Chapter 101.8

Instead of using the short sword in his hand, Invictus opted for physical violence and delivered mental strain on his attackers. He could have easily killed them with traps had he set up some but he didn't.

Adrenaline and exhilaration drive Invictus to enjoy the hunt. Adding a little spice to the game of hunting is the enjoyment he desires and his ego seeks.

Nothing is better than the excitement of fighting monsters and people gives him. A part of him is a battle maniac, always looking for that

exhilaration a fight to death gives him.

Excitement is like fuel to his desire for vengeance. The greater its

amount, the livelier he feels. In this world where he had nothing more to lose, even the life he holds dear was somehow taken away from him, the only thing that has got him moving is his unsatisfied desire for vengeance and despair.
