Dead Family
The guy stopped moving and he started waving his hand above his head then suddenly every metal the surrounds them suddenly deformed like it hit something hard.
"Didn't know there is such powers." William said
"I guess welcome to the world." Megtia said
One of the cops hand blew up and other it also happened to the following cops, Feeling defenseless Megtia and William started running away again.
They chose a path where there are only a few civilians and yet people on the road started blowing up like a balloon.
'If he can repel bullets and yet I manage to him it just shows he has a limitation, gotta find it out.'
"Hey Meg! I think he is way too overpowered to be a side character!" William shouted as he run
"I also think the same thing." Megtia said
As they are reaching on a corner, William checks his gun discovering he just used all his bullets.
"Hey MM! Shot the light bulb on top of the pole after we make our turn!" William shouted
"Roger that."
The two jumped and kicked the wall in front of them to push them forward and as they land Megtia rolls In the ground and shoot the light bulb making it shatter almost hitting the guy but he evaded it.
Megtia quickly stands up and said something to William on how there are going to fight.
Megtia dialed an emergency hotline on his phone and ask for firefighter's assistant on a nearby building.
The two run on the middle of the road while vehicles are still making their way on it but it does slow the guy down for a bit.
The two separated having William go on the front entrance and Megtia at the back.
The guy doesn't know who to go for so he just decided to jump his way to the highest floor he can reach which is the eight floor.
The guy carefully look around his surroundings not knowing what the two might've planned for him.
On the other side, the two started placing down hydrogen tanks on every pillar of the floor they are in.
After setting things up, William jumped out of the building followed by Megtia and a huge explosion on the third floor making the building lose its support.
The building slowly moves to the path they came from and the guy started pulling iron materials towards him to make a pole that he will attach to the building in front to act as temporary support for him to go down.
Iron Materials started flying off and entering the building from above made Megtia smile indicating his place might just work.
Fire fighters came in the place and started assisting civilians out of the place.
A small part of the building started to lit fire which alarms the firefighters and so they started swishing water on the flaming part of the building although the fire on the building might've stopped but debris started falling luckily no one was hit.
One of the firefighters look above the sky and saw a man with ripped clothes slowly making his way down by making stairs using the cars that was left by civilians.
"And here he is"
Megtia hides behind fallen debris and pulls out a blank bullet and put some hydrogen that he grabbed from inside to the blank bullet.
He waits for the guy to gets down but his aim was interrupted with William started to shoot water through the firetruck's hose reducing the sight of the guy.
"I don't know whether what you did is smart or stupid but my problem is you are interrupting such a good moment here, I am about to shoot a fucking hydrogen bullet!" Megtia shouted alerting the guy he is behind him.
Before the guy can even throwing engine parts at him, Megtia runs to the biggest debri but it cracks immediately after getting hit by an engine part.
The guy started walking towards Megtia but before he even touch him, Megtia aims at his forehead and pulled the trigger making the upper part of the gun explode but luckily it goes straight to the guy's brain knocking him off.
The guy falls down in his back leaving him dead.
William slowly walk towards Megtia and ask.
"Before I worry about your hand... can you tell me how you came up with this plan."
"Before that building started storing scientific equipments especially those tanks, it was a drug den that I worked in before." Megtia said
"That's why its important to know the history of places." Megtia continues
"So your an geography teacher now." William smirk
"Still have your phone with you?" William ask
"Yeah, why?"
"Let me borrow it, just got to call my pops." William said
Megtia lends him his phone and William dials his father's phone number.
The phone rang for a couple second till somebody answered.
A few seconds later after talking to the phone, his face expression suddenly change making Megtia ask if somethings wrong.
William hung up and give Megtia's phone back.
"Lets go back"
The two head back in the car which is three blocks away from the fallen building.
'It was suppose to be a normal training but monsters keep attacking'
'Even though it saddens me that Nanami is going to be married gangs shouldn't have destroyed the engagement party'
'Instead of being happy to see Sebastian and Suzy together, what I saw is Sebastian trying to kill Suzy'
'Instead of me protecting my family, some random kid slaughtered them'
"You seemed down huh, anything happened?" Megtia ask
"My family was slaughtered by a white haired girl." William said on a blank expression on his face
"Oh fucking god, lets head to your hometown then." Megtia said
"No I need to get something first."
"Alright, just tell me if you need anything."
William stares outside the window thinking what his family did to deserve that kind of fate.
