Chapter 17.

•Y/N POV•

I ran straight to UA, panting softly as I placed my hands on my knees to catch my breath. I glanced to my side, and saw blonde buns around the corner. No- not now. Now yet. This can't be..

I rush along the path that led up to the hero school, as the gate had opened and permitted my entry.

One for All, Yagi Toshinori stopped as he saw me, his lanky body hunched as always. He looked rather surprised at my desperateness. I waved my arms around in an attempt to tell him something, but he didn't get it.

When I reached him, I was hunched over and panting again. He patted my back gently.

"What is it, young L/N?" He finally asked once I had caught my breath.

"The- the.. The L-.. League of V...Villains. They're planning an-.. Another attack, with th-.. The help of O-Overhaul." I manage to get out, with a heavy weight of dread in my stomach.

Was this the right thing to do?

...

Or the wrong?

One for All frowns down at me, as I'm sure my face is fearful enough, let alone having to possibly watch Kai fight us. Me- even.. Maybe.. Hopefully not..

He nods after a moment. "I'll alert the Principle." He smiled, before he jogged into the school. I looked towards the gate, and noticed those same blonde buns..-

No..

I quickly run over, my hero suit's boots clacking on the stone floor as I run towards the gate. I had to deal with her now.

The gates fling open as I run onto the pavement. I glance either way.

Nobody.

I turn back around and slam into something.

Someone.

The girl, that blonde maniac from the League of Villains. With her stupid mask and syringe. She beamed at me, as I backed up slightly- forgetting about the curb and falling flat on my back into the road.

Luckily, no cars seemed to be on the road, though that was the least of my worries as the yandere straddled me, giggling to herself. "Oh, you beautiful, beautiful girl~! I shall enjoy cutting you up. Piece by piece." She whispered into my ear, as she slid the syringe tip across my neck, before jabbin---

"Well, well.. I wouldn't like to intrude on this girl party, but I don't see violence as the solution, young lady." A man commented from a few metres away, his hand in his black robe, and his other hanging limply. His plain brown mask was signature to this thug.

The maniac girl turned over and let out a short hiss of annoyance. "I'll deal with you after I've dealt with the pretty girl." She giggled as she said this, turning over to look at me again.

My breathing became more rapid as I watched her slowly place the syringe on my neck and--

A barrier formed and completely knocked her away from me, the syringe sticking from my neck as I carefully removed it and sat up, clasping my neck.

"Than.. Thank you." I whispered to him, raspily, as he nodded and turned his squinted eyes back over to the maniac girl. His calm composure never ceased, as he stood there.

The crazy blondie let out a shriek of frustration, before she went for him.
