Ging walked into the kitchen half asleep, where Laila was standing making a coffee.

‘What you doing?’

‘Coffee want one?’

‘Sure.’

Ging walled over to Laila placing his hands either side of her on the work surface, kissing her neck shivers going down her spine. ‘What do you think you’re doing?’

‘Getting close to you.’

‘Well don’t.’

‘Why not? You let hail and if he’s shagging you I sure as hell am.’

‘Just because we share the same bed doesn’t mean we sleep together okay!’

‘Could’ve fooled me.’

‘We’re not!’

Ging placed his lips on hers. She pushed him away.

‘What’s wrong Laila not good enough for you?’

‘Just leave me alone!’

‘Why there’s two of us and one of you.’

‘You’re sick.’

He leaned forward.

‘Leave her alone Ging.’ Hail said starting Ging.

Ging moved away from Laila looking directly at Hail who was standing in the kitchen doorway un-impressed. ‘Didn’t hear you.’

‘Well I heard you so leave her alone. Or didn’t you hear what she said.’

‘Yeah.’

‘Well listen to her instead of ignoring the fact that she’s not interested.’

‘Fine.’

He looked at Laila, taking his hands off the work surface, moving away.

He turned walking away from Laila, dead eyeing Hail as he walked passed him and out of the kitchen.

‘You okay?’

‘Yeah.’

Hail walked over to Laila, he placed his arms round her, she lay on his chest placing her arms round him. ‘Don’t worry about him he’ll get the hint.’

She looked at him.

‘I hope so.’

‘He will.’

Hail leaned forward placing his lips on hers kissing her, she returned his kiss.

He pulled away. ‘So how’s about that coffee?’

Laila smiled.

They dropped their arms from round one another, Hail walked out of the kitchen leaving Laila to do them all a coffee.

She walked into the living space pacing Ging and Hail a coffee before sitting in between them.

‘We’ll have to get another chair.’

‘I told you that before.’

‘I know, but now there’s three of us it’s a little cramped on here. I’ll sort it out we cant all squash up on the sofa can we?’

Laila woke slightly dazed lying in between Hail and Ging they’d had a lot to drink the night before.

Ging woke inches away from Laila. He smiled, placing his hand on her face. Gliding his hand down her face.

‘We’ll have to get you some new gear, you’ve practically got none.’

‘But you already got me some.’

‘You need more than two sets of clothes. I’ll pop into town and get you some more.’

Laila smiled.

He leaned forward placing his lips on hers kissing her.

He moved away taking his hand off her face.

‘I’ll go now.’

Ging pulled himself up, he looked at Laila. ‘I’ll be back in a few hours okay.’

She smiled. Ging walked out of the flat closing the door behind him, locking it.

Laila slowly closed her eyes

‘Laila! Laila!’ Hail said shoving her.

Laila gradually opened her eyes. ‘Wha?’

‘Where’s Ging?’’

‘Gone shopping, said I could do with some new clothes.’

‘When was that?’

‘Good we’ve finally got the place to ourselves, and some time on our own.’

He leaned over placing his lips on hers kissing her hungrily gliding his hand down her body placing it on her breast.

‘Gesse can’t I leave you two alone for a few hours?’

Ging closed the door behind him, locking it.

Hail jumped, taking his hand off Laila’s breast. He looked over at Ging. ‘I thought you’d gone shopping?’

‘I did, I’m not a woman you know. I don’t take all day in deciding what to buy, then return to the first shop I went in I just grab it and pay. Here.’

He passed Laila the bags.

‘Thanks.’ She said taking the bags off him)

‘How did you know what size to get?’

‘All women like the same what’s in fashion right?!’

‘And her size?’

‘Ten, twelve.’

‘Yeah.’

Laila started to pull the clothes out of the bag, tee-shirts, jeans, under garments, and night club wear.

Hail took the g-strings of Laila and looked at them.

‘And these?’

‘Well most girls wear them.’

‘How do you know she wears them?’

‘I don’t. Just guessed.’

Ging looked at Laila.

‘Everything okay?’

‘Fine.’

Laila took the g-strings off hail and placed the clothes on the floor in a neat pile next to the bed.

‘You can wear the skimpy number tonight.’

Laila looked at Ging. ‘I aint a stick insect.’

‘Shut up! You look great in anything.’

She smiled.

‘So who’s up for pizza?’

‘Yeah why not.’

‘I’ll go and call for one.’

Hail smiled.

Ging walked out of the room and into the kitchen to order the pizzas,

‘Don’t worry he won’t be here Friday so we’ll have the place to ourselves, with out him looking over our shoulders.’

She smiled.

Ging walked back in.

‘It will be five minutes.’

X

Ging opened the door taking the pizza of the delivery man paying him. ‘Thanks.’

He closed the door and went back into the living area they all sat on the floor.

‘Dig in there’s cheese, ham and pineapple, or mozzarella, and a can of coke.’

X

Hail passed Laila a can of Budweiser, and sat besides her. They opened their cans.

‘So I’ve been meaning to ask you how old are you?’

‘Twenty why?’

‘Nothing I just thought you were a little younger like eighteen. When I first met you.’

‘Thanks.’

She looked at him. ‘And you? You’ve got to be no older than sixteen.’

He smiled trying not to laugh.

‘Eighteen. Ging is the same age as you.’

‘How did he manage to get his own club?’

‘He had prospects, he saw an opportunity and he took it.’

‘Like you with me?’

‘Sort of, you were more of a challenge. He said he’d saw you a few times before that night you came into the club. The bouncers had strict instructions to keep an eye out for you. He’d told me about you, but I never expected you to be half as nice as he made you out to be.’

‘So the stunt had been planned for weeks?’

‘Yeah, but more like months.’

‘But what about my friends?’

‘We didn’t expect them to make so much fuss, but they stayed and watched.’

‘But.’

‘They couldn’t do anything. They tried, but it didn’t work it never does.’

‘So it’s happened before?’

‘A few times. They’re all up for it their friends goad them into it, going up on stage until they see what I do.’

‘So why do it then?’

‘It gives the crowed a buzz, and it gives me one too.’

‘Slashing someone half to death gives you a buzz?’

He smiled.

‘You’re seriously demented, a lot more than I thought you were.’

‘I know, but you can’t keep away from me!’

‘Like I have a choice.’

Hail looked into Laila’s eyes his piercing green eyes burning into hers.

‘You like it really. You can’t say you don’t feel it too, feel the buzz, the rush.’

‘No not really’

‘You felt it between us, that’s why you pushed Ging away.’

‘Agh’ Laila said stuck for words.

Hail placed his lips on hers kissing her, she returned his kiss. He kissed her hungrily.

Hail pulled away taking Laila’s hand pulling them both up off the sofa. He led her over to the bed, pulling her down onto it. Placing his lips back onto hers kissing her he pulled her top off dropping it to the floor gliding his hands down her body unzipping her jeans those too came off dropping to the floor with her underwear. He undressed his clothes dropping to the floor on top of hers.

He pulled himself on top of her making love to her.

He pulled away lying besides her

Ging arrived back early Saturday morning Laila and Hail were sleeping, naked under the covers.

Ging shuck his head and jumped onto the sofa closing his eyes.

Ging walked back into the room with two coffee’s he nudged Laila.

She gradually opened her eyes.

‘Here.’

‘Thanks.’

‘Sit up then’.

Laila pulled herself up, pulling the covers with her. She took the mug of Ging, who sat on the cornet of the bed

‘I hope this isn’t going to affect your performance tonight.’

‘No it won’t’

Ging placed his hand on Laila’s face. ‘You know I don’t blame him. You’re something else.’

Laila smiled.

‘I know you like him it’s so obvious, but I still like you too.’

Laila sat nervously. Ging placed his lips on hers kissing her, gliding his hand down her body onto her breast.

He pulled away and smiled. Laila stared at him nervously as he took his hand off her breast. ‘They’re nice and firm don’t get doing anything to spoil them.’

Ging winked at her. ‘Drink your coffee before it goes cold.’

Ging walked away slouching down on the sofa, Laila drank her coffee nervously.

Hail woke.

He smiled at Laila, who returned his smile.

‘Can you do me a coffee please babe?’

Hail pulled himself up.

‘I’m naked.’

‘So.’

‘Ging.’

‘Stick one of my tee-shirts on.’

Hail leaned over the bed picking up a tee-shirt pulling himself back up passing it to Laila. ‘Here.’

‘Thanks.’ She replied taking it off him.

She slipped into the tee-shirt and pulled herself up out of bed.

‘It looks better on you than me.’

Laila smiled at him as she walked passed him. Laila went into the kitchen making Hail a coffee then walked back in to the living space passing Hail his coffee. Quickly walking away into the bathroom.

Ging looked over at Hail. ‘What’s wrong with her?’

‘Who knows.’

‘So you two got it on last night?’

‘Yeah.’

‘Don’t let it screw up our plans.’

‘It won’t.

Laila walked back into the living space Ging smiled, she walked passed him nervously. She slipped back into bed.

‘You all set up?’

‘Yeah we’ve just got to set up the stage’.

‘Same as last week?’

‘Yeah.’
