Have I been tricked? She began to worry.

"Young miss, you misunderstand. Please halter your steps". Lucy was anxious

The woman was more alarmed than valencia. She had just suffered a brutal attack and was dying. She saw a figure in the distance and instinctively called out for help. It was too late for her but she had endless regrets.

At one point she was getting cold, her eyes were blurry, and losing consciousness then in the next moment she felt energy being poured into her body. The energy was so gentle and soothing. She could feel strength slowly returning to her body.

Her vision started to return to her and it was then she noticed the strange crying girl kneeling over her touching her face. She knew she has never met this girl before but here she was helping her.

This girl was the most stunning girl she has ever seen. She looked 13 maybe 14.

The first thing that caught her attention was how beautiful her eyes were. The perfect hazel eye with tears running down and a well-detailed and softly structured face. She thought she was a fairy. Only fairies were rumored to be so beautiful

She was gonna stay quiet because she didn't want to interrupt what the girl was doing but the girl never moved to take out the sword. Surely she didn't plan to heal her with the sword in her body.

"Young miss, I was just trying to remove the sword out of my stomach so you could fully heal me," the woman said anxiously trying her best to make her intentions clear. She followed up by saying "I mean you no harm"

"My name is lucy. Please, I have an important mission. I can not perish here. If my actions offended you. I'm sorry" lucy pleaded

"Wait, I healed you? I'm not a healer, Valencia instantly responded.

"Young miss, please don't deny me. If it was not for you. I would have perished"

Everything was strange to Valencia. This woman was just half-dead and could barely speak and now here she was moving and Talking. "Is this my doing?" She thought. Her mind went back to when she was feeling all the woman's emotions.

"Is this because of this power?" she looked down at her hands and a white glow emerged. "This is my power!". Then she remembered her mission and everything started to make sense.

She had no medical background whatsoever but this power was special

She hastily returned to the side of the woman and said with determination. "Go ahead and remove the sword. I will help you as best as I can"

Valencia placed her hands on Lucy's body and activated her powers.

Instantly Lucy felt a more concentrated energy than before rush into her body. she started to feel a slight itch all over her body.

They both looked on with amazement as Lucy's wound began to slowly close right before their very eyes.

Lucy was shortly caught in a daze but immediately came to her sense. She placed her hand on the hilt of the sword and slowly pulled it out.

She groaned a little and after 5 seconds. It was out. Anger flashed on her face as she looked at the bloody sword then her gaze returned to the stomach as she watched the ghastly wound on her stomach close itself up.

What was more amazing. No scars were visible anywhere on her body. It was new and plum skin.

Valencia's voice sounded out worriedly. "There is something strange inside your body. It has already spread throughout your body"

"Would you like me to try removing it? ", valencia was new to all this but with her new powers, she could tell that it was detrimental to lucy's wellbeing. Her power was reacting aggressively towards it but she held it back out of fear of doing something she shouldn't.

That's when lucy remembered that she was poisoned.

"Young miss, what you see is a very deadly poison. This poison has claimed the lives of many of the people in my tribe and is still continuing to do so. The reason I'm here and not with them is to seek an alchemist. I was traveling with my senior brother and for some reason. He attacked me and left me here to die."

"I tried to defend myself but I was ultimately overpowered". Tears began to fall down her eyes as her memories started to resurface.

"Many doctors have tried to cure my people and this problem but they all end up getting poisoned. So I'm heading to the palace to seek help.

When valencia heard that she didn't hold back anymore. She allowed her energy to attack the power. It was broken down into smaller bits and then purified.

But before lucy could finish her story. She heard

"Done".

Lucy was flabbergasted. It was impossible. She didn't believe the little fairy but then her body started to spasm and then she started to puke black liquid. It was rancid

She looked down at the black disgusting liquid and wanted to throw up again but she couldn't.

She instantly turned to the young lady beside her completely forgetting the fact that she was just puking her stomach out.

Her eyes filled with hope. The young fairy before here was nothing like she has ever seen before. It was strange. It was obvious she was a mortal with no cultivation but She could heal without medicines and pills and detoxify deadly poisons.

The lights in her eyes started to dim back down after further contemplation. She must be from an outstanding background. She wanted to ask her for help but didn't want to bring further calamity to her village.

"Young miss, May I ask what is your name?" lucy asked after calming down a bit

"Forgive my manners lucy, my name is...," she thought a good while. "Lenci" nice to meet you.

"Thank you miss Lenci. My people and I owe you a huge favor." Lucy was very grateful

"Please just call me Lenci" she was caught off guard. it has been a long time since someone has been this nice to her

"I'm just glad I could help," valencia said smilingly. She held out her hand towards lucy. "Let's be friends from now on, what do you say?"

Valencia was normally a cautious girl and she was definitely no fool but she knew lucy was a good person. After the short moment of experiencing lucy's pain, she understood lucy really well.

Lucy was caught off guard. This little fairy wanted to be her friend. She responded with a smile and shook valencia's hand.

Her next would pleasantly surprise lucy.

"So where is this village of yours and how long will it take for us to get there?"
