"Ally."

One week later

Raven hair softly danced with the wind as the Sun started to wake. One grey and one brown sight focused on a group below. Her face was straight, showing no emotion but her mind was erratic. She, no matter how hard she tried, couldn't leave them alone. Terra thought about why and only one answer came to her.

They gave her a chance, chance to feel what it's like to be human. Since she was young, all she felt was resentment and rejection but when with them she felt something. Something she hasn't figured out yet but it was a good distraction from her declining health. Terra's eyes changed direction to her leg. It was healed but the scar will remain embedded in her skin and memory, pain that she felt when receiving the injury flashing in her mind every now and then.

Terra was interrupted from her daze as the bright sky started to go dark. Her brows furrowed with confusion and she took another step closer to the edge. A light shooting through the now nearly pitch black sky made her eyes snap back to the group she was following. One pale hand came to wipe off sweat from her forehead, she couldn't avoid her past forever. With that Terra turned and walked a few steps forward before turning and running, her feet leaping off the structure.

Down on the earth Tan froze as if sensing something, "Wait." The group stopped at his voice, turning to look back at him. "What's wrong?" Ivy asked, her grey eyes slightly shining with anxiety. Tan slowly spun around, his nose twitching, "Something feels off." Mary answered for the young man. Another light flashed in the sky and it finally caught the attention of the group, "How did it get dark so fast?" Zack asked in a whisper, speaking almost to himself.

"Hello there." The group all spun around and their eyes watched carefully as a shadow emerged from the unlit area. "Who are you?" Conner was the first to speak, coming to stand in front of the group protectively. The figure finally came into the light, which created a creepy glow on their blue eyes, "The question you should be asking yourself is how you can be so stupid as to come here."

"Show yourself!" Sylvester commanded. The person slowly stepped closer and finally they could see it was a woman indeed. Her long white hair falling past her waist. Conner felt his breath hitch at the sight, she was beautiful, dangerously beautiful. "Why are you here?" The newcomer asked, "We're here to see Ryan." Conner answered and she stared at him, a tug at her lips.

"Ryan-" The woman was cut off by someone landing on the sand, the group was blinded by the dust which came from the force but they recognized the voice. All of their shoulders fell loose slightly, "Ally." Terra noted. Ally coughed waving her hand in front of her face, "Terra?" It took a few seconds for everyone's vision to come back but once it did, they moved closer to the black haired girl.

"Well, well." Ally tsked, her mouth opening in a smile, "I haven't seen you in a while, thought you'd die after that pole fell on you." Terra said nothing, her eyes glaring at the girl, when there was no reply Ally's teeth reached her ears, "I see my mark is still bothering you."

Tan's head spun to Terra, "She's the one that hurt you?" Terra finally spoke, "We didn't come for a fight Ally." Electricity danced along Ally's fingers making the group tense once again. "Yes, they told me they were looking for your father." Her head tilted, "Why?" Sylvester took a step forward, her eyes immediately catching notice of his own.

"Oh I see." She snickered, "Follow me." Ally took a long glare at Terra before she turned around, "If you try anything funny I'll have to do something I won't enjoy." Terra clenched her hands, "Now that I think of it." Ally smirked, starting to walk, "I think I would enjoy it quite a bit."

The group was hesitant at first but when Sylvester followed slowly, soon the rest did too, except for Terra and Tan. Terra was still holding her hands in fists, her breathing harsh. A look of admiration came over Tan's face and he quietly made his way to stand next to her.

He said nothing, just allowing his hand to soften Terra's own before slipping his fingers through hers. Terra jumped at the unexpected connection, her eyes wide as she stared Tan down. "Come on." He urged gently, walking after the others. A small smile came on the pale girl's face as she felt his fingers tighten.

At the front of the group Conner couldn't keep his eyes off the new girl. Ally felt his stare but didn't respond to it and just continued. The sky was clearing up, allowing some rays to shine down on the humans. Ivy took a look around her to make sure that everyone was okay and her eyes narrowed when they landed on the mind reader.

Mary goggled at Conner, a tiny smile on her face before she bowed her head.
