I then moved my hand away from the gun that was at my belt, as I realized that it was simply just Daniel stomping at the ground for some odd reason or another, as I tilted my head just a little bit, to let the man know that I was a it confused as to what it was that was going on in the first place.

Once again how ever, the man seemed to pay me no sort of attention at all, as he then nodded to all of us to follow him in side of the cabin. Once I saw him go in to the cabin, I then began to realize just what it was that he had done in the first place, as I realized that it was sort of like the thing that Ben had done not too long ago.

It was him making a bunch of noise to make sure that there was none of the dead in side of the place, before he went in to there. It was quite a smart tactic as I was not going to lie, as I was not all too sure as to why I had never thought of such a thing in the first place, as I shook off all of those thoughts all at once, as I saw Daniel dissapears in side of the place.

I was not going to give Ben the credit for what it was that he had done either, due to the fact that I knew that he had not done it on purpose for one thing, but also the other was I knew that I did not need to have my focus on all of that at this very moment in time either, as I then all of the sudden began to follow Daniel in to the cabin.

Once we were in side, I saw that it was quite a bit dark, and that there was nothing to be seen either. It also was just one very big room, with no other doors besides the front door that we had gone in to. I would consider it a shed, besides the fact that it had windows, and it also did not have a home next to it.

Perhaps some one lived in this place a very long time ago, maybe even before the world had got to the way that it had become to day. I shook my head all at the same time too, as I also knew that those kind of thoughts did not help us at all, at this very moment in time, as I let out quite a bit of a soft sigh, and I dipped my head a little bit low to the ground all of the sudden.

What was the most important part on all of this, was the fact that we had gone out looking for their daughter, which was clearly not the case at all that we had found her, in this cabin at least, and now we had no other sorts of clues as to where it was that she might have gone now. She might be completely lost for good now, for all we knew.

I sighed just a bit to my self, as I then all of the sudden heard the voice of Anne begin to speak up from not too far behind me all of the sudden, as I then turned my head around to her, and I looked at her in her eyes, as I could see a lot of pain in her eyes. I felt bad for her, but I shook off those thoughts how ever, as I did in fact then begin to listen as to what it was that she had to say about all of this in the first place.

"She's not in here... I have no clue as to where it is that she might have gone... I am scared Daniel..." Anne said right over to her husband, as once again, as to no sort of surprise at all to me at this point, she had not spoken to me at all, as I saw her looking straight over to her husband, as she then began to walk over to him.

I tilted my head a little bit, as I was lost on what it was that was going on right now, as I had not a clue as to what it was that it could be. I blinked a few times all of the sudden how ever, as I then all of the sudden at the exact same time too, saw Anne fall in to the arms of Daniel, as it was clear that the both of them were scared, and they both were also in quite a lot of pain too.

I felt a bit bad for them, as I kind of felt like I knew how it was to lose a child at some point, though mine was quite a bit of some time ago at this point, and back then I had not a clue as to what it was that was going on, nor had known as to what was even going on in front of me in the very first place either.

I sighed a bit, as I shook off all of those thoughts at the exact same time as well, as I was not so sure as to what it was that I should say in all of this, not did I have a clue as to what might calm them down either. I kind of just dipped my head a little bit low to the ground all of the sudden, as I had my thoughts all going back to my wife and my new born child.

I felt a bit sick to even have those thoughts go through my head, but I really felt like I could not help it at all right now, as it seemed to be swarming me like a nest of bees. I did my best to shake it all off, but it was so strong, and I was not too sure as to what it was that I should even do at this point on time how ever.

I just kept my head a bit low to the ground for some time, as I almost wanted to cry, but I did my best to try to hold on to all of my tears all at once, as I knew that not only did I need to look strong to all of these people, as they were the ones that were having it rough for one thing, but I also knew that I needed to look strong for Ben.

Speaking of Ben at the exact same time too, I then heard the kid begin to step up and speak to all of the people that were in the room at this current moment in time, as I saw that every one seemed to stop crying, as they instead turned their heads such as I was, as we all then began to listen in on what it was that Ben had to say to all of us in the very first place.

"It might just be safer for us to stay here for the night? We can keep on going in the morning maybe?" He said to all of them, as I squinted my eyes at the kid at the exact same time too, as I felt like he was a little bit of an idiot to say some thing such as that to these people at this very moment in time as well, as they were quite a bit freaked out.

I was sure that in his head, he had thought that it might be some thing that could calm them down a bit, but that just was not the case at all how ever, as they were far too worried about their kid to be worried about trying to get in to any sort of sleep, no matter how tired that they might be in the first place.

I was not going to lie, I was in fact quite a bit worn out, but I was not going to say any thing at all about it to them, as I knew that they wanted to go and track their daughter, no matter what the cost was at this point. I looked at Ben, and I squinted my eyes at him at the exact same time as well, to let the kid know that he had made a bit of a mistake.

The kid noticed me do as such as well, much unlike the rest of the people that were in the room, which did in fact make me feel just a little bit better about all of it, as I let out quite the sigh of relief all at the exact same time too, as it had felt like at first, that I kind of had been getting ignored.

I let out a bit of soft sigh all at once as well, as I then got my focus on the man, as I saw that he had his eyes squinted right on Ben, as it was now clear that Ben realized that he had made a bit of a mistake on what it was that he had just said, which I really did not blame him for, as he did not know what it was like to have kids.

I sighed just a bit to my self all at once, as Daniel shook his head at Ben, as thankfully he did not seem to be too upset at the kid, as he knew just as I did too, that Ben did not know what it was like having kids. Daniel then let out quite a loud sigh all of the sudden, as he then began to speak up to Ben, as I listened as to what it was that he had to say in the first place.

"No... We will not stop until midnight..."
