Saving the saviours

The skies opened at the peace of Ahriman, her wings forged in the divine forge were capable of reaching the speed of sound if she had the necessity of traveling at a high speed. The reason she didn´t use it was because of the limitations imposed by her master. She had to be cautious to not attract attention.

Thanks to her impeccable memory her surroundings felt familiar. The route was clear and her vision with special abilities allowed her to notice the footprints and traces that the group of heroes left on their way. The machine was able to find her targets fast, and with a quick flap, she flew to a nearby position.

Steel screamed as it clashed against the hard skin of beasts. Puddles of blood were decorating the grass with the inert corpses of beasts and monsters. There were craters and broken trees all around the place as proof of the resistance that humans had put to endure this unfair battle. Counting the number of corpses it was easy to see the equivalent of a small army.
