Ging walked into the flat closing the door behind him, Hail and Laila were sprigged across the bed sleeping Hail’s arm sprigged across Laila.

Ging coughed loudly waking Laila.

‘Ging.’

He smiled.

She pocked Hail.

‘Wha!’ He muttered.

‘Ging is here’.

‘Shit!’

He shot up looking directly at Ging. ‘Ging.’

‘Cosy aren’t we?’

‘I thought that you weren’t coming till later?’

‘It’s four in the afternoon.’

‘Shit!’

Laila and Hail pulled themselves up.

‘Now I’ve got you’re full attention we need to get down to business.’

‘Sure take a pew.’

Ging sat on the bed looking directly at them.

‘We need to find different angles of getting Laila up on stage maybe we should have her on the crucifix, like the first time. But this time put her in front of the crowed no intro just going straight into the song?’

‘Why can’t we leave it as we planned?’

‘Just try it if it doesn’t work we’ll go back to the original plan okay.’

Okay.’

‘You up for it Laila?’

‘Suppose I’ve got no choice in it.’

‘Good girl.’

Ging looked at the two of them.

‘We try it Saturday.’

‘Okay.’

‘Laila?’

‘Yeah.’

‘Good.’

Ging looked at Hail. ‘A word.’

‘Sure.’

They pulled themselves up and walked out of the room into the kitchen.

Ging looked directly at Hail. ‘What’s going on?’

‘Nothing.’

‘So why were you draped all over her?’

‘I fell tired I didn’t think it would hurt.’

‘Try and keep your feelings to yourself.’

‘You fancy her too!’

‘But I don’t let it get in the way of what we are doing.’

‘I’m not.’

‘I knew that it was a bad idea leaving you alone with her. After next Saturday I’ll be staying here, making sure nothing goes on.’

‘But.’

‘No buts.’

‘Sure what-ever!’

Ging followed Hail back into the living area from the kitchen. ‘Well I’ll see you next Saturday.’

‘Fine.’

‘Laila’.

She smiled.

Ging walked out of the room and down the hall opening the flat door stepping out closing it.

‘What’s with your face?’

‘Him he’s a prick, he ruins everything.’

‘Why what’s he done?’

‘He’s moving in.’

‘Why?’

‘He thinks my felling for you are getting in the way of the job in hand.’

‘And are they?’

‘No.’

‘So why is he moving in here then?’

‘Cause what he says goes.’

‘Great! I was just getting used to being here alone with you now I’ve got to put up with him too.’

‘Afraid so.’

Laila sighed, Hail placed his arm round her.

‘Guess we’ll have to make the most of the time we’ve got together.’
