ch 16 The hunt part 2/2
As Liam drives his car in the road near the forest. there isn't anyone for miles that could help him. It would take at least 30 minutes more to get to Rose but before he could move forwards two people block his way. He stops the car and got outside. He looks at them and shouted. "Could you please move out of the way?!"
They didn't speak and only look at him. They smiled before despairing. Liam looks at them slowly coming towards him. He moves away from his car and to the side. They are slower than him so he has the advantage. Also, they are weaker than him but he is very cautious.
They may have the ability to help themselves. "Who are you two? Are you perhaps that vampire's teammates? Wanted to avenge him ay?" Liam said taking out his sword from his inventory. holding it up close to his body feet apart from each other he looks at them seriously reading to kill if necessary. They just smiled and went towards him. Liam brought his sword up and brings it down aiming at them both.

Flashback enemy pov

Raingel looks at Steve before speaking to him. "This is the place Michel died we should wait here and see if we can capture him. All Morningstar is strong. I have the ability to see the future for a few seconds so we should fight in the forest where we could have the advantage"
Steve nodded his head still listening to Raingel. For his hunt, he is the leader for today. He is stronger and faster than him. He also has the ability to see the future as an overpowered ability if used right. He didn't tell the rest of their team that he can see the future.
But it wouldn't take long to get them o find out. So Raingel wants to keep the blood of the Morningstar for himself while he would help steven raise in power. The true leader of the team is a Royal two of 12 people in the families of them. They were the weakest of their family so they are the ones to search for a Morningstar.
"Ok, then should we make a trap or anything we could use to our advantage?" Steve said waiting for Raingel answer. "Ok here's the plan..."
Raingel slowly explained their plan to Steve with an evil smile on his face. He doesn't care if people are involved or killed he only wants power. He would sacrifice even Steve for power. He is cruel and merciless.
They both set out and did everything to their plan. First, find the person and wait for him to come to the range of the plan there they will wait. Second, they would set up some traps like hidden weapons or explosives that can cause even the strongest vampire to get hearth by the explosion.
They did this for a few days until they potted the person they would be killing. He is handsome silver-white hair with scarlet eyes. He was driving a car. Both of them look at each other and Raingel said to Steve. "Listen Steve that's the guy haha he looks weak but doesn't underestimate him. We will first stop his vehicle and fight him ill go in front as I can easily dodge his strike and you back me up"
He said going in front of Liam's car while Steve followed him. They are now facing him. The car stop and the head pop out of it and spoke. "Could you please move out of the way?!"

As Liam brought his sword down the person on the right push the person on the left of him avoiding his sword while they both tried to punch him on his sides. Liam jumps backward avoiding their fist.
"come on give me a break I have a date today," Liam said in a hush manner. He didn't wait for them to move on their own he made 4 copies of himself while activation his eyes of the lord. he needed to make this quick.
The man in front only smiled and run backward same with the person next to him. Liam doesn't want them to escape and bring harm t his loved one so he chases after them both. Both of them were headed to the Forest. Liam jumps forwards with a speed almost invisible to a normal vampire.
He was holding out his hands ready to capture one of the men but he avoided his hand while also kicking backward touching the ground and propelling himself forwards with a backflip he stabilizing his balance before dashing away.
Liam was surprised he didn't know this guy is good at running but he didn't let his guard down. They were leading him in the firest for whatever reason. A few meters in the forest he felt something on his feet. He didn't think twice before jumping to avoid an explosion below him.
*Bomb!*
Liam landed on his feet while the rest of his clones dead in the explosion. He becomes serious and charges forward trying to find them. Once he spotted them he was ready to use the room and teleport in front of them and remove it again. But once he clicks his finger the person moves out of the range of the room. Liam teleported to the edge of it and deactivate it again.
He steps forwards but jumps again to hear an explosion behind him. He gritted his earth and look at the person who was smiling at him evily. "What is his ability? Is it like killer quean from jojo? No, it's different it's much weaker and not as good. Wait it's mines but how?"
Liam held his sword and made move forwards hands in his sword dancing like a deadly dancer. He didn't give the person room to speak and move his sword at him but he dodges every single one of it. he is slower than Liam but can easily dodge it. 'How? Is it like haki? Is it the ability to predict or see the future?' Liam thought o himself.
"hehe, you would never hit me," Said with a mocking grin on his face. he moves back and took something from the trees. He pointed it at Liam who smiled helplessly. He was pointing a rocket launcher at him. "Really? that's a bit dirty I presume" Laim said dodging the explosion of the rocket.
At the man's vision, he saw Liam making a room 10 meters around him and cutting himself from behind. the man smiled and Liam activated the room once again while he teleported ta the back of the man who was kicking him on the torso. Liam defended using his sword. Liam got push back two steps before the man moves away from the area of the red shirt that is encircling them.
Liam held the sword he swings it backward that decapitates a man's head. He was the man who was with the person in front of him a few moments ago. He was holding something that made Liam a little serious. He didn't think twice and quickly hid behind a tree before a gain explosion happened.
*BOMB!* *BOMB!*
The man was holding a bomb. "Damn it sacrificing your teammates just to kill me?" He said he looks at it and felt sorry but still move forwards to the man who was dodging every single strike of his. He figured its a prediction or seeing the future.
Liam was a few feet away from the man who was aiming a rocket at him. Liam dodges a hair from the rocket. He lunch himself sword ready to cut anything on its path. The person smiled and look at the future again. He saw Liam being vined in steel wires.
Once Liam's sword was a hair away from his enemy he smiled he swung his sword only to stop in place. Small blood coming out of his body. "Damn! What this?" Liam said he was entangled in small sharp steel wires.
"HAHAHA! I got you now!" Said the person he stood right in front of Liam he was just laughing like a maniac. "FINALLY!! HAHAHA, I RAINGEL WILL BE THE STRONGEST HAHAHA!!" He looks at Liam hungrily. Liam looks at the man in front of him. He was thinking. 'What an Idiot so this is the person that's going to hunt me down? There completely weak' He sighs on his hearth. He just pretended to be capture he can easily getaway.
"So are you going to explain what you're going to do?" Liam said waiting for the person to speak his story. "Well haha, you're going to die anyway I shall tell you. You see it all started once I was..." Raingel started to explain his boring life to Liam who is not listening to him.
Liam activated the room while Raingel was distracted and switch places with him. While Raingel was still blabbering about his joy Liam's sword was pointed at the sky Liam mumble something in his breath and his eyes became fears like a hawk. Then with one swing, he beheaded Raingel.
Raingel head who was now on the ground was still open and smiling evils of his master plan. He didn't even know he has died. Liam felt what he felt he smiled and sigh. "Good thing or else I would be gloomy in our date now let's go I'm already late ahh less call here first," Liam said getting his phone out of his pockets and headed to his car without looking back.

In the distance that Liam didn't notice a woman was standing there looking at him. She smiled and went away with a little evil giggle and a word. "Little kiddo wait for me ill get your blood soon"
