Waking up again, it was already broad daylight. Perhaps due to extreme fatigue, for once her biological clock didn't kick in. By the time she opened her eyes, it was already eight o'clock.
The person beside her had long since disappeared without a trace.
Su Li got up, yawned, and went downstairs, just in time to see him coming out of the study.
"Awake?"
"Yeah," Su Li responded dryly and then asked, "Why didn't you wake me up? You haven't had breakfast yet, right?"
Wei Chengfeng came over and ruffled her already messy hair, saying, "You were sleeping so soundly, I didn't want to disturb you. I'll eat breakfast at the company. If you're still tired, go back to sleep for a bit."
Su Li rubbed her eyes and shook her head, "Then you should go."
Chengfeng didn't move, however. He raised an eyebrow and asked, "No good morning kiss?"
Frowning, Su Li said, "I haven't brushed my teeth."
Wei Chengfeng shook his head with a smile, and then put on his clothes and left.
