The storm before the calm

“Boss, I’m done for… I can’t even move anymore…”

I had spent last night, and over half of today messing with the dungeon. I had invested a ridiculous amount of points on expanding it, and the dungeon was still pretty much bare bones. Fortunately, this time I had a reliable source of points. Dabla was next to me, collapsed on the floor and showing clear signs of exhaustion, but thanks to that I had managed to build the shiny gate that stood in front of me.

“This looks promising so far.”

I had continued the construction of the aisle and split it in two branches, leading to twin rooms. For the time being I had the central chamber, which further down the line I planned on modifying so it would become the entrance hall of the dungeon, and these new branching aisles that I had created with a very special objective in mind.

“Boss, why are these rooms so close to each other, and also, why are they so close to the entrance of the dungeon?”
