105. Two Sides

A place full of darkness that could engulf an innocent person whole was one step away from the four kids' feet. The whole prison has tall, thick, magic-proof walls surrounding the place. Garrisons were guarding the place against watchtowers taking turns as their shifts.

It was now spring. The leaves that had dried and withered away on the ground—as the wind blows—swept them along the way onto a river. The lobed deciduous leaves of the trees had sprouted coincidentally at the

bloom of the flowers.

Veggies and fruits were growing finely in the fields and, root crops were being harvested by the detainees, separating the 'good' from 'bad.' A group of fishermen, with their fishing rod leaning on their shoulders as they picked up the bucket that was full of the fish they caught, were called by the stationed guards for a roll call.

"Seems like you guys are having a feast," smilingly, said a guard. "Okay, in line! We are doing our roll-call!"
