Chapter 8 - Zyi

5 minutes ago, whilst heading towards the stables, Leon had been enticed by a small pub across the street. He went in and bought a drink, then got distracted by a bar fight, participated in a bar fight, until Enga dragged him out by the neck and Jyn stood outside nervously looking around, so now more time was lost.

And currently, whilst group one had completed their task, their group was still heading to the stables.

"You freaking muscle-head. Is there nothing but drinking and fighting in that pea sized brain of yours?" Enga complained endlessly, whilst Leon strutted behind him looking as guilty as a muscle-headed beast-man can look.

Which was not at all.

After a 3 minute walk, they finally arrived in front of the stable,

"So who's going in?" Leon asked, tilting his head while squinting continuously at the giant sign, clearly illiterate.

"I"ll go," Enga volunteered, pushing open the gates into the building, "Wait here, don't move a single muscle." He glared at Leon, pushing his glasses up as he motioned a 'I'm keeping my eye on you' with his other hand.

Leon rolled his eyes and raised his hands up in surrender as he watched Enga menacingly stare at him in caution before walking into the building.

With a sigh, Leon quickly put down his hands and shoved them into his pocket before looking around in boredom.

"Bored…" he muttered, kicking the pebbles that littered the street.

"Bored." He said, slightly louder, looking back at the building, hoping to see Enga walking out.

With a grunt, he quickly turned around and began to walk back towards the way they came from,

"L-Leon! Where are you going?" Jyn cried out, chasing after him.

"I"m bored. Gonna go get a drink." Leon grumbled, strutting back towards the pub,

"B-But, no! Stop, you can"t! The commander gave us orders," Jyn shouted out running behind him.

"Huh? Haven't you heard of this saying? Rules are meant to be broken. If you want to stay, be my guest. If you want to stop me, you know that kind of pathetic tone isn't gonna do anything right. Bring that other guy out before even trying to force me to do something." Leon grumbled half-heartedly, waving his hand and walking faster with his hands in his pockets.

A sudden silence filled the air as a cold breeze swished past the both of them. An intimidating and murderous aura swept up from behind Leon as instictantly grabbed the handle of his axe.

Leon could hear the footsteps behind him coming to an abrupt stop.

"HuUuuH?" Jyn"s voice could be heard from behind, his usual warm and shy demeanour had completely disappeared,

"You brought me out for such a pathetic reason?"

Leon stopped dead in his tracks, his eyes suddenly widened as he spun around, "Oh shit," A sweat dripping down his cheek.

Enga looked over his receipt, double checking his order as he walked back towards the front gate.

"Guys I got everything sorted. The carriage and th-" He stops in his tracks.

In front of him was the scene he never thought he'd see. Leon beat to a pulp with Jyn dragging him back by the hair.

"What the hell guys?" Enga cried out, running to his teammates, "Jyn, what happened?"

"He tried to go back to that good ol' bar of his," he replied with a snarky tone,

"You're not Jyn…Zyi?" Enga questioned, looking at him closely.

Zyi replied with a smirk, before closing his eyes for a few seconds, and opening them again.

"Eh? What happened?" Jyn asked looking around, noticing the beat-up Leon he was holding,

"O-Oh. I-I just wanted to give him a little warning, I-I didn't"t expect Zyi to beat the daylight out of him," Jyn mumbled embarrassingly, releasing his grip and letting Leon drop to the ground.

Casting a quick heal spell, the wounds on Leon instantly faded away with not a single scratch remaining.

"Gah," he groans, picking himself up from the ground. "Remind me next time to never anger Jyn. Never know when Zyi will actually pop up." He mumbles to himself.

At this moment,

"Ay, you guys finished your tasks?" Seilon came running up to the group, with Alastair and Reisa close behind.

"Ah, yep. The horses and carriage would be waiting at the Western Gates in an hour," Enga replied, handing him the receipt.

"Now all we need to do is wait for group three." Seilon said cheerfully after double-checking the receipt.

"We'll wait at the Western Gates." Alastair interrupted, heading to the direction of the gates.
