Hunters Ability/ Working Out

Hunter Stared at what he got from the system in expectation, he had been kicked out of his family for not having am ability, so even though it wasn't likely, this could be his key to get back with them.

As He read the description of the ability, however, his excitement died down.

[Static Shock Lv. 1]- Form a shock of lightning...powerful enough to charge your phone! (Understanding and Body strength will let your ability grow...)

"Hmm, not what I was hoping for... but maybe this can work", So at the moment, this ability was useless, but as the system said, his body strength and understanding of this ability would let it grow.

[Obj. 2: 100-Sit Ups]

[Obj. 3: 100 Squats]

[Obj. 4: 10km run]

Hunter Deadpanned seeing this side quest, And the fact that its penalty wasn't able to be seen by him.

There was also the fact that this was just a copy from One Hit dudes training, and also from Independent Growing, Two of his favorite works of fiction had been ripped off in just a few words.

"I have no choice..." With the hidden Penalty, there was only one thing he could think of as the penalty... and it wasn't good.

This would also be a good way to earn Gacha tickets, and getting strong in general was a plus all on its own.

What he really wanted to do was work on getting more comfortable with people, even back with his family, the most he had been able to speak with normally at the same time had always been 2.

He could now do this same number with normal people, as long as they talked for a while so he could get comfortable with them, But with the hang out innovation from Bree, he was sure there would be more than 2 people.

"What's a good way to get comfortable..." He bowed his head thinking until a System notification sounded out in front of him.

"What the Hell? start a stream, this system must be insane!" Sure they were virtual people but in the end, they were still people.

"E-Embarrass... I don't like this quest already..."

"So like...going outside?"

Hunter sighed at the quest and put it in the back of his mind, after all, it didn't have a penalty, so he put on sweats and a hoodie and went outside his room quickly to start exercising.

"Going somewhere, Hunter?" Sasha said and looked at her watch, it was 7 pm, he didn't usually leave his apartment after 5.

"I want to get stronger... see you later" Hunter had all since gotten comfortable enough with Sasha that he could talk to her normally, Bree was still a little ways away from being comfortable but she was pretty close...that is if she stopped glaring at him all the time.

He really didn't understand why she hated him so much, he hoped she at least had a good reason, Putting this out of his mind, however, Hunter ran across the road to an alley to start his workout.

"C'mon..." Hunter said pushing up from his push up, his clothes were soaked in sweat and he even had a small puddle of it underneath him.

"Yes!" He yelled in excitement and dropped down in exhaustion, "Now I only need 99 more pushups..."

Yes, it was true, it took Hunter 12 minutes to complete his first pushup, and he was already exhausted.

"Look at that loser in the alley haha!" A couple passed by and saw Hunter laying in his puddle of sweat, not moving a muscle.

'That's not very nice... Even the system said I'm the most attractive guy...at a one-person party' Hunter just shit his eyes in embarrassment and hoped they just left him alone.

But alas, He was the protagonist, and what random person would leave the protagonist alone

"Hey, kid!" The guy said walking up, just like in those fantasy novels with the young master coming to steal the protags women, except this guy, wasn't going to steal anything.

"Here kid... get yourself something good to eat" The man threw 5 dollars on the ground and wakes away with his hands in his pockets, shaking his head at the poor 'Homeless' kid in the alleyway.

Hunter just glanced at the money uninterested but decided to take it anyway, money was money, even if he was already rich...

"Just kidding give me that money back!", A turn of events! it seemed this guy did have a problem, and the money was an excuse!

" Hey man I don't want any trouble," Hunter said scrambling back as the girl at the start of the alley just sighed.

"Justin just hurry and get that money back, Then let's rent a hotel~"

The guy, who had now been identified as Justin smirked at her words and slowly walked toward Hinter with a grin.

Hunter just tossed the money at his feet and put his hands up "Just T-Take the money... I didn't need it anyway"

Justin looked at the money and kicked it to the side and continued walking forward "How dare you disrespect me, I bet you a non-ability user..." Seeing Hunter flinch at his words Justin knew he was right and raised his hand.

"Look, I was blessed with an ability you would never be able to imagine" As he said this white light wrapped around his hand and he pointed it to the 5 dollar bill, in the next second it flew straight into his hand.

"See, telekinesis... my limit is only 5 pounds though, but it's much better than a loser without an ability at all" Justin finally turned around and smirked seeing the girl still there, He loved putting others down, it made him feel more powerful than he actually was.

As he was leaving he heard a stifled laugh and looked back quickly to see Hunter covering his mouth trying not to laugh, "What's so funny?!" Justin's hand wrapped in white light once again and Hunter couldn't control his laughter.

"Pft!, I'm sorry...pft haha!" Hunter was crying, he had seen better abilities than that shitty 5 lb telekinesis, At that moment he was thinking this he felt something collide with his jaw and saw a furious Justin on too of him smashing his face in.

"Wait, Hunter!?" The girl in front of the alley stepped in seeing his face, This girl was Jessica the same girl he had talked to and 'Complimented' At the supermarket.

Seeing her as he kept getting hit Hunter didn't know what to say, Not that he could say anything with this asshole, Justin, on top of him, 'Is this because of that time at the market, damn I shouldn't have said that...'

Hunter now regretted saying her breasts were nice, but since he technically deserved this beating he just took it until Justin finally got off and spit on him "Keep laughing now pussy" Justin said and grabbed the reluctant Jessica, who kept glancing at Hunter as they left the alleyway.

"Oh my god! Honey call the police!" A woman said running into the Alleyway and crouching at his side, Seeing the 2 'Delinquents' walk out of the alley, and one of them having blood on his hands, she had gotten curious and checked the alleyway to find a 'Little Kid' Laying there covered in sweat and blood.

"It's going to be ok dear," The woman said looking at him and smiling as he lost consciousness.

His last thought was 'Wait... why didn't I just use my ability?...' and he finally lost consciousness
