The feeling of being watched wakes me from my sleep. When my eyes adjust to the dark room I look around but find nothing. It's only when I turn my head to find Leo's eyes wide open.
"Have you slept at all?" My voice is hoarse as I speak.
He shakes his head in response, hair falling over his face.
"Come here." I pull his arm around my waist and his body between my legs.
To my surprise Leo actually lays his head on my chest and I much like the heavy weight of his head rested on me.
I run my fingers through his silky black hair, "Did you have a nightmare?"
"My life is the nightmare." He finally speaks.
My chest sudden feels heavy. I haven't brought up the fight with his brother because I don't want him to bolt again.
"Leo, please talk to me."
When he sighs he tightens his arms around my waist.
"Lan told me something about my mom. Something I didn't know."
