"Now now. I know how you are feeling right now but we really need to put this on hold." Jovani put a firm hand on her shoulder causing a harsh glare to be directed at him.
He'd allowed her to take things further with the alcohol but even he could see the man needed a break. They needed information out of him but it wouldn't do them any good if he ended up dying.
"Didn't we just have this conversation a few moments ago? I told you before that I'm not done yet." She tried to shrug the hand off but Jovani refused to move it.
"I know what you said and I'm telling you now that it is time to stop." He glanced between the man and Lena.
"We're done with this and we're going to be getting ready to head back. My men will be certain to keep him alive for your return." Jovani managed to move between her and the prisoner laying on the floor.
