Broken Demon

I was still staring into Daniel's big eyes to make a deeper impact on him with my words when I heard the happy and excited voice of my best friend! 


Hearing his voice, I got up from the couch with joy and ran to him and jumped into his arms and took a deep breath. I wanted to prove to myself that he’s ok, so I wrapped my arms around his neck and put my head on his shoulder. My best friend was almost dead because of me and the only feeling I was receiving from him was happiness ... he really was the best friend I could have had!
