34: Another Goodbye

Black. Endless black void; that’s all Leilyn could see. She sits up – when did she lie on the floor? – and looks around. Her brows creases into a frown, eyes blinking in confusion. With a grunt, she gets up.

“Hello?” She calls out, but gets silence in return. Her frown deepens. “Hello? Is anyone there?” More deafening silence. Leilyn becomes unnerved by this. She wraps her arms around herself, before she starts to take small steps forward.

Leilyn kept walking and walking, calling out into the light black void. She ponders on what the hell is going on; how she got here and where in the seven circles of hell is she? She halts, brows furrowing.

Maybe this is hell. But…

She looks around with a flat look, unimpressed. “What kind of low budget Hell is this?” She asks out loud.

A chuckle sounds behind her before a familiar voice says, “Only you will dear call Hell low budget.”
