It seemed to take a whole few seconds for Yega to fully understand that he was now missing his arm from the elbow down. The blood stopped being drawn out of Cecelia's wound, now that Yega's hand had been parted from his body. Cecelia collapsed, exhausted from the wound and blood loss, while Yega screamed in disbelief at his smouldering stump of an arm.
The Baron stared in shock at the amputation of his son's arm, as he had a hard time taking in that a vampire's arm was so easily removed by a simple throwing knife. I took advantage of this distraction of both our enemies to make my next move. I slipped through the shadows again to appear behind Yega.
