Chapter Sixty One

Sounds of wood knocking into the other were heard before she turned the corner to go down the hall. Rina quietly opened the door to the training room to see her little boy expertly swinging his sword in a downward strike.

Ronaldo pressed against his attack and pushed him back. Panting, Nathaniel leaped away and landed skidding to a halt. He let out a small battle cry and raised his practice sword above his head. He jetted forward but Ronaldo met his attack head on.

"Good, there was more power in this attack." Ronaldo said.

Nathaniel continued to grind the wooden sword against his but the large warrior did not move an inch.

"You must mask your emotions, it gives away your moves before you implement them. That's enough for today."

They pulled apart, Nathaniel gave a quick cheer and dropped the sword resulting in a heavy thud. He stretched and then placed the practice sword in its original place. 

"My Lady," Ronaldo greeted.
